#25- Floor 5 and Floor 6!
We stepped into the 5th floor of the tower, Noir was quietly napping on my shoulder, ahead of laid a bloodstained battlefeild, the bodies of different hybrid players laid across the ground.
Once again the system spoke:
Floor 5 Challenge!
Garden of the Fallen
Survive for 1 hour against undead players, Rewards given based on contributions.
"Wait! undead players?" asked Millie, "Are we going to fight against the people died in the game?"
Her question was soon answered as one by one, former player rose from the ground, some with claw marks, other with missing limbs, but all had a look of utter despair...
The 10 of us stood in a circle, we all knew that we couldn't afford to lose anymore players, we tore through the first wave, using claws, talons, brute force, whatever was needed.
At first, i thought this was easy but then a familiar voice voice reminded me of the age old saying, "Payback's a bitch"
"Long time, no see, Insect...."
Sasha and i couldn't believe our eyes, it was Ashley, or at least what was left of her, she was the only corpse that was semi-intact, she was carrying her severed head, with that same smug expression she had when she died.
"Ashley..." Sasha said, "You look well..."
"Cut the crap! you fucking cut my head off! Me! your own classmate! what the fuck happened to Class Unity?" Ashley asked.
"That died the day you decided to make Abby your punching bag!" Sasha retorted.
"Tch! so, have you two fucked yet?" Ashely asked.
We both turned red, we only had sex once, it during our time in the safe zone, it turns out that despite being insect hybrids, we still had our female organs intact....
"Oh god, you have!" Ashley said as she let out a haughty laugh, "I really wish i was still alive to see that!"
I used my Armor Cutter skill and split Ashley's head in two, causing the whole body to fall apart.
For some reason, and hour flew by very quickly, and in no time at all, the portal opened.
The system chimed again:

2nd Place: Sasha- 26 kills
3rd Place: Zak- 20 kills
I got 40,000 Beast Coins, Sasha got 35,000 Beast Coins, and Zak got 20,000
As all 10 of us entered the portal, i looked at the battlefield one last time.
I simply nodded, and entered the portal...
Floor 6....well this floor was special, in more ways than one.
it was lavish, everything was in various shades of purple with white limstone collums, on display were several different items, DNA, unique potions, and a mysterious stone in the shape of a tear drop, there were even small cages that had different Ally Beasts.
The System began to speak:

We all looked arround, I had about 85,000 Beast Coins, Sasha was arround 70,000 coins.
My eyes turned to the tear-shaped stone.
Mercy Teardrop
Can revive one player from death to rejoin the game.
My eyes widened, i asked how much.
"for you my dear, only 50,000 Beast Coins." the masked merchant said.
i paid and took the teardrop, i had 35,000 Beast Coins left so i continued looking arround.
Sasha had managed to spend 10,000 on an Ally Beast, a small fox with three tails, and stunning dark green fur.

Feng puffed up her chest in pride, Noir, who had popped out, simply rolled her eyes, just like Noir, a collar appeared on Feng's neck with her name on the tag.
I used the 30,000 Beast coins to buy some DNA, one caught my attention, the Genocide Flame Serpent!
The Merchant told me the Genocide Flame Serpent was known for it's poisonus flames and lethal coils.
I injected it, and a familiar heat flowed through my body, like the Fire Wasp DNA, but much more intense!
Soon, a long snake-like tail replaced my Insect abdomen.

I squeaked! not only did i get an awesome new tail, but my Armor Cutter skills gets an upgrade, it's official, my Flaming Armor Cutter skill is now my strongest attack!
Soon, everyone was done with their purchases, Millie bought some DEF-booster poitions, Zak bought some HP potions, and Victor bought some DNA as well.
The portal opened and we made our way to the Safe Zone for a well-deserved rest....
