I’ve been writing Baelon: Heir to the Iron Throne and I’m currently on Chapter 20.
Right now, the story uses multiple POVs with occasional cutaway scenes, giving it a somewhat cinematic feel.
Should I keep writing it this way, or would you prefer that the story focus primarily on Baelon’s POV, with only occasional chapters or scenes from characters like Viserys, Daemon, Rhaenyra, Alicent, Otto, or other key political figures before returning to Baelon?
I’m curious which approach you think would make for a better reading experience.
