"Which class should I buy?" Oscar scrolled through his computer inside his room. He was a 19-year-old male, the newest and youngest member of the Mazeltov Company.
He specialized in ranged and magic-based classes. His current class was Arcane Mage, a Rare class. But as he continued to enter higher-rank dungeons with his teammates, he often fell short during raids.
Most of the members in his group possessed Unique rank classes, so they had little trouble dealing with stronger monsters.
Now, they were stuck in a Rank 10 dungeon, the Glacier Cave Mountain. They needed a strong flame-based class to maintain consistent damage against the boss.
"Ember Mage, Flame Wizard, Pyrocaster... damn, all these classes are trash! Where the hell can I find a good flame class? The Unique and higher ranks all cost more than 100,000 Zents." Oscar cursed as he browsed the Standard Market, where all products were sold at fixed prices.
He then decided to check the Bid Market, where there was a wider selection. Suddenly, his eyes locked onto one of the top listings currently being bid on.
Bid No. 1:

"The seller looks kind of desperate..." Oscar muttered.
He then opened the class details, and his eyes immediately widened.

"This... this is amazing. How can a class like this be Uncommon? Did the seller make a mistake, or enter the wrong rank? But... there’s no way the market wouldn’t have corrected it." Oscar straightened in his chair as his face close to the monitor.
"These kinds of stats and skills... this should be at least Rare. It’s even better than my Rare class, Arcane Mage. I want this class!"
Without hesitation, he raised the bid to 20,000 Zents. Oscar had been a dungeon hunter for three years already, so he could immediately tell how good the class was at a glance.
Suddenly, not even ten seconds later, the bid jumped to 21,000 Zents.
"What?!"
He raised it to 22,000. Another bidder pushed it to 23,000. The process repeated rapidly until it reached 30,000.
"So, you want to play with me, huh? Alright... let’s see who wins." Oscar immediately pressed the Lock Price.
In an instant, the bidding session ended.
(Congratulations to Oscar for winning the bid for the Blazing Archmage class at 40,000 Zents.)
Oscar wore a proud smirk after winning the bid. But suddenly, his face turned pale.
"40,000 for an Uncommon class... Boss is definitely going to kill me."
Ding!
Ding!
Ding!
Zzzz... zzzz... zzzz...
Multiple notifications rang from Lars’s phone, but he was fast asleep in his room. A line of drool slipped from his mouth. After not sleeping the entire night, he was completely exhausted.

"Huhh?!" Lars jolted awake as he startled by the system notification.
He rubbed his eyes before lazily checking his phone. Suddenly, his eyes widened in shock. He rubbed them again to make sure, then he confirmed it.
Someone had actually bought the Class Book at the lock price of 40,000 Zents!
"What!? This isn’t a dream, right?" Lars still couldn’t believe it. He pinched his cheek and winced at the pain.
"To think someone really bought an Uncommon class for that amount... damn it! I should have set the lock price even higher."
But a smile slowly spread across his face. Finally, a ray of light had shone upon him. He immediately called Madam Jenn.
"Madam Jenn where are you? I got your money!" He said while laughing.

BAM!!
A swelling formed on Oscar’s head as Zane’s fist smacked him.
"Are you out of your mind?! You really bought an Uncommon class for 40,000 Zents?!" Zane tried to hit him again, but the others quickly held her back.
"Calm down, boss!"
"Let me go! I’m going to kill this guy!"
Aleph and the other members nearby could only shake their heads. Aleph, the vice-CEO of the Mazeltov Company, had known Zane for many years already. She was very strict when it came to maintaining the company’s finances. With the current tight economic situation, every Zent was precious.
Aleph then approached Oscar, who was currently being choked by Zane.
"Relax, Zane. Let’s ask him first why he bought the class. He’s not an amateur, he should have his reasons."
"Fine! But if the reason is rubbish, I will blast him away!"
"Gulp!" Oscar swallowed his saliva.
"Before you hear my reason, please take a look at my class first." Oscar then showed his class details to everyone.
"Hmmm... this is quite interesting," Vega, one of the members, said. He always wore a mask to cover his face.
"This class is actually good! Look, Miss Zane!" Sarah said.
Zane glanced at the class and began reading it.
"This class... is it really an Uncommon class?" she muttered.
"Right?! That’s what I thought when I first saw it. The stats and skills are actually really good." Oscar said.
"Hmph! Let’s see how it performs in battle first before saying whether it’s truly great." Zane then moved deeper into the dungeon, and all the members followed her.
