The pack leader raised his head.

His blue eyes met my sensory awareness, and I saw the decision happen — the calculation, the assessment, the final, irrevocable submission.

His body went flat.

His tail pressed against the ground.

The pack followed.

Every wolf, prostrate, surrendered.

I named them.

One by one, the wolves came forward, and I gave them names, each one draining my magical reserves further, each one creating a bond that would ensure their loyalty and trigger their evolution.

The system tracked the drain.

「Magicule reserve: 12% remaining.

Naming capacity: critical.」

The pack leader came last.

He knelt before me, his massive body trembling, his blue eyes fixed on my small, round, translucent form.

“Ranga,” I said.

The magicules poured out of me.

The drain was massive — a torrent of energy that left my body thin, translucent, barely coherent.

I felt my consciousness flickering, my form destabilizing, the edges of my body blurring and losing definition.

「Magicule reserve: 0%.

Critical depletion.

Entering hibernation mode.

Estimated recovery time: 48 hours.」

“Protect me, Sii,” I managed, and my voice was barely a vibration.

Sii moved.

She scooped my body up — small, barely solid, more liquid than gel — and held me against her chest.

“What is happening?

Master?

Master, what—”

“I am going to sleep,” I said.

“Two days.

Do not let anything disturb me.”

She nodded.

She raised her staff, and a barrier of shimmering mana materialized around her, a protective shell that hummed with defensive energy.

She positioned herself at the center of the village, the slime clutched to her chest, and she stood guard.

The goblins approached.

They were cautious, uncertain, their eyes darting between the human woman and the wolves and the small, barely visible slime in her hands.

The wolves approached too — the newly named dire wolves, their bodies already beginning to shift and grow, the first stages of evolution triggered by the naming.

“We will wait for the Lord to awaken,” the lead wolf said, his voice a low rumble.

“The Lord has chosen you.

We accept.”

Sii looked at them.

A human woman, surrounded by monsters — goblins and wolves, creatures that should have been her natural enemies, creatures that a three-star mage would normally have fought or fled from.

And they were bowing to her.

Not because of her power, but because of mine.

“Indeed,” the old goblin head said, his voice carrying the gravity of a village elder who had lived long enough to recognize when the world had shifted beneath his feet.

“The Lord has chosen you.

You are the priestess.

We accept.”

They bowed.

All of them — goblins and wolves, men and women, the old and the young.

They knelt in the clearing, in the light of the dying fire, and they bowed to a human woman holding a slime.

I slept.

Two days passed.

I did not dream — slimes did not dream, or if they did, I did not remember it.

There was only darkness, warmth, and the slow, steady accumulation of magicules as my body recovered.

I woke to the sensation of warmth.

Soft warmth, pressing against my surface, surrounding me.

I was being held — cradled against something warm and yielding, something that rose and fell with the rhythm of breathing.

My sensory awareness activated.

I was in Sii’s arms, pressed against her chest, nestled between her breasts.

She was sitting in the tent, her mage’s robe open, her body bare beneath it, her skin warm from sleep.

“What is the date today?” I asked.

Sii jolted.

Her body tensed, her arms tightening around me, and then relaxing as recognition flooded through her.

“Master — you have awakened.” Her voice was thick with relief, with exhaustion, with the weight of two days of constant vigilance.

She looked tired — dark circles under her eyes, her hair unkempt, her skin pale — but her expression was radiant.

“It has been two days.

Two full days.”

“Two days,” I repeated.

I could feel it — the magicules had replenished, my reserves restored, my body solid and coherent again.

I was stronger than before — the naming process had cost energy, but the bonds it had created were feeding me a slow, steady trickle of magicule energy from each named creature.

“I know,” I said, before she could elaborate.

“Call the Cumdump here.”

Sii blinked.

“Who?”

“The woman.

The one I gave that name.

Bring her here.”

A pause.

Then Sii nodded, the hesitation visible but brief.

She placed me on the ground — gently, carefully, as though handling something made of glass — and stood.

“Of course, Master.”

## The Cumdump

Sii placed the slime on a small table inside the tent, adjusting the fabric of her robe as she stepped toward the entrance.

Her mind was a quiet storm of questions — ‘Why her?

Why that woman?

What does Master want with her?’ — but she did not voice them.

She had learned, over the days of serving the slime she believed was Lord Veldora, that questions were not welcomed.

Obedience was.

She exited the tent.

The goblin village had transformed.

Where crude mud huts had stood, sturdy structures of woven wood and packed earth now rose, the architecture refined, deliberate — the product of evolution, of hobgoblins whose intelligence and physical capabilities had expanded dramatically in the two days since naming.

The dire wolves, too, had changed — larger, their fur thicker, their eyes brighter, their bodies radiating a magical energy that made the air around them shimmer.

At the center of the village, the newly evolved hobgoblins moved with purpose — preparing food, maintaining weapons, organizing patrols.

The atmosphere was one of industrious energy, a community reborn.

“Sii!” A voice called.

One of the hobgoblin men — a guard, his body now lean and muscular, his green skin a deeper, healthier shade.

“The Lord — has he awakened?”

Sii nodded.

“He has.

But he does not wish to see everyone yet.

He asked for —” She paused, the name catching in her throat.

“He asked for Cumdump.”

Silence.

Then a murmur ran through the nearby hobgoblins — not of shock, not of offense, but of jealousy.

Of longing.

The Lord had asked for ‘her’.

Not them.

Not the other women.

Her.

In the corner of the village, near the communal cooking area, a hobgoblin woman heard her name.

She was bent over a pot, stirring something that smelled of herbs and root vegetables, her child on her hip.

She looked up — and her entire body went still.

The woman who had been named Cumdump had changed.

Dramatically.

The malnourished goblin woman was gone, replaced by a hobgoblin whose body had been shaped by evolution and magical enhancement into something that barely resembled her former self.

She was tall — nearly five-foot-eight, towering over the other hobgoblin women.

Her skin was a deep mauve-green, smooth and healthy, with a natural sheen that caught the light.

Her hair — once straw-like and brittle — had become thick and dark, falling past her shoulders in waves.

And her body.

Her body had been the greatest transformation.

The goblin’s thin frame had filled out, her hips widening, her thighs thickening into heavy, powerful curves that strained against the fabric of her clothing — a rough cloth wrap that covered her lower body and a band of leather across her chest that was, quite clearly, inadequate for its task.

Her breasts had swelled during the evolution — large, heavy, full, the dark mauve-green skin stretching taut over the generous mounds.

The leather band across her chest compressed them, but only barely, the flesh bulging above and below the constraining material, her nipples visible as dark points against the taut leather.
