With that, she slowly got to her feet. She then began removing her armor, and once she finished, she stretched her muscles and cracked her knuckles. "It's been centuries since I've had this much fun in a fight... Come on, Naruto!" she shouted with a smile full of eagerness to fight.
The two opponents stared at each other. Without hesitation, they both charged toward one another. Letting out battle cries, they clashed their fists together, creating a powerful shockwave that knocked several Amazons off their feet. Without mercy, both the Amazon and the shinobi exchanged blows. Naruto landed a powerful right-handed punch on Antiope, causing her to spit out blood, but the Amazon refused to fall. Sweeping her right leg, she knocked the shinobi off his feet. Without wasting any time, she jumped into the air and came down with a downward kick aimed at the blond's chest.
The woman's blow caused her opponent to become buried underground. Without waiting, the blond woman grabbed him by the ankle and pulled him out of the ground. With a smile, she slammed him against the ground. Sitting on his chest, she began punching his face mercilessly and brutally. However, she wasn't expecting the Uzumaki's headbutt, which sent her falling backward. The two slowly got to their feet and looked at each other.
"..." Neither said anything, but the smiles on their faces said it all. As if in slow motion, they both threw a right-handed punch at each other. When their punches connected, both were sent flying in opposite directions. Antiope crashed into the nearby trees, while Naruto slammed into a large rock, becoming embedded in it.
The Amazons present didn't know what to say. This was undoubtedly one of the best battles they had ever witnessed. But to their surprise, both fighters got up and slowly walked toward each other. Finally, when they stood face-to-face, they stared intensely at one another. However, after a few seconds, Antiope collapsed, only to be caught by Naruto.
"Good fight..." the Amazon whispered softly, breathing heavily from exhaustion. The Uzumaki only chuckled quietly. The woman allowed herself to be held in the man's arms. "It's been a long time since I've had this much fun," she said with a smile, revealing the blood running from her mouth. It wasn't strange for the Amazons to enjoy fighting so much. After all, it was in their nature.
"Yeah... A friend once told me that people understand each other better through their fists," he said calmly as he got up along with the woman, who stood on her feet. Moving a little apart, they looked at each other.
"He must have been wise..." Antiope replied, holding her right arm, which was possibly broken. The two looked at each other. They were a mess. Unable to hold themselves back, they both laughed softly. Finally, they sighed.
"He was..." Naruto said in a low voice. Raising his hand, the shinobi touched the Amazon general's head. Surprised, she noticed that she was completely healed. Meanwhile, the blond's own injuries slowly healed before her eyes, leaving the woman still amazed.
"Is there anything you can't do?" the woman joked as she looked at her completely healed and fully functional arm.
"Well, actually, I'm not very good with weapons," he replied, scratching his head in embarrassment. The two began walking toward the Amazons, who started running toward them.
"Well, I can help you with that, as long as you're willing to have more fights like this," the Amazon offered, extending her hand toward the shinobi, who didn't hesitate for a second.
"It's a deal." The two were quickly surrounded by the women, who congratulated them on their great fight. In the distance, a determined Diana stood up.
"I'll be as strong as you two!" With those words, the little girl began running with great effort, continuing her training. Hippolyta saw this, and a small smile appeared on her face. Turning slightly, she looked at the Uzumaki again, who was somewhat awkwardly and shyly accepting the compliments from some of the Amazons.
"I definitely made the right decision," the Queen said to no one in particular. She didn't regret letting the blond stay. The sun was just beginning to set. Today had been another good day for all the Amazons.
It was already night. Somewhere on the island, we could see the Uzumaki's home. Outside the house, three people sat in front of a fire that kept them warm, along with a little girl who was resting. It was Diana, who was sleeping peacefully, covered by a blanket the shinobi had given her. Hippolyta, Antiope, and Naruto calmly watched the little girl sleep.
"It's time, sister..." the Amazon general broke the silence as she ate a fish skewer she had taken from near the fire.
"I know..." the Queen replied as she began eating as well. Sighing, she stroked her daughter's hair. She wished Diana could enjoy her childhood a little longer. "That's why I want to ask both of you to train her," Hippolyta requested, surprising them both.
"Agreed," Antiope said simply. She had no doubts about the blond's abilities. Besides, combining his fighting style with the Amazon fighting style could create something unstoppable.
"Alright..." the Uzumaki said this time. He had no problem with it. It would be a good distraction. The three adults continued enjoying their food and the peaceful night.
