While contemplating which branch of Necromancy I should start practicing, Io shows up. "Master, you've received a request from Riser Phenex requesting his permission to come over along with his Peerage."
Riser? I guess we are kinda sorta buddies after hanging out at Original Sin. Weren't the Phenex's trying to set me up with Ravel? To be honest I kinda forgot about all of that.
I never really liked Riser in the original series, he was a total prick. But he's not really that bad, when he's not getting between you and your harem candidates like some sort of NTR antagonist.
Hmm, fuck it. "Sure, inform Riser that he and his Peerage are welcome at anytime, provided I'm not caught up with any Lordly duties. Which reminds me that I should probably actually do some of those 'Lordly duties'."
"Lady Halphas has taken it upon herself to tend to the less important matters of the estate. Their hasn't been anything that requires your direct oversight. I've double-checked just to be sure that she isn't trying to pull any funny business. I don't expect her to do so, but it's better to be safe than sorry."
Huh. Hildegard's basically taking on the role of my secretary then? Good enough for me. I don't think she'd try to pull anything against me do to the connection between us from Harem Love, but it probably wouldn't hurt to use Crowley Accord just to be sure.
"Call Hildegard to my office and convey my message to Riser."
"Very well Master." She goes to fetch Hildegard and contact Riser as I teleport to my office.
Moments later, Hildegard shows up. "You requested my presence Master?"
"Yes, I did. Io has informed me that you've taken it upon yourself to oversee the lesser affairs of managing my duties as Lord Flauros."
Hildegard perks up and I feel a spike of fear through our bond before she calms down. "I remember you complaining on many occasions about how much of a nuisance being shackled to a desk and becoming a slave to frivolous paperwork sounded, and you seemed to become extremely dedicated to your personal training, so I felt it would be in our mutual best interest to lessen your burden."
"I do appreciate initiative in my women, and you are correct that I find paperwork repulsive. But I would've liked to at least know that it was happening. Having said that, I need you to sign this."
Contract between Hildegard Halphas and Lilu Flauros
Lilu Flauros Terms:
Hildegard Halphas shall oversee the non-essential matters of the Flauros Estate to the best of her abilities and never take action that would be perceived to be directly or indirectly counterintuitive to the interests of Lilu Flauros and his allies without first consulting Lilu Flauros. Lilu Flauros is to be informed immediately if such action is taken.
Lilu Flauros Offers:
Hildegard Halphas shall be given any and all resources required to fulfill her administrative duties to the best of her abilities within the means available for Lilu Flauros to provide. Hildegard Halphas shall also be permitted to draw upon the resources of Lilu Flauros for the sake of the revival of the Halphas Clan and be provided support by Lilu Flauros to that end.
Hildegard inspects the contract and ultimately finds it agreeable. Most of the contents are things we already agreed upon in the past when I accepted her into my Peerage; the only new things is the formal acknowledgement of her handling the non-essential administrative matters of the Flauros Clan and that she can't go against me directly or indirectly.
"Hmm, aside from not being able to act against you and your allies, most of this is stuff we've agreed to already. Is there a particular reason to transcribe it to writing?"
"Yes. This is a magically generated contract formed by the Sacred Gear [Crowley Accord] which I've recently come into possession of. It makes the terms and conditions of the contract magically enforced such that's nearly impossible to go against it. This is mainly a precaution against someone trying to pull any funny business like mind-controlling you or deliberately misleading you in regards to matters of administration. If someone tries to get you to sign off on something that I wouldn't agree with, the contract will inform me of it immediately and give me the ability to respond."
Hildegard's eyes widen in response before nodding in approval. "A sound precaution Master. It's true that I may be required to carry out duties outside the protection of the Flauros Estate and I may fall victim to such schemes, however unlikely. Every day, you further prove my decision to tie myself to you as the correct choice." She concludes with a smile as she signs the contract.
The moment she does so, we both feel a sort of tether or chain binding us to one another outside of the bond from Harem Love or the connection between us between a King and his Peerage Member. This chain is the product of Crowley Accord binding us to the agreement we both signed.
With that out of the way, I prepare for Riser's arrival. Come to think of it, Luvia's still my current [Mentor], which means that I've got a proficiency gain bonus for Alchemy.

Fucking hell that's a lot of Alchemy Ingredients. Nice to know that I've apparently got some Hearthfire options in the Shop. Those are some decent upgrades that the various structures can provide as well. The Phenex's are going to be mad jealous if I get into the potion business. Meh, I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.
Also, I find it morbidly humorous that I already know the first effects of Human Flesh and Human Hearts. Makes sense, I had plenty of both back when I was going on a feeding frenzy to grind out Werewolf Perks. Well, I've got some time to kill until Riser and co. get here.

Arriving at the front gate of the Flauros Estate, I'm suddenly overcome with a bit of nervousness. I know it was my idea to come here, but I'm worried about making a bad impression on Lord Flauros and Lady Halphas.
Well, that and the fact that we may as well be entering the territory of a god. I did some reading on the history of the Flauros family and found out some rather frightening information about their capabilities.
The Flauros Bloodline Magic, [All World's Creation], basically gives them god-like authority over the laws of reality within a relatively small area of effect. So fighting a Flauros in close-quarters is ill advised. Then again, if you try to attack them from range, they could likely alter the laws of reality to completely negate your attack the moment it enters their "domain".
Realistically, it's said that the Flauros Clan possess the "Ultimate Shield" that can protect them from nearly any attack against them. The only reliable way to kill a Flauros is assassinating them, preferably when they're sleeping.
But that's only if you catch them outside of their Estate. It's been said that they commissioned the Dantalion family, the foremost experts on Warding Magic, to help create a special magical Ward to protect their Estate. That's nothing unusual, the Dantalion Clan made a fortune selling magical Wards to protect the Estate's of pretty much every noble Devil family. Even Lucifer's Castle was protected by Dantalion Wards.
The problem is that Dantalion and Flauros worked together to create a Ward plan that emulates, and resonates with, the Flauros Bloodline Magic itself. Any Flauros recognized as the current Head of the Flauros Clan can tap into the Wards surrounding the Flauros estate to treat everything within the Estate as being under their All World's Creation.
Sure, their Magic can't directly affect other people or influence their emotions or free will, but considering that the only real limit on a Flauros's magic is their imagination? There's likely any number of ways a Flauros can get around the few restrictions that exist on their Bloodline Magic.
It was said that not even Lucifer, nor God would dare to challenge a Flauros within their Estate. Not unless they were willing to pay a significant price to get through their ultimate defense. It really makes the fact that the Flauros Clan fled the Underworld instead of secluding themselves within the Estate extremely weird though. If they had such an absurd defense to hide behind, why did they leave?
I put those thoughts to the side as a teleportation circle shows up on the ground, and from it comes one of the most breathtaking women I've ever seen. Sure, the saying of "Devilish Charm" and related sayings circulate amongst Humans due to the fact that there's no such thing as an "ugly" Devil. Well, ugly by Human standards that is.
But this woman? She's on a whole different level. There are many who debate that the spot for "The Most Beautiful Devil" is an unending contention between Grayfia Lucifuge, Serafall Leviathan, and Venelana Gremory. But I feel like if more Devil's knew about this woman? She'd easily force her way into that contest with no effort.
She's reasonably tall, around *5'9", with silver hair that shines like the light of the moon, cream-colored skin, amber eyes, a soft face, an overall demure presence that makes you want to simultaneously tease her, bully her, and protect her, and some of the biggest breasts I've ever seen!
"Greetings Sir Riser Phenex. I am Io, Queen of Lord Lilu Flauros. On behalf of my Master, I welcome you to the Flauros Estate. Please follow me."
As she turns around and starts walking away, I can't help but find myself drawn to the sway of her hips and the bouncing jiggle of that nice round ass. Satan below I bet it would feel positively divine to bury your face in their. Shit, I've always been straight, but this woman's got me questioning my sexuality. I still like guys, of that I'm certain, butt I'm certainly starting to see the appeal of women now.

Turning to look at Riser-nii-chan, I see that I'm not the only one fixated upon Io's heavenly posterior. Actually, it looks like just about everyone's transfixed by her appearance. As I go to try and wake everyone up from the spell they seem to be under, I'm suddenly cast in shadow.
Turning to look at the obstruction, I jump back startled as holyshitiosrightherehowdidshegetbackoverheresofast?!
Translation: "Holy Shit! Io's right there! How did she get back over here so fast?!
As if someone pressed a button or flipped a switch in her head, Io's entire demeanor transitioned from "dainty" to "seductress" as she looks at me and sports a light smirk and presses her breasts together with her arms, pushing them out in my directions slightly.
"Is something the matter? My Master is waiting~. And he doesn't like to be kept waiting~."
Then she switches modes once again as she faces Riser and goes from "seductress" to "icy executioner" as she reaches behind her back and pulls out a massive fucking halberd out of seemingly nowhere and points it at Riser. This seems to snap everyone out of their stunned state as they all prepare for combat.
Io quickly glances at everyone and seemingly satisfied, nods to herself and puts away the Halberd. "Now that I have your attention and you aren't distracted by my sinful appearance, would you kindly allow me to escort you to my Master? He doesn't like to be kept waiting."
She says in a neutral tone of voice that reminds me of Grayfia Lucifuge from the few times I've ever heard her speak. Io then turns around and begins walking back towards the entrance to the Main Building of the Estate.
"Riser was quite surprised by the unexpected viciousness of Lord Flauros's Queen. She is most interesting." Riser says. Oh great, it sounds like his switch got flipped. Stupid Phenex-family Masochism.
Thankfully Yubelluna speaks up and likely saves Riser-nii-chan's life with what she says. "I get the distinct impression that Lord Flauros isn't the type to share his women, and I suspect that asking him to 'borrow' his Queen is likely going to end poorly."
"Riser... concedes this point. But Riser shall clarify, just to be safe."
Making our way inside, we are led around for a while before passing through a rather large Greenhouse. Hmm, something about this place feels... Huh? What the hell? I don't recognize most of these plants. Attending to the plants is that busty blond Elf that was with Lord Flauros at the nightclub the other night. I guess she likes gardening? Is it racist to say that makes sense for Elves?
After crossing through to the other end of the Greenhouse, Io opens a door and leads us into a dark, dimly lit room of some sort. All along the walls of the room are various shelves, wall-mounted and standing, lined with glass vials of varying shapes. On the far end is a strange stone table with what looks like chemistry equipment.
Meanwhile, sitting nearby in a chair is Lord Flauros, who appears to be suffering from a monstrous headache.
"Hah? Io? Io! Gud timin'. Com'ere! Lemme grope dem titties!"
Io wastes no time in stripping down to full nudity as she summons a mattress on the floor, picks Lord Flauros out of the chair, and then adopts a seiza position. Then she lays Lord Flauros's head down in her cushiony lap and begins stroking his hair while he reaches up to start fondling her mammoth mammaries completely unfazed by our presence.

"Then you came to the Greenhouse, did something to expand upon the space and enchant it somehow, provided Luvia with a number of extremely unusual flora and told her to get to work on cultivating the new floral specimens, then created this room. Afterwards, you secluded yourself in this room and made no contact with the outside world until I arrived with Riser Phenex and his Peerage."
"You then requested to fondle my breasts while seemingly in the middle of coming down off of a massive migraine, so I decided to give you a lap pillow while waiting for you to recover since you said that lap pillows help you overcome mental ailments faster."
