Note: From this point onward, Sirzechs will be referred to as Lucifer.
As Lucifer and Rimuru made their way toward the outside world, they encountered the trio of adventurers who had been sent to investigate Veldora’s disappearance.
He still couldn’t understand why the guild had sent these three idiots, who weren’t nearly strong enough to explore Veldora’s cave, if not for Rimuru Clearing many of the strongest Monsters.
Had they been dispatched as cannon fodder? He had no idea what the guild was thinking when they decided to send such weak adventurers to investigate one of the most dangerous places in the world.
But for now they just ignored them and Rimuru also didn’t want to talk to them as he didn’t know there what there Reaction would be to a talking monster.
As Lucifer and Rimuru finally stepped out of the cave, a vast and breathtaking forest unfolded before them.
Towering ancient trees stretched toward the heavens, their emerald canopies filtering the sunlight into countless golden rays that danced across the forest floor.
The scent of fresh grass, damp earth, and blooming flowers drifted through the air, carrying a sense of vitality that was completely different from the enclosed atmosphere of the cave.
For the first time in many days, both of them stood beneath an open sky.
The gentle warmth of the sunlight washed over them, and they instinctively took a deep breath.
The fresh air felt invigorating.
Rimuru, in particular, seemed overjoyed.
The little slime bounced around excitedly without a care in the world, hopping from place to place while admiring everything he saw. After spending so much time trapped inside the cave, simply being outside filled him with childlike excitement.
If anyone were watching, they would think he had just escaped from prison.
Unfortunately, Rimuru was also unknowingly releasing his aura in all directions.
An enormous amount of magicules leaked from his body without restraint.
To the monsters of the forest, he looked less like a newly born slime and more like a final boss that had somehow wandered into a beginner area.
Lucifer glanced at him and suppressed a chuckle.
He was curious how long it would take before Rimuru realized exactly how intimidating he appeared to everything around him.
Shaking his head, Lucifer expanded his Universal Sense.
Invisible waves of perception spread outward through the forest.
Within moments, countless lifeforms entered his awareness.
Groups of goblins cautiously moving through the woods.
Several packs of Direwolves prowling their territory.
Various monsters hunting and surviving within the ecosystem.
And farther away...
A number of Dryads silently observing both him and Rimuru from the shadows of the forest.
The spiritual beings watched them with curiosity, yet Lucifer sensed no hostility from them.
At least for now.
His gaze shifted toward the distant Direwolf packs.
A faint smile appeared on his face.
Unlike Rimuru, who would eventually gain Ranga through fate, Lucifer had no intention of standing on the sidelines.
He wanted a companion of his own.
A loyal mount and a partner.
And among the monsters currently roaming the Great Jura Forest, the Direwolves were an excellent choice.
His eyes gleamed with interest.
Perhaps he would name one personally and raise it himself.
The thought was surprisingly appealing.
As they continued walking through the forest, Lucifer’s attention shifted toward the cheerful slime bouncing beside him.
A faint smile appeared on his face.
With a thought, he activated his newly acquired Unique Skill.
Akashic Records.
Unlike ordinary analysis abilities, Akashic Records did not simply gather information through observation.
The skill possessed a direct connection to the Voice of the World itself.
It could request information directly from the world’s archives, access records that normally remained hidden, and answer questions by drawing upon the accumulated knowledge of the world.
In many ways, it was less a skill and more a living library connected to the very foundation of reality.
Lucifer focused his attention on Rimuru.
Immediately, streams of information flowed into his mind.
A translucent status screen appeared before his eyes.

Lucifer raised an eyebrow.
As expected of the future being who would one day stand at the pinnacle of existence.
Rimuru had only been born a short while ago, yet his collection of abilities was already impressive.
His gaze lingered on one particular skill.
Great Sage.
A skill that would eventually evolve into one of the most terrifying support abilities in existence.
At its current stage, however, Lucifer could already tell that Akashic Records possessed superior capabilities.
While Great Sage excelled at analysis, calculations, and problem-solving, Akashic Records operated on an entirely different level.
It was directly linked to the Voice of the World.
Not only could it retrieve information from the world’s archives, but it could also make requests, access hidden records, obtain detailed explanations regarding skills and evolutions, and even assist in the acquisition and development of abilities.
The amount of authority it possessed was astonishing.
In terms of pure analytical capability, Great Sage was undoubtedly exceptional.
But compared to Akashic Records in its current state, it was still lacking.
Lucifer could already tell that the skill held far greater potential than what it was currently displaying.
After all, it had only recently been acquired.
He had yet to fully explore its capabilities.
And somehow, he had the feeling that what he was seeing now was merely the tip of the iceberg.
Closing the status window, Lucifer glanced at Rimuru once more.
The little slime was currently hopping between tree roots while humming to himself, completely unaware that he would one day become one of the most powerful beings in existence.
As Lucifer and Rimuru continued their journey through the Great Jura Forest, the effects of Rimuru’s newly acquired power quickly became apparent.
The little slime was completely unaware of it, but the enormous amount of magicules radiating from his body was causing chaos among the surrounding monsters.
Every beast, monster, and predator within sensing range fled in terror.
Creatures that normally would have attacked travelers immediately retreated the moment they felt his presence.
To them, it felt as though a calamity-class monster had suddenly appeared in the middle of the forest.
Lucifer found the sight rather amusing.
Rimuru himself remained blissfully ignorant as he bounced happily through the forest while humming to himself.
Occasionally, he would stop to admire a flower, stare at an unusual tree, or excitedly point out something he found interesting.
Watching the future ruler of Tempest acting like an excited child on a sightseeing trip was surprisingly entertaining.
