The excitement surrounding the university festival grew stronger with each passing day.

Every department was busy preparing decorations, performances, and exhibitions.

The Architecture Department was no exception.

Nani stood on a ladder, carefully measuring the wooden frame of the entrance arch.

“A little to the left,” he called.

“Perfect!”

His teammates applauded as the structure finally stood upright.

“Great job, Nani!”

“You’re a lifesaver!”

Nani smiled sheepishly.

“We all worked hard.”

Just then, a voice interrupted them.

“Nani.”

Everyone turned.

Walking toward them was a tall, well-dressed senior from the Architecture Department.

His name was Win, the final-year Architecture Club President.

He had graduated at the top of every design competition and was admired by many juniors.

“Nani,” Win said with a warm smile, “I heard you’re leading the festival project. Impressive.”

“Thank you, Senior Win.”

Win handed him a cup of iced coffee.

“You skipped lunch again, didn’t you?”

Nani scratched the back of his head awkwardly.

“I was a little busy.”

“You need to take care of yourself.”

“Thank you, Senior.”

Several classmates exchanged knowing smiles.

“Senior Win really looks after Nani.”

“I heard he has liked him since last year.”

“I wonder if it’s true.”

Nani, busy discussing the project, didn’t hear the whispers.

At that moment…

Sky arrived with members of the Student Council for another inspection.

As soon as he entered the Architecture courtyard, his eyes instinctively searched for Nani.

He found him immediately.

Nani was smiling brightly while talking to another man.

The senior gently adjusted the safety helmet on Nani’s head before patting his shoulder.

Sky stopped walking.

But something inside him tightened.

One of the council members noticed.

“President?”

“…Let’s continue.”

Sky walked toward the project without another word.

“Nani,” Professor Anan called, “President Sky is here for the inspection.”

Nani looked up and smiled.

“Sky!”

The casual way Nani called his name surprised everyone.

Even Sky looked slightly taken aback.

Nani walked over happily.

“You’re just in time. We finished the main frame.”

Sky examined the structure carefully.

“The reinforcement looks much better.”

“Thanks to your suggestion.”

Before Sky could reply, Win stepped forward.

“So you’re President Sky.”

Sky nodded politely.

“Senior Win.”

“I’ve heard a lot about you.”

Win smiled.

“And I’ve heard a lot about you too.”

The two alphas shook hands.

Their smiles were polite.

But the atmosphere suddenly became strangely tense.

Nani looked between them, completely unaware.

After the inspection, Win turned to Nani.

“You haven’t eaten yet.”

“Let’s grab something from the café.”

Before Nani could answer, Sky spoke.

“He already has lunch.”

Win raised an eyebrow.

“Oh?”

Sky calmly lifted the lunch box he had been carrying.

“I brought it.”

Nani blinked in surprise.

“You… made lunch?”

Sky cleared his throat.

“I asked the chef to prepare extra.” This chapter is updated first at g.com.

“I thought you might forget to eat.”

Nani’s eyes softened.

“You remembered.”

“Of course.”

Win watched the interaction silently.

For the first time, he noticed something he hadn’t expected.

Sky’s eyes.

Every time they landed on Nani…

The usually cold Student President unconsciously became gentler.

Win smiled faintly.

“So…”

“That’s why.”

He understood.

This wasn’t simply a marriage on paper.

At least…

Not anymore.

As the sun began to set, Sky and Nani sat together beneath the old oak tree, sharing the lunch Sky had brought.

Noah happily stole a piece of grilled chicken before either of them could stop him.

“N-Noah!” Nani laughed.

“That’s my lunch!”

Sky chuckled.

“I think he’s chosen his favorite.”

Nani looked at the fluffy white cat, then at Sky.

“Looks like I’m competing for his attention.”

Sky smiled—a genuine, warm smile that reached his eyes.

“I don’t think you have any competition.”

For a brief moment, their eyes met.

Neither of them looked away.

High above them, hidden behind the leaves of the old oak tree, a camera lens clicked.

Wongravee’s investigator lowered the camera with a thoughtful expression.

“They’re growing closer…”

He immediately sent the photos to Wongravee.

Inside his office, Wongravee studied the images carefully.

His fingers tapped slowly against the desk.

“If those feelings become real…”

“They’ll be much harder to separate.”

A dangerous idea began to form in his mind.

“If I can’t break the marriage…”

“I’ll break their trust.”

The real test of Sky and Nani’s relationship had finally begun.
