On the third day of being loved by Satou, Kyubey had heard the calls from other girls more than once.

Kaori, Touka, and Sakayanagi Arisu were all calling out to it at different times.

Yet, it was unable to respond to these expectations and go to their sides.

Because it was currently imprisoned!

Calling it imprisonment wasn’t entirely accurate, as Satou truly loved it like a lover.

She kept it with her at all times, fed it by hand, helped it bathe, and held it to sleep.

But it was precisely this unfabricated devotion that made it feel afraid.

This also meant that Satou could kill anyone who dared to stop her for the sake of this love.

It was still brought into school by Satou, sitting on her desk during class, and accompanying her as she chatted with female students.

“Matsuzaka-san, could you come out for a moment?”

A male teacher wearing glasses, who looked decent enough, suddenly asked Satou to step out of the classroom.

Satou had no choice but to go out and see if this teacher had something to discuss.

“Matsuzaka-san, I called your home last night regarding a school matter, but no one answered.

Did something happen?”

The teacher, named Kitarigawa, seemed very concerned about Satou’s situation.

“It’s nothing.

I went to work at a maid cafe.

Only my aunt is home, and she usually doesn’t answer the phone.” After Satou offered this brief explanation, she heard the bell ring and turned to head back into the classroom, but Kitarigawa grabbed her hand.

He wore a worried expression: “Is there some difficulty at home, Matsuzaka-san?

Could I…”

Before he could finish, Satou brushed his hand away with a look of disgust:

“Teacher, isn’t it inappropriate to grab a student’s hand like this?”

“I’ll let it slide since I’m in a good mood this time, but if you dare to touch my body again, I will report you to the school for harassing a student, and no school will ever hire you again in your life.”

“You!”

Kitarigawa was so frightened by Satou’s words that he stumbled back two steps.

Satou had already entered the classroom, and simultaneously said to Kyubey, who she was clutching in her arms:

“I’m sorry, Kyubey, I actually let that damn teacher touch my hand.

I’ll be more careful in the future.”

“It’s okay.”

Kyubey vaguely remembered this person named Kitarigawa; he seemed to be a minor character.

Was he one of the lives taken by Satou?

It had forgotten.

After school ended early, Satou went to the cafe to work.

It is worth mentioning that Satou had told it that she quit her previous maid cafe after seeing the manager do something unspeakable to a boy named Mitsuboshi Taiyou, once she received her paycheck.

Therefore, today she was going to a new maid cafe she had applied to online.

“Hello, you must be Satou-san, right?

Welcome to RING.”

This cafe was named RING, and the staff greeted her warmly after learning that Satou had come for a part-time job.

“Yes, thank you, everyone.

I will work hard.” Satou was still willing to smile at people who posed no threat.

Just looking at her smile, which was as sweet as a sugar orange, no one would imagine she could kill others without hesitation.

A girl with long black hair and a serious expression frowned when she saw Satou, her voice full of sternness:

“Hey!

Since you have work experience, you should know that pets aren’t allowed in here, right?”

“Pets?

What pets?

The other two girls were full of confusion, which puzzled the girl named Taki.

She looked at Satou seriously and intently, pointing at the Kyubey in her arms, and said:

“It’s right there in her arms.

Didn’t you all see it?”

Those two girls still looked at her blankly, which made Taki frown even deeper.

“No need to explain.

Girls without the aptitude cannot see me~”

Kyubey, in Satou’s arms, spoke up.

“It talked?

What on earth is going on?”

Taki was certain she wasn’t dreaming, but she couldn’t figure out what was going on.

“So you’re a senior who has the qualifications to become a Magical Girl just like me~” Satou smiled and said to the two girls:

“Sorry, I’ll be right back after I change my clothes.”

After saying this, Satou carried Kyubey into the changing room to put on her uniform and start working.

Taki’s gaze didn’t leave Satou and Kyubey all afternoon, even while she was serving customers, she kept staring at them.

It wasn’t until 8:00 PM, when the cafe was about to close, that Taki stayed later than usual.

Why didn’t Tomori come today?

Worried about Tomori’s situation, Taki sent her a message to check in, and then, with no one else around, she asked Satou, who was preparing to go home:

“What do you mean I have the qualifications?

You don’t mean to say I can become a Magical Girl, do you?”

Taki’s sternness and aura did indeed exert an inexplicable pressure on ordinary girls, but it was useless against Satou.

“Shiina-senpai is truly very smart, aren’t you?

You’re right.

Anyone who can see Kyubey-kun is qualified to become a Magical Girl.”

“Kyubey-kun?” This term of address and tone, like calling a lover, made Taki confused.

“However, being too smart isn’t necessarily a good thing.”

Satou actually kindly explained it to Taki.

“So…

are you a Magical Girl?” Taki wanted to refute it, but couldn’t find a way; otherwise, how could she explain Kyubey?

“Of course, senpai, I am already a Magical Girl.”

“How does one become a Magical Girl?” Taki asked.

“You just need to make a wish to me, and you can sign a contract to become a Magical Girl.

Of course, I am not an omnipotent wish-granting machine; I am just an intermediary.”

“Wishes are transformed through the aptitude within your bodies.

The higher the aptitude, the higher the wish that can be fulfilled, and the stronger you will be after becoming a Magical Girl.”

Kyubey explained briefly.

“That simple?

There must be a price, right?” Taki’s serious pupils brightened when she heard about the wish, but she still didn’t believe there was such a thing as a free lunch.

“The price is that after the soul gem becomes completely corrupted, it will undergo a reversal.

I don’t know the specific effect, because no one has had their soul gem become completely corrupted yet.”

Kyubey originally wanted to say it would turn into a witch, but remembering what Venalita had said, it switched to his phrasing.

Although it hadn’t been verified yet.

“If I want to bring back the CAYCHIC Band, can that be done?” Mentioning this pain in its heart, Taki felt a bit sad for a moment.

“If it’s just returning your previous Band to the state before it disbanded, that can be done.

However, I must warn you: if any of them are Magical Girls, at most I can only have her return to the Band; I cannot change her memories.”

Taki’s aptitude was barely enough to fulfill a wish that changed the causality of a small group of people.

Thinking of Sakiko, it specifically reminded her of this.

I will think it over carefully.”

“None of them are Magical Girls yet, right?” Remembering the previous words, Taki asked again.

“No, but I cannot guarantee that they won’t become Magical Girls.”

Hearing Kyubey’s words, Taki thought of Tomori.

Should she risk making a wish for the sake of Tomori?

Satou had already left carrying Kyubey.

Just like that, Kyubey had come into contact with these Band girls again in a way it hadn’t expected.

“Kyubey-kun, it sounds like you had already signed contracts with other women before me, right?”

Satou looked only curious, but Kyubey dared not be careless:

“Yes, they are all cute girls, just like you.”

“Hey~ Kyubey, who is cuter, me or them?” Satou asked.

This question!

She wouldn’t be treating Kaori and the others as rivals, would she?

Who else but you would fall in love with a Kyubey?

“Of course it’s you, Satou-chan.

You are as sweet as your name.”

For the safety of Kaori and the others, Kyubey decisively flattered Satou.

Satou was as happy as if she had eaten honey: “That’s great~ Kyubey-kun really likes me the best~”

“…”

Satou suddenly realized something, her facial expression shifting from happy to gritting her teeth as if she had seen some trash:

“That damn piece of trash actually followed me.”

She deliberately turned into a dark alley, and a man’s voice came from behind:

“Why is Satou-san going into a place like this all by herself?

Aren’t you afraid of bad guys?”

A refined-looking male teacher, who was none other than Kitarigawa, appeared.

“If I didn’t walk here, you wouldn’t have come out.

Leave now, and I can pretend I didn’t see anything.” Satou remembered Kyubey’s instructions, hid the murderous intent in her heart, and drove away this stalker.

Who knew Kitarigawa would push his luck, getting closer and closer to Satou, looking at her with obsession, and saying outrageous things:

“Satou-chan, I’ve been paying attention to you since the first time we met.

You are a girl who really suits my taste.”

“Your hair, your figure, and everything about you—I want to dye it all in my colors.”

“Satou-chan, I…”

Before he could finish his sentence, Satou’s seemingly soft fist had already shattered his glasses.

“Shut up.”

A grown man was knocked to the ground by a single punch from a young girl, one of his eyes bleeding continuously because of the embedded lens fragments.

“Ah!

Help, help!

Someone save me!”

Kitarigawa wailed miserably on the ground, and Satou had already raised her foot, ready to stomp this pervert to death.

“Wait!”

Kyubey stopped Satou at this moment: “Don’t kill him.

Compared to killing him, letting him spend the rest of his life in prison would be more torturous for him.”

Kyubey didn’t pity this pervert; it had wanted to kill him too after hearing those words, but it couldn’t let Satou kill people at will.

“Since Kyubey-kun said so, then forget it.”

Satou didn’t ask why, obediently listening to Kyubey’s words and leaving the small alley, leaving only the pervert wailing on the ground.

(This show leaves me speechless; there are barely any normal people, they are all competing to see who is more perverted.)
