Across the way, the door to one of the rooms in the faculty dormitory stood open. A man and a woman had been surrounded by a group of zombies. The man tried to break through with a wooden club, only to be dragged to the floor by several zombies. The woman seized the opportunity to retreat into the room and shut herself inside again.
“Idiot!” Xiao Yi sneered disdainfully.
“Isn’t that the beautiful professor from our economics department? Why was she in the same room as the vice president?” Shen Tingting asked in surprise.
Li Wanning could not bear watching the two people struggle for their lives across the courtyard. “Master, aren’t you going to save her? She’s the most beautiful professor at our university, and she’s always treated people well. They must have completely run out of supplies, or they never would have taken such a terrible risk.”
