As her face turned into a tomato, she took my hand in her sweaty and nervous hand.
I only shook my head at her innocent cuteness...
While on the bullet-train to Kuoh Town, Asia sat on the window seat, amazed at everything...
Freed had closed his eyes to rest, as he really experienced a lot today in the last 24 hours.
Asia next to freed saw his exhaustion and felt guilty for making him come to find her, and she also felt blessed.
Asia has been going through a roller-coaster of emotions in the last month.
She went from a church orphan to the blessed Sister that healed others, to a blasphemous witch who healed a Devil.
Her single act of kindness to the poor boy on death's door ruined her life, but she would do it again to save people.
Asia knew in her heart that God would forgive her even if the people from the Church kicked her out cold.
And when the people from Grigori, the Fallen from Heaven like herself, told her she could still serve God in the shadows, she decided to try.
Then while she just entered the institute for training, this young Exorcist asked her to become his partner in Japan.
After officially accepting the partnership in Grigori, he left while she trained.
Asia was a little afraid of the new partner after hearing about his past from those in Grigori, but every-time she would call or send this man texts, he only tried to make her feel good.
Asia shook her head and said while holding her cross.
"I won't judge others by others' views, and I will believe in Brother Sellzen, no, Freed. Thank you for giving me a friend as kind as Freed Sellzen, amen."
Asia opened her eyes and saw the sleeping Freed kinda red, like having a fever, so she placed her hand on his forehead and said...

I was doing this in-case I bumped into Issei Hyoudou, because a part of me doesn't want them to meet.
Not sure why that is, but I don't want to have Asia's feeling ignored like the anime.
I know the old Freed of my past didn't care about Asia at all, but the part of me that awakened in Freed, kinda likes Asia if I'm honest.
As I can tell she is really shy about me taking her hand, I said.
"If my holding your hand is making you feel uncomfortable, I will let it go?"
To my surprise, the little grip on my left-hand tightened, and she shook her head, saying.
"No... I mean I haven't held anyone's hand like this before, so I was unsure, but I feel safe holding your hand, so, so, so, it's good."
Fuck, going from the bad and despicable Raynare to the pure Asia, is really showing the two sides of my twisted personality.

As I handed it back to her, she smiled in thanks, and that's when I saw the boy on the other side of the sidewalk.
Issei Hyoudou was so preoccupied with something, his head was down in thought, and he walked right by Asia and I without noticing.
I let out the breath I was holding.
Asia asked me in concern.
"Freed, are you alright, you looked worried?"
I squeezed her hand and told her.
"No, I was just thanking God for letting me change my ways, and not let fate be set in stone."
Asia was happy to hear that, and we continued our fateful pilgrimage...
(FYI, Freed has no clue that the Biblical God is dead, just like most in this world.)
A while later in my dormitory room...
A hella awkward scene was taking place.
Raynare was sitting on the edge of my bed with her legs crossed and her chin in her hand, looking at both Asia and I.
"Asia, I think it's very unfair to make you share a bed with Freed, so I will let you sleep in my room in the other building, and I as your boss will stay here with Freed."
Asia, knows her boss is a former Angel from Heaven and looks up to her and agrees.
Something in her heart is telling her to resist, but she at this point doesn't have the courage, so she only nodded reluctantly.
Raynare in her heart was happy that Asia was obedient, and that I didn't overturn her words.

Yeah, I didn't protest Raynare making this choice as I was looking at this floating system text.
With sad puppy eyes, Asia was dragged out of my room by the Fallen Angel Raynare to get unpacked in her former room.
But as Asia had her head down while leaving, I said.
"After you get unpacked in your new room, take a nap and I will take you all around Kuoh Town to get familiar."
Raynare rolled her eyes hearing that, but Asia was filled with energy and nodded.
"Okay Brother Freed, I will listen, goodbye..."
After the two charming ladies left, the system added.
