Inside the dojo, the general manager slumped into his chair, his face drained of all color.

His expression was one of utter disbelief.

“An entire squad was wiped out…”

His hands trembled.

“Those were enhanced soldiers.”

“There were even four androids among them.”

“Even if they were only prototypes, ordinary people shouldn’t have been capable of defeating them.”

A chill ran down his spine.

Quickly, he removed the recording disk containing footage of Alvin’s battle from the surveillance system.

“I can’t stay here.”

“I have to leave immediately.”

Gathering the remaining Red Ribbon personnel inside the dojo as his escort, the manager fled with the recording, heading for one of Dr.

Gero’s secret bases.

Meanwhile…

Not far from the battlefield, the road looked like a war zone.

Spent shell casings littered the ground.

Trees, walls, and even the asphalt were riddled with bullet holes.

As Alvin arrived, his heart sank.

More than anything…

He feared finding the bodies of Lazuli and Lapis.

A short distance away lay a Red Ribbon soldier, his uniform bearing the organization’s insignia.

The man wasn’t moving.

Alvin knelt briefly to inspect him.

Dead.

He clenched his fists.

“Please…”

“Don’t let anything have happened to them.”

Without caring about the squad leader’s agonized screams, Alvin grabbed the crippled man—whose arms and legs had all been crushed—and continued sprinting toward the airport.

Even after the fierce battle, Alvin’s remaining stamina still allowed him to fight at roughly a power level of 75.

Running at full speed, he was faster than most cars.

Before long…

He heard the unmistakable sound of scattered gunfire ahead.

“I made it.”

He accelerated once more.

When he arrived, only three Red Ribbon soldiers remained.

They were attempting to surround Lazuli and Lapis, who were using abandoned vehicles as cover while returning fire.

“Stop shooting!”

Alvin shouted.

“Your commander is in my hands!”

Before the soldiers could react, he crushed the squad leader’s throat with a single squeeze.

Then he casually threw the corpse toward them.

The body landed only a few meters away.

Shock flashed across the soldiers’ faces.

Alvin was already moving.

[Power Level +8]

The moment the squad leader died, another notification appeared.

His total power level rose to 120.

Instinctively, the three soldiers opened fire.

Bullets rained toward Alvin.

This time…

He didn’t even bother dodging.

Having already confirmed that ordinary firearms could no longer injure him, he simply walked straight through the barrage.

Three swift strikes.

Three lifeless bodies.

The battle ended almost instantly.

The system chimed again.

[Opponent’s power level below 24.

Alvin paid the notification no attention.

He let out a long breath before walking toward the siblings.

“It’s over.”

He smiled reassuringly.

“Let’s go.”

“I just hope flights are still operating today.” Visit g.com for the full chapter.

His tone was deliberately relaxed.

In truth…

If the squad leader hadn’t insisted on capturing him alive…

If the battle had lasted only a little longer…

If his stamina had dropped any further…

Even Alvin couldn’t say with confidence who would have survived.

Lazuli ignored his attempt to downplay everything.

Instead, she walked straight over and asked quietly,

“Are you hurt?”

Alvin shook his head.

“I’m fine.”

“I’m stronger than they were.”

“After dealing with them, I heard you two were in danger, so I came as fast as I could.”

“I only used up some stamina.”

“I wasn’t really injured.”

Lazuli wasn’t convinced.

She grabbed him by the shoulders and carefully inspected him from head to toe.

Her attention lingered on every bullet hole torn through his clothing.

Only after confirming that none of the bullets had actually pierced his skin did she finally let out a sigh of relief.

From beside them came an aggrieved voice.

“Sis…”

“I’m injured too.”

Lapis pointed pitifully at the scrape on his arm.

Lazuli glanced at it.

“It’s just a scratch.”

“We’ll disinfect it once we reach the airport.”

“You’re a man.”

“Stop acting so delicate.”

Lapis could only pout helplessly.

Ignoring his complaints, Lazuli walked over to one of the Red Ribbon Army’s abandoned vehicles.

She opened the driver’s door, then looked back at Alvin.

“You’ve both done enough.”

She gently pushed Alvin into the passenger seat before turning to his sibling with a faint smile.

“I’ll drive.”

“Our two heroes can rest.”

“When we get there…”

“I’ll wake you up.”

Lapis pouted as he climbed into the back seat.

Rubbing the scrape on his arm, he sighed dramatically.

My sister used to dote on me…

Now she’s practically someone else’s.

Lazuli, focused on the road, spoke while driving.

“All of those people were wearing the Red Ribbon Army insignia.”

“They’re probably what’s left of the organization.”

“But I still don’t understand why they targeted us.”

Alvin leaned back in his seat and thought for a moment.

“It’s probably because we challenged that dojo.”

“I think it was one of the Red Ribbon Army’s hidden facilities.”

“They wanted to capture us and use us as test subjects…”

“…to turn us into androids.”

Based on the enemies he had fought and how closely their combat styles matched those of the dojo’s instructors, Alvin had already pieced together the truth.

Lazuli instinctively began turning the steering wheel, as though planning to head back.

Seeing this, Alvin reached out and gently steadied the wheel.

“There’s no point.”

“That base has probably already been abandoned.”

“Our priority is getting to Papaya Island.”

Lazuli reluctantly nodded.

“Fine.”

She clicked her tongue.

“Those bastards got lucky.”

“My favorite outfit was completely ruined.”

Her tone was filled with irritation. New chapters come out on g.com first.

At the airport, the three changed into fresh clothes.

After Lapis had the scrape on his arm cleaned and bandaged, they finally boarded their scheduled supersonic flight.

Because of the Red Ribbon Army attack, the departure had been delayed by an hour.

Once airborne, the aircraft accelerated rapidly.

A brilliant vapor cone formed around the fuselage as it broke the sound barrier.

Thanks to excellent sound insulation, however, the passengers inside barely noticed any noise.

Alvin gazed out the window.

I wonder if Goku and the others are still on Papaya Island.

I hope we make it in time.

The journey would still take more than four hours.

Thinking back…

The day had been unbelievably exhausting.

That morning, he had challenged martial artists at two different dojos.

That afternoon, he had fought desperately against the Red Ribbon Army.

He had only transmigrated into the Dragon Ball world yesterday.

Yet today…

He had spent nearly the entire day fighting for his life.

No wonder he felt utterly drained.

“Get some sleep.”

Lazuli noticed the fatigue on his face and smiled gently.

“I’ll wake you when we arrive.”

She, too, felt overwhelmed by everything they had experienced in just one day.

Alvin closed his eyes.

Within his mind, he summoned the system that had brought him into this world.

In less than three days since his transmigration, his total power level had already surpassed 120.

The future looked brighter than ever.

With dreams of one day beating even the Super Saiyans into submission, Alvin gradually drifted into a deep sleep.

More than four hours passed in the blink of an eye.

After eating, resting, and allowing his body to recover naturally, his effective power level returned to its full 120.

When Alvin opened his eyes again, the aircraft was already descending.

Outside the window, night had completely fallen.

Countless stars glittered across the sky.

The moon was nowhere to be seen.

Only an endless sea of stars illuminated the darkness.

After landing on Papaya Island, the three quickly retrieved their capsule car and drove straight toward the World Martial Arts Tournament arena.

It was already nine o’clock at night.

Alvin hadn’t expected to find Goku’s group.

He had come simply because he felt he’d regret not checking after making the journey.

To his surprise…

They were still there.

Master Roshi, Bulma, and the others were waiting outside the tournament grounds for Son Goku to return.

Instead of Goku…

The people who arrived were Alvin and his companions.

Stepping forward, Alvin greeted them politely.

“Master Roshi…

Bulma…”

“Hello.”

“My name is Alvin.”

“This is Lazuli…”

“And this is her younger brother, Lapis.”

“We’ve come because of the Dragon Balls…”

“…and Demon King Piccolo.”
