Monster Girl Compendium - Elite Goblin Girls:
Even in the weakest Goblin Girl tribes, there are at least a few Elite Goblin Girls, and individual strength is around D-rank, with strong ones reaching C-rank. They are more emotionally mature and grounded than the childlike Goblin Girls, serving as older sisters and expected to lead by example.
As older sisters, they are also overprotective of their younger sisters and will not hesitate to attack anyone who bullies them.
When it comes to men, Goblin Girls will always make way for the Elites, giving them first dibs on a male. Moreover, the smaller Goblin Girls greatly admire the Elites. But not because they are bigger and stronger, but rather because of their larger breasts.
In the view of Goblin Girls, sexual prowess holds greater weight than mere strength, and thus they greatly admire it.
In most other areas, Elite Goblin Girls are almost identical to the regular Goblin Girls. However, their tendency to like being manhandled is diminished, but their breast weakness is heightened. They would actively rub themselves against a male and turn meek to derive more pleasure, which only acts to drive a male hornier, wanting to torment her more, unaware that such acts only drive the nearby Goblin Girls hornier.
Randall took off his mana-absorbing gloves and shoes, putting them in his storage ring, his feet touching the cold snow, and then looked at the approaching horde.
"Hehe... The gloves are off. Time for some fun!" Randall grinned, feeling a rush.
Crouching low, like a loose arrow, Randall lunged at the coming Goblins.
"Gugi?!" "Buga!?"
Randall approached so quickly that the incoming Goblins barely registered his movement before he kicked forward.
Those in front raised their shields to block... but it was useless.
BOOM* THUD* CRACK* SPLAT* CRUNCH*
"GUGYA!" "GUGI!" "HUNGYA!!!"
Several Goblins cried out as the shield instantly broke under the kick, and the Goblin who held it had its arm broken, its chest caved in, and was sent flying into two other Goblins behind, bludgeoning them.
Feeling a slight increase in strength, Randall then sent several flying kicks at other Goblins who had yet to recover from the shock, breaking two necks and three chest cavities.
And then, Randall leapt up, avoiding a net and several lunging Goblins that wanted to grab him, before using a Goblin head as a launch pad.
CRUNCH* SPLAT*
The Goblin head splattered like a watermelon as Randall jumped away from the horde.
Having stopped, Randall looked at the approaching horde with a wary look.
"As expected, fighting against so many alone is... difficult. They wouldn't just let me attack them one by one."
Sure, he killed seven of them and injured others, but he only dealt with the Common Goblins, not even the Elite Goblins and Hobgoblins.
The moment they catch him with a net or grab him, his only fate would be to get swamped by the horde and get captured. No matter how strong his legs are, the rest of his body wasn't that strong.
Moreover, such exchanges were stamina-expensive. While his Stamina and Strength increased after killing so many Goblins, he knew he might only take out 100-200 Goblins before being overwhelmed by exhaustion... And this was the optimistic outcome.
But on the other hand, Randall felt reluctant to leave.
"When can I find so many Goblins in the open field? All that free AP..."
And then, watching the horde running toward him, Randall had an idea.
"Wait, since I can get tired... couldn't they also get tired? If we both run at the same speed, who would get more tired first? And wouldn't they be easier targets once they are tired?"
With flickering eyes, Randall turned his rear at the Goblins and patted his butt cheeks.
"Hey, you ugly Goblins! Come and get me! Hahaha!"
Laughing, Randall started running away... at a deliberately slower pace.
"Guga!"
"Gee!"
"Gaga!"
The Goblins, feeling insulted, charged at him with their short legs.
Watching them follow him, Randall had some regrets.
"Perhaps I should have learned archery? They are such easy targets right now... Although the price of arrows would be a bitch. So maybe rock slinging?"
Randall muttered this to himself, but then he noticed something. The horde was being divided, with the taller and stronger Elite Goblins and Hobgoblins taking the front, while the weaker Common Goblins stayed behind.
But perhaps due to artificial selection, around 600 Goblins were elites, with more than 60 Hobgoblins at the lead.
With much time on his hands, and feeling no pressure, Randall calmly analyzed the situation.
"Yikes... the compendium wasn't kidding. It really is a top B-rank hazard... no, it is A-rank if I include the Common Goblins. How the fuck are we even still alive?! Is this a deliberate control of the Monster Girls? Is this why that B-rank investigation team didn't do anything? Is there truly a conspiracy behind this... or is it that... we are overwhelmingly weaker than the Monster Girl side? Then... why are they not attacking our town and taking all the men? What is stopping them? Are they afraid of human retaliation? Or..."
The implications of these questions were obvious... And chilling.
"Forget it. I'll ask Arari later."
However, after ten minutes of running-
The Hobgoblin Chieftess, who was chasing from behind, yelled, and the horde suddenly stopped.
While Randall was planning to tire out the Goblins, the Chieftess wasn't having any of it.
"That man is trying to tire out the horde before picking them off? Not on my watch!"
The Goblins started regrouping and returning, much to Randall's vexation.
"Tsk... They're not stupid." Randall clicked his tongue.
He considered chasing after them again, but it didn't seem that simple, especially when commanded by the intelligent Hobgoblin Girl Chieftess.
"So much for challenging an entire horde... Seems like I really bit off more than I could chew."
Shaking his head, Randall put his shoes and gloves back on before heading east to Silentrock. He needed to sell his gains, after all.
.

.
In the Adventurer's Guild-
Randall sold the 112 Goblin Monster Cores and 11 Elite Goblin Monster Cores, earning him 145 Silver Coins.
This didn't raise any questions, as they thought Randall merely accumulated a large number of cores before selling them at once.
However, Randall didn't see Leofric and his party, so he asked a group drinking at a table.
"Hey, did any of you see Leofric and his party?"
"Leofric's group? They left two months ago. I hear they went east after joining an escort mission. They haven't returned since then. They probably moved town." A warrior said.
"Many thanks."
With that, Randall made his way back to the Rabbit Village.
Due to the snow, the slimes have become dormant, but the Rabbits were active, albeit less so. As Randall reached the meadow, a Rabbit Girl hopped toward him, greeting him.
"Hi, Randall! Back from hunting?"
"Yes. I was hunting Goblins." Randall nodded.
"Yeah, I can tell. You do smell a bit rank. You should wash up." The Rabbit Girl replied, her nose twitching.
But then, she frowned, smelling something else.
"Hm... But you also smell more delicious? Like, a lot more?"
"Erm... thank you?" Randall warily replied.
"Is it because of Goblin Virility?" Randall wondered.
.
.
.
After returning to the village, Randall had a quick bath before heading to Arari's place.
On the way, many of the Rabbit Girls began to drool, and even the Horned Rabbit Girls looked at him with strange eyes. Randall couldn't help but feel uncomfortable.
"That's... not good." Randall thought warily.
Hurrying along, he knocked on Arari's door.
"Arari! May I come in?"
"Come in, young man." She spoke.
After Randall entered and closed the door, the legless Rabbit Matriarch, who sat in her recliner, looked at him with a strange look while smelling the air.
"Young man, why is your body suddenly twice as strong? And... Sniff* Sniff*? Holy... your male musk just improved from late E-rank to upper-mid D-rank? What in tarnation is going on?"
"Er... you rate my male musk?" Randall warily asked.
"Ah, it's just how we judge how good a male's essence would be. Generally, we average the three attributes of the male. For example, F-rank is between 10 and 30. E-rank is between 30 and 60. D-rank is between 60 and 100. And right now... sniff* Sniff*... I would place you at around 85?" Arari explained while sniffing the air.
"..."
Randall did a short calculation and confirmed that it was due to his improved Goblin Virility ability.
"Is this a bad thing?" Randall hesitantly asked.
"Depends who you are asking. For the girls, this is a major boon. But for you... if you have sufficient strength, it is fine. But if you don't... at least you can snag a higher-quality mate?" Arari said while rubbing her chin.
"Bad news it is..." Randall inwardly sulked.
Randall sighed and nodded.
"Yeah... you can say that."
"Hm... I would avoid doing whatever you were doing for the time being. You're not ready to face C-rank Monster Girls yet." Arari pointed at him with her pipe.
"I know..." Randall warily replied.
"But that aside... this might become advantageous for you here." Arari suddenly said.
"Why is that?" Randall asked curiously.
"The Elites in the village will now actively challenge you... And you know what that means." Arari smiled meaningfully.
"Essentially, they would lose on purpose?" Randall's eyes flickered in thought.
He was thinking about how to beat them, and now it seemed much simpler than he thought.
And then, Randall remembered something.
"Arari, I have a question... why are there so many Goblins, yet Silentrock Town still stands?"
Arari didn't immediately reply, smoking her pipe for a bit before asking back an unexpected question.
"Randall, do you know the concept of overhunting?"
"Erm, yes. It is when you hunt too much, causing the population of a certain animal to decline to the point that it is difficult to recover from... why?" Randall warily asked.
"And what is the natural prey of Monster Girls?" Arari continued asking.
"... Human men." Randall pursed his lips, understanding what she was getting at.
"More accurately, humans in general. I have seen many things, Randall. Humans raised like second-class citizens, slaves, and even livestock in the human ranches. However, as with any animal, or monster, the highest-quality ones are those born and raised in their natural habitat." Arari explained.
"So you mean to say... Silentrock is merely a large breeding area for higher-quality humans?" Randall warily asked.
Arari nodded.
"You can say that."
Randall's expression turned ugly.
"And humans didn't try to resist? Isn't this the Human Continent, Dressal?"
"Oh, they did... and miserably failed over a millennium ago, at the beginning of the Monster Era. What you see and perceive as a Human-Ruled land... is nothing more than a glorified breeding ground for higher-quality humans. In fact, the strength of Monster Girls is intentionally suppressed to serve as whetstones for the most talented humans... and control them. Otherwise, this continent would have long been under the control of Monster Girls. Don't tell me you naively believe in human superiority?" Arari said with a mocking smile.
Randall winced. He knew Arari had no reason to deceive him... And proof supported her claim.
"So you are saying that human leadership... is in the know about this? Does that include the mayor in my town?"
Arari nodded.
"Yes... Every top brass knows this open, dark secret, to a certain extent. The Royal Family certainly knows the entire history... As for nobles, Guild Masters, and town mayors, they know that if they don't comply with Monster Girl demands, their settlements will be raided. To control this, they send adventurers as offerings... hoping to sate the Monster Girls. Of course, if the offering escapes, it is considered a loss for the Monster Girls, not that of the human side... That is the spirit of the Hunt." Arari explained.
Randall fell silent, remembering the ambush he faced in the Bat Cave.
"So you are saying that... every so often, the Mayor or someone else would tip off the Monster Girls? And they would engage in this... hunt?" Randall asked with an ugly look.
"Yes. That is exactly what I am saying. The younger and stronger they are, the better the offering is." Arari nodded.
Randall clenched his fists, knuckles turning white.
"Then I was sacrificed to the Monster Girls that day... the Mayor or Guild Master intentionally added me to provide a better hunt... A higher quality sacrifice."
It was then that Arari understood something from Randall's reaction.
"Ah, did that happen to you? You are lucky to escape... but let me give you a piece of advice. The world isn't black and white. For example, if your Mayor didn't provide sufficient offerings, the Monster Girls could have launched a major raid on your town. The losses then would be catastrophic, far outweighing the cost of a few offerings. Additionally, they also regulate the surrounding Monster Activity, so they are crucial to the survival of your town and surrounding villages." Arari explained.
Randall audibly sighed.
"Hah... I know. But I do feel frustrated."
"Then grow strong. If you are strong, none can bully or plot against you." Arari said solemnly.
"Many thanks for your counsel." Randall lightly bowed to her.
"It's fine. Now... Don't keep the ladies waiting. Hmhm." Arari playfully chuckled.
Randall warily smiled, and as soon as he stepped outside-
"Sir Randall! I wish to challenge you!"
"Wait, I'm first!"
"No, me! Pick me!"
Over a dozen Horned Rabbit Girls stood outside, bickering and huddling, wishing to challenge Randall.
"Seems like I'll be staying in the Rabbit Village for a while longer..."
