She quickly sensed that something was wrong and looked at him warily. “Why are you asking me this, Xiao Yi? What does my relationship with Chen Kun have to do with whether you help us?”
The innocent Tang Ningning did not understand why Xiao Yi cared, but she still chose that inopportune moment to clarify matters.
“Chen Kun really does love Ling Xueya. He obeys almost everything she says. He tried several times to sleep with her while we were trapped here, but she always refused. I don’t think she’s lying.”
