Two Things
1. To preserve the volume formatting for *Daoist Monkey*, I will be publishing 15 Chapters as placeholders for the 15 volumes. The content of these 15 placeholder Chapters will be excerpts from various in-world publications from the *Daoist Monkey* universe. If you don’t want to read this content, please be sure to turn off auto-subscribe.
2. Starting at 12:00 PM on October 1st, I will be re-releasing the first two Chapters of *Dead End*. At the same time, I will enable two ways to earn bonus Chapters: through donations and through comments. Please try to leave me comments rather than donating money.
The rule for donation-based bonus Chapters is as follows: based on the total amount of donations received for the character "Zhou Yu," one bonus Chapter will be released when the total reaches 15 yuan. A second Chapter will be released when the total reaches 30 yuan, a third at 45 yuan, and so on. As you can see, the cost per Chapter gets higher as more are released.
The rule for comment-based bonus Chapters is: a new bonus Chapter will be released for every 40 comments on the latest Chapter of *Dead End*. However, highly repetitive comments may be deleted by me or the moderators.
I plan to release the first 27 Chapters of *Dead End* on October 1st, which comprises the entirety of Volume One. After subtracting the two regular daily Chapters, that leaves a total of 25 Chapters available as bonus releases.
Please try to leave me comments to earn bonus Chapters, rather than donating. The latter method will clearly become more expensive as more Chapters are released.
