Monster Girl Hierarchy - The Elites:
Elite Monster Girls, being above the common chaff but below the nobility, are considered the backbone of the warrior class. All tribes, no matter how small, at least have a few elites.
They are born with three Uncommon-grade Classes, including their Elite Monster Girl Primary Class, Elite Succubus Secondary Class, and a suitable Uncommon Human Primary Class. In particular, the Human Class is a combat class with an affinity to their Monster Girl Race.
For example, Elite Slime Girl races can obtain the Grappler Class because they favor grappling prey with their slime, and the Rogue Class because they like ambushing prey.
Due to their higher strength and prestige, the Elites would also frown upon personally attacking a weak male, instead delegating the task to their henchwomen (If present).
Elites are not only more prideful, but also innately smarter, and possess greater control over their instincts. However, they would certainly attack a male that strikes their fancy, forcing him to become her husband... or snack.
With that said, because of their honor and strength, they wouldn't actively agree to having sex with a male who hasn't proven himself worthy of them, both figuratively and literally, as having sex with them can be potentially dangerous, if not lethal, to weak men.
Traditionally, they would either attack a male they like and purposely lose (Since they are almost always the superior party), letting him have his way with them, or they would receive an active challenge and fight him at full strength before mercilessly raping him.
For Guest Studs, they wouldn't have access to the Elites without properly defeating an Elite at full strength, and would only gain access to those of a similar or lower strength.
However, if they are desperate enough due to a lack of viable men, they might resort to kidnapping a young man and grooming him into a suitable, loyal husband through pouring Monster Cores at him... Although that is rare, as a man's loyalty is unpredictable, wasting the investment, and they would prefer a ready-made strong husband.
