After hauling the raw materials into the clinic, Loki was finally ready to start brewing stimulants.

He placed the raw materials required for twenty batches of secondary stimulant potion onto the brewing stand.

Selecting the recipe, he waited twenty minutes for twenty vials of speed-enhancing secondary potion to finish brewing.Full novel: Cyberpunk: I Can Install Game Mods — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Next, Loki brewed twenty batches of secondary potion focused primarily on recovery.

Combining the two different secondary potions back into the brewing stand with the final fusing agent, he waited another twenty minutes.

Finally, twenty doses of full stimulant were complete.

Taking out the container of finished stimulant, he placed it on the crafting workbench.

The scanner analyzed it and confirmed its properties matched the description perfectly—no issues there.

Switching the workbench to crafting mode, he loaded metal and glass materials.

As the machine hummed, twenty injector vials for the stimulant were fabricated.

He pulled out a laser engraver and marked each injector vial one by one.

He loaded the stimulant into the syringes and sealed them.

The vibrant green liquid sloshed quietly inside the translucent tubes.

Loki’s first batch of boosters was complete.

He stowed the prepared injectors away.

While Loki was mulling over how to sell them, a visitor request chimed at the door.

Checking the security feed, he saw two people standing outside.

The extensive traditional Asian tattoos covering their skin, combined with the katanas at their waists, made their affiliation obvious: Tyger Claws.

Most likely sent by Wakako.

Loki approved their entry, and the clinic door unlocked with a hiss.

One man’s right arm had its synthskin torn open, exposing the bare metal underneath.

The inner cyberware was heavily damaged, with the retracted Mantis Blade partially exposed to the air.

Looks like a high-powered weapon took a chunk out of his cyberware.

His right abdomen had also sustained significant damage.

He was pressing a cloth against it, but he couldn’t completely stop the bleeding, leaving a few crimson droplets to fall onto Loki’s pristine floor.

The other guy was in much better shape—completely unscathed, clearly acting as an escort.

Makes sense.

Nobody goes to an unfamiliar back-alley clinic alone while bleeding out.

Especially heavily augmented gangers—they’d risk getting scrapped by a crooked ripperdoc and sold to the Scavengers.

That’s why gangers and mercenaries usually stick to a trusted ripperdoc.

If they ever have to visit a new one, they always bring someone they trust to watch their back.

Loki motioned for the wounded man to lie on the operating table and injected a strong coagulant into the tissue around his wound.

“Wakako send you?” Loki asked.

The escort nodded.

“Yeah.

Got hit nearby, and Wakako said there was a reliable clinic around here.”

Seeing how young Loki looked, the Tyger Claw felt a flicker of doubt about his skills.

But since Wakako had vouched for him, he kept his mouth shut.

Besides, as soon as he walked in, he had noticed the boxing trophy sitting on the counter.

He knew enough about those competitions to respect the weight that trophy carried.

He decided to observe his work first—if the kid turned out to be a fraud, it wouldn’t be too late to throw down.

Loki ran a quick check on the patient’s damaged Mantis Blade arm.

Though broken, the structural integrity wasn’t entirely destroyed; it was definitely repairable.

“The cyberarm is trashed.

Do you want it repaired or replaced?”

“How much for a repair?”

“2,000 eddies for the arm, plus surgical and medical fees brings it to 4,000.

Since Wakako sent you, I’ll call it 3,600.”

Hearing the quote, the wounded ganger nodded.

It was a fair price—no markups or hidden fees.

With the ten percent discount, it was actually a hundred or two cheaper than his usual clinic.

“Let’s do that.”

“Alright.

I’ll patch you up first.”

Loki grabbed his tools and expertly detached the damaged cyberarm, setting it aside.

He then pulled out a local anesthetic and administered it near the abdominal wound.

Digging out two stray bullets, he disinfected the area, stopped the bleeding, and stitched the flesh closed.

Two years of study had made Loki’s medical skills top-notch; routine surgical procedures like this were child’s play for him.

Before long, he cleaned the wound and wrapped it up with fresh bandages.

Next, Loki moved to his workbench, gathering tools and spare parts to fix the cyberware.

A ripperdoc was equal parts surgeon and techie—and often played tattoo artist on the side.

As a fully qualified ripperdoc, cyberware maintenance naturally fell under Loki’s umbrella.

Stripping off the ruined synthskin to expose the mechanical core, Loki grabbed his tools to start repairs, only to suddenly freeze as something clicked in his head.

*Duh, I almost forgot I have that thing,* Loki thought, slapping his forehead.

“Fixing this will take a moment, but not too long.

Just sit tight.”

Asking the escort to keep an eye on his buddy, Loki picked up the damaged cyberarm and walked into the back room where his production equipment was located.

Left standing in the lobby, the escort grew suspicious.

*He had his tools out and ready, so why did he grab the arm and duck into the back?

Is he trying to swap out our hardware?*

“What the hell is this guy pulling?” the escort muttered.

“Does he think we’re stupid?

If he tries any trickery, I’ll make sure he learns what happens when you cross the Tyger Claws.”

Still, all he could do was wait.

Suspicion wasn’t proof, and he couldn’t exactly throw a fit without giving Wakako face.

The wounded guy on the surgical table took a breath, feeling much better already.

“Nah, Wakako vouched for him.

Besides, his surgical skills are legit—way better than my old doc.”

“Seriously?

Still, being good with a scalpel doesn’t mean he won’t scam us.

Let’s see.”

Meanwhile, inside the room, Loki had no idea he was giving off shady vibes.

He approached the Anvil integrated into his production system with the damaged arm in hand.

He placed the broken cyberarm on top, added raw metal materials, and hit repair.

The Anvil whirred to life, and within moments, a brand-new Mantis Blade cyberarm materialised before his eyes.

*Damn, this thing is incredible!

Who repairs stuff manually in this day and age?

Cyber-Anvil one-click repair is where it’s at!*

The Anvil’s function was to restore durability.

As long as you supplied the item and matching raw materials, it handled the rest automatically.

*Awesome.

Now I won’t even need to buy spare parts for cyberware repair—it’s practically zero cost.

Only problem is…

it looks a little too new.*

Restored by the Anvil, the cyberarm looked fresh off the assembly line.

Even the micro-scratches and signs of wear on the internal blades were completely gone.

This was a bit awkward.

A standard repair job could never achieve factory-new condition.

Luckily, cyberware was usually covered by synthskin, and almost no one checked the internal wear and tear anyway.

Besides, turning out hardware as good as new wasn’t a crime—if questioned, he could easily bluff his way through.

Loki chilled in the room until enough time had passed to look believable, then walked back out carrying the arm.
