Please, help me with my stats.
Subscriptions, favorites, monthly tickets, donations—anything would be a great help. I know this is a selfish request, so it’s okay if you ignore me.
I’ve truly reached the point where asking for your help is my only option.
I have always hoped that you could all enjoy this book freely and quietly, and that we could maintain a friendly, yet distant, relationship. I wanted you to be able to be pure readers, unconcerned with subscriptions, favorites, character popularity, or other authors’ affairs. But today, I’ve found that I seem to have no other choice.
Here’s what happened. Some of you may have heard that *Daoist Monkey* has a prequel titled *Dead Angle Game*, right? That book was also serialized on Qidian, but a long time ago, it was banned. I’ve been running around ever since, trying to find out why. I’ve exhausted every possible avenue, but to this day, I still don’t have a clear answer.
At the same time, because *Daoist Monkey*’s performance data has always been unremarkable (average subscriptions are steady at around 1,200, but the number of favorites keeps declining), I haven’t been able to get timely help from my editor on this matter.
Friends familiar with Qidian’s inner workings explained that during the platform’s big crackdown on the supernatural genre, only the top-performing works were saved. The rest almost all disappeared.
So, I began to wonder: if *Daoist Monkey*’s subscriptions and other stats improve, could I use that as leverage to negotiate with Qidian? An unbanning, an explanation, a second publication, even a free release to attract readers—any of these would be acceptable. Any form would do. I want to bring *Dead End* back. I don’t care if it makes no money; I just want it to see the light of day again.
That is why I have to ask you all for help with my stats.
Subscriptions, favorites, donations, monthly tickets—anything helps. Please, just do what you can. Help me.
This time, I truly have no other choice but to ask you all for help. I’m sorry. I’m truly sorry. Because this is such a selfish request, it’s fine if you want to ignore me.
But, if you can, please help me.
I am so very sorry. Please, help me.
