Today, Android 18 had changed into an even more eye-catching outfit while wandering around West City.
Dressed in stylish black clothes and a short skirt that highlighted her figure, she looked exceptionally beautiful and attractive.
Although she was an android, she still possessed the emotions and instincts of a normal woman.
Ever since meeting Karan, she found herself unable to remain calm whenever he was around.
Under the table, she quietly stretched out one of her long legs and lightly brushed against his calf, teasing him with a mischievous smile.
“Where’s Android 17?” Karan asked casually, pretending not to notice her little game.
“He said he wanted to live like an ordinary person, get married, and start a family, so we went our separate ways.”
Although Android 18 maintained her usual cool expression, the smile in her eyes betrayed her true feelings.
“Oh?”
Karan took a sip of red wine and smiled.
“So you’ve been following me all this time because you can’t bear to leave me?”
“In your dreams.”
Android 18 rolled her eyes at him, but her face immediately turned red.
She had always been indifferent toward men, but things were different now.
Whenever she looked at Karan, her heartbeat quickened, and she found herself unable to meet his eyes for very long.
“I see.”
Karan grinned.
“So you’re just here for a free meal.”
“Go ahead and eat.
Don’t let that beautiful figure of yours go hungry.”
Watching the blonde beauty trying so hard to maintain her pride despite the affection in her eyes, Karan secretly found the situation amusing.
Android 18 didn’t stand on ceremony.
She immediately began helping herself to the pizza and sushi on the table.
Her eating habits were anything but elegant.
After all, she hadn’t had a proper meal in quite some time.
“Slow down.”
Karan laughed and raised his glass.
“No one’s going to steal your food.”
Half an hour later, a familiar figure suddenly appeared.
Dressed in his orange gi and maintaining his Full Power Super Saiyan state, Goku stood nearby with an excited smile.
“Goku!”
Karan and Android 18 spoke simultaneously.
“Huh?
You know me?” Goku asked in surprise.
It wasn’t strange for Android 18 to recognize him.
But he had never met Karan before.
“Of course.
You’re pretty famous on Earth,” Karan replied calmly.
“That’s right!”
Goku’s eyes sparkled with excitement.
“Your strength is incredible!
Just standing near you gets me fired up!”
“Honestly, with your current level, you aren’t my opponent.”
Karan spoke bluntly.
“I don’t have much interest in fighting right now.”
Instead of being offended, Goku became even more excited.
“Then come to the World Martial Arts Tournament in ten days!”
“If you’re not there, it’ll be a lot less fun!”
Hearing those words, Karan fell into thought.
At that moment, the System’s voice echoed inside his mind.
“Ding!
Selection mission triggered.”
“Option One: Participate in the World Martial Arts Tournament and become the champion.
Reward: Time-Skip for 0.1 seconds.”
“Option Two: Participate and simply obtain a ranking.
Reward: Destructo Disc.”
“Option Three: Refuse to participate.
Reward: Five billion zeni.”
Karan didn’t hesitate.
Time-Skip was one of Hit’s signature techniques from Universe 6.
Compared to that, the other rewards were nothing.
“Option One.”
“I’ll take the championship.”
“Fine.”
Karan nodded.
“I’ll participate.”
“Great!”
Goku rubbed his hands excitedly.
“Then I’ll train hard over the next ten days.
See you in the ring!”
Placing two fingers on his forehead, Goku instantly vanished using Instant Transmission.
After he left, Karan smiled to himself.
“Time-Skip.”
“That’ll make a nice trump card.”
“I’m full.”
“Go pay the bill.”
“Pay the bill?” Karan spread his hands helplessly.
“Do I look like an ATM?
I don’t even have money on me.”
Android 18 rolled her eyes.
“You came to an expensive restaurant without bringing any money?”
Karan laughed.
“And what about you?
Did that outfit you’re wearing pay for itself?”
Android 18 was instantly speechless.
“Come on.”
Karan suddenly stood up and smiled mischievously.
“Let’s leave first and figure things out later.”
Before Android 18 could react, Karan grabbed her hand.
“Eek!”
Caught off guard, she stumbled directly into his arms.
Her beautiful face immediately turned bright red.
“You idiot!”
Even though she complained, she made no effort to pull away.
Instead, she quietly leaned against his chest.
Holding the blushing blonde beauty in his arms, Karan laughed and dashed out of the restaurant.
Compared to flying through the sky, running through the bustling streets with a beautiful woman by his side felt far more enjoyable.
Meanwhile, Android 18 listened to the sound of his heartbeat and couldn’t help smiling.
Perhaps following this mysterious Saiyan wasn’t such a bad thing after all.
