Location: Shaktiveer Territory — Imperial Residence

Far away from wars, corruption, ambition, and the countless troubles that filled the lives of people across the world, there still existed a place untouched by the chaos beyond its territory.

A place where children could laugh in the streets without fear.

Where families could sit beneath old trees and share meals together.

Where farmers returned home after working the fields, merchants knew their customers by name, and elders could spend an entire afternoon talking beneath the shade of a tree while watching children play nearby.

It was a place where people did not merely survive.

They lived.

Shaktiveer Territory.

To outsiders, its enormous size, magnificent architecture, powerful clans, academies, gardens, waterways, mountains, and grand residences made it look more like an independent kingdom than a territory.

Yet the people who lived there never saw it that way.

To them, it was simply home.

And at the heart of that home stood a magnificent imperial residence.

One of its private chambers was larger than the homes of many ordinary families.

Tall white pillars rose toward a beautifully carved ceiling, while enormous windows allowed the morning sunlight to enter through layers of flowing blue and white curtains.

The entire chamber carried an elegant combination of white and blue.

Imperial golden patterns decorated the walls.

Soft formations glowed beneath the floor, providing warmth and maintaining the room’s atmosphere.

Shelves were filled with rare medicinal treasures, beautifully crafted magical objects, spiritual materials, ancient books, and crystal containers holding herbs that could not easily be found anywhere else.

Several of those treasures would have been considered priceless in other places.

Here, most of them had simply been left untouched.

The room was luxurious beyond imagination, yet strangely lacking the feeling of someone who cared about luxury.

It was as though its owner had everything she could possibly possess and had never considered any of it important.

Because today, there was something else that mattered far more.

On the enormous bed at the center of the chamber lay a woman with long midnight-blue hair spread across the white sheets.

Vanshika Shaktiveer.

Her usually calm and graceful expression had been replaced by visible strain.

Her breathing was uneven, and one hand tightly held the sheets beneath her.

The pain had been growing stronger for some time.

Beside the bed stood an elderly woman with silver hair and decades of experience in medicine.

Her movements were steady and practiced, her eyes focused entirely on Vanshika.

On the other side, a younger woman worked alongside her.

She was an accomplished healer, carefully assisting the medical master while keeping everything prepared.

Neither of them allowed panic to enter the room.

The only thing that mattered was helping Vanshika through the moments before the child who was about to born.

Vanshika closed her eyes and took a slow breath.

The pain returned.

Her fingers tightened.

The elderly medical master immediately noticed the change in her expression and leaned closer.

“You’re almost there, Miss Vanshika.

Stay focused.”

Vanshika opened her eyes again.

She looked exhausted, but there was still determination behind her gaze.

The younger lady was helping the elderly woman.

“Almost?” she managed to ask.

She gave miss Vanshika an encouraging smile as she adjusted the sheets.

“Very soon.”

Vanshika let out a slow breath.

She turned her head toward the enormous windows.

Outside, the morning remained peaceful.

Sunlight rested over the distant rooftops of Shaktiveer Territory.

Trees moved gently in the breeze, their leaves shining beneath the clear sky.

Somewhere beyond the residence, ordinary life had already begun.

Children were probably playing.

Shops were opening.

Farmers were beginning their work.

Families were preparing breakfast.

Nothing outside had changed.

But for Vanshika, everything was about to change.

She lowered her eyes and rested one hand gently against herself.

Her expression softened despite the pain.

She had spent so much time waiting for this day.

Not because she expected something extraordinary.

Not because she cared about what the world might think.

She simply wanted to meet her child.

Another wave of pain suddenly came.

Vanshika’s entire expression tightened.

The elderly medical master immediately moved closer.

“Now.

Push.”

Vanshika gathered every bit of strength she had left.

The younger healer supported her while the medical master carefully guided the process.

For several moments, the enormous chamber was filled only with Vanshika’s strained breathing and the quiet instructions of the two women.

Then everything changed.

At exact 11:11 AM

A tiny new life finally entered the world.

Silence followed.

The elderly medical master carefully lifted the newborn into her arms.

Vanshika fell back against the pillows, breathing heavily.

Her entire body felt weak.

The pain from moments earlier had left her exhausted.

Yet when she heard the faint movement of the child, her eyes opened immediately.

The medical master looked toward her.

A warm smile appeared across the old woman’s face.

“Miss Vanshika…

congratulations.”

The younger healer’s expression brightened as well.

“It’s a boy.”

Vanshika stared at them for a moment.

Then her gaze moved toward the tiny child in the medical master’s arms.

Something changed within her expression.

The pain from earlier was still there.

The exhaustion had not disappeared.

Her body was weak, and she could barely gather enough strength to move.

But something far stronger had overcome all of it.

Happiness.

Pure, overwhelming happiness.

The child she had waited for was finally here.

Her son.

Vanshika slowly extended both arms.

“Give him to me.”

Her voice was graceful and like a melody which can attract everything.

There was no hesitation in her voice.

The medical master carefully approached the bed and placed the newborn into her arms.

The moment Vanshika felt his tiny body against her, she became completely still.

She looked down.

For several seconds, she didn’t say anything.

Her eyes simply remained fixed on the tiny face resting peacefully within the white cloth.

He was so small.

His little hands were curled near his chest, and his eyes remained closed.

He wasn’t crying.

Vanshika’s fingers gently moved toward his cheek.

She touched him as carefully as though she were afraid even the slightest movement might disturb him.

Her expression softened.

The woman who could remain composed through almost anything now looked completely captivated by the tiny child in her arms.

She lowered her face slightly.

“My son, my little son, you’re really here…”

Her voice was quiet, almost as though she were speaking only to herself.

The medical master watched silently.

She had witnessed many births throughout her life, but there was something especially tender about the way Vanshika looked at her son.

There was no concern about what he would become.

No thought about the future.

No expectation placed upon him.

Vanshika was simply looking at her child.

That was enough.

Her son.

The most precious person in her arms.

Vanshika carefully adjusted the cloth around him.

“You’re so small.”

A faint smile appeared on her lips.

The younger healer couldn’t help smiling at the sight.

“He seems very peaceful.”

Vanshika glanced toward her for a moment, then looked back at the child.

“He hasn’t cried.”

The two healers exchanged a brief glance.

The elderly medical master stepped closer and carefully checked the newborn again.

His breathing was steady.

His body was warm.

Everything appeared normal.

After finishing her examination, she gave Vanshika a reassuring nod.

“There’s nothing wrong.

He’s healthy.”

Vanshika’s shoulders relaxed slightly.

She looked down again.

“Then I suppose he’s simply quiet.”

The younger healer smiled.

“Perhaps he just likes being held.”

Vanshika’s smile became warmer.

“Then he can stay here always.”

She gently brought the child closer to herself.

The medical master chuckled softly.

“Miss, you should rest.”

Vanshika looked at her son.

“I will.”

The medical master waited.

Vanshika didn’t move.

The old woman raised an eyebrow.

“Eventually?”

A small laugh escaped Vanshika.

“Eventually.”

The younger healer smiled at their exchange before returning to her work.

Vanshika settled more comfortably against the pillows.

She had barely noticed how tired she was anymore.

All her attention had narrowed to the child resting against her.

One tiny hand slowly moved from beneath the cloth.

Vanshika noticed immediately.

She offered her finger.

The newborn’s tiny fingers closed around it.

Vanshika froze.

Her eyes widened slightly.

Then a smile slowly appeared.

It was not the elegant smile people of Shaktiveer territory were accustomed to seeing.

It was softer.

Warmer.

Almost helplessly happy.

She looked at his tiny hand holding her finger.

“Already?”

Her voice carried a quiet amusement.

She gently moved her finger, and the tiny hand tightened around it.

Vanshika’s smile deepened.

“You don’t want to let go?”

The child obviously gave no answer.

He simply remained there, peacefully holding her finger.

Vanshika looked at him for a long moment.

Her eyes became slightly moist, though she didn’t seem to notice.

She carefully brushed a strand of her midnight-blue hair away from her face.

Then she looked down again.

“Vivaan.”

The name came naturally.

The room became quiet once more.

Vanshika repeated it inside her mind.

Vivaan.

She gently touched his cheek.

“Vivaan Shaktiveer.”

The name sounded right.

It belonged to him.

Her son.

The medical master smiled at the name.

“Vivaan.”

Vanshika nodded.

“Yes.”

Her gaze remained fixed on him.

“That’s your name.”

The newborn suddenly moved.

His eyelids trembled.

Vanshika immediately noticed.

She leaned closer.

Slowly, his eyes opened.

Vanshika stopped.

The first thing she saw was a deep azure gaze.

The color was familiar.

Far more familiar than she could have imagined.

Within those azure eyes were tiny points of light, moving subtly within the depths of his irises.

They seemed almost like countless little stars scattered across an endless blue night.

Vanshika stared at him.

Her own eyes carried the same beauty.

For a moment, she simply looked into her son’s eyes.

Then she smiled.

“You have my eyes.”

The younger healer glanced over.

“They’re beautiful.”

Vanshika’s gaze never left Vivaan.

“They are.”

There was quiet pride in her voice.

Vivaan continued looking at her.

He couldn’t understand her words.

He couldn’t understand where he was.

He knew nothing about the enormous world waiting beyond the walls of that chamber.

He only knew the warmth surrounding him.

The familiar voice.

The gentle hands holding him.

The woman whose heartbeat he could feel beneath his tiny body.

Vanshika lowered her head until her forehead gently touched his.

Her eyes closed.

For a moment, the entire world seemed to disappear.

There was no territory.

No palace.

No responsibilities.

No outside world.

Only her and her child.

When she opened her eyes again, Vivaan was still looking at her.

“What are you looking at?”

Her voice carried a little amusement.

She gently tapped his nose.

“Your Mom?”

Vivaan’s fingers moved again.

Vanshika laughed quietly.

“I suppose that’s enough of an answer.”

The medical master watched them from nearby.

She had intended to remind Vanshika to rest again, but changed her mind.

Some moments were better left undisturbed.

The morning light continued to fill the chamber.

The blue-and-white curtains moved gently with the breeze.

The magical objects surrounding the room remained silent and untouched.

All the treasures that filled the enormous chamber suddenly seemed meaningless compared to the tiny life resting in Vanshika’s arms.

She had never cared much for the luxury surrounding her.

Now she had even less reason to.

Her attention remained entirely on Vivaan.

She carefully wrapped him again and settled him against her chest.

The child slowly became calmer.

His eyes began to close.

Vanshika looked down at him.

“Sleep.”

Her hand gently moved over his tiny head.

“I’m here.”

Vivaan’s fingers loosened around hers.

His breathing became softer.

Within moments, he was asleep.

Vanshika remained completely still.

She didn’t want to move him.

She didn’t want to disturb even the smallest part of the peaceful expression on his face.

The elderly medical master eventually gathered her things.

Before leaving the bedside, she looked toward Vanshika.

“Miss, he needs rest.”

Vanshika nodded.

“I know.”

The medical master looked at her for another moment.

“And so do you.”

Vanshika glanced down at Vivaan.

Her smile returned.

“I’ll rest with him.”

The medical master sighed fondly.

“Then at least close your eyes.”

Vanshika gave a small nod.

She leaned back against the pillows, keeping Vivaan safely against her.

Her eyes slowly closed.

But before sleep could fully take her, something caught her attention.

Vivaan had opened his eyes again.

His tiny gaze was no longer directed toward her.

He was looking toward the window.

Vanshika opened her eyes fully.

She followed his gaze.

Nothing unusual could be seen.

Only the peaceful sky beyond the glass.

The trees.

The distant rooftops of Shaktiveer Territory.

Everything appeared exactly as it should.

She looked back at Vivaan.

His eyes remained fixed in that direction.

Vanshika gently touched his cheek.

“What is it?”

Vivaan didn’t move.

Then, slowly, his gaze returned to her.

The tiny hand resting against her clothing moved until it found her finger again.

Vanshika looked down.

His fingers closed around hers.

Her expression softened immediately.

Whatever had caught his attention could wait.

For now, she had her son in her arms.

And nothing mattered more.

Outside the chamber, Shaktiveer Territory continued its peaceful day, unaware that within those quiet walls, a new chapter of Vanshika’s life had begun.

Yet somewhere in the silence of the room, one small detail remained unexplained.

Why had the newborn opened his eyes and looked toward the window before looking back at his mother?

Vanshika did not know.

And for the moment, she didn’t ask.

She simply held Vivaan a little closer.

The clock continued its quiet movement beside the bed as the morning slowly passed into noon.

For mother and son, however, the world had already changed.
