Chapter 12: Freed & Raynare? by Harem-Fan
A week later inside the Underworld Delights...
Asia, Dohnaseek, Kalawarna, and Mittelt had wide open eyes.
We were all sitting in the conference room upstairs, and I was on the couch.
But what surprised everyone was the fact Raynare was sitting side saddle in my lap hugging me.
"As of today, Dohnaseek is the team leader and boss in Kuoh Town... I'm going to work in the mission center as a supervisor, the Grigori's Black Dog Bar."
Mittelt pointed at me and asked.
"Why?"
After a week of in-depth nightly communication, Raynare is now an experienced newlywed wife and smiled.
"Oh, you mean why am I sitting in Freed's lap? Well I'm his girlfriend after-all, fufu. I'm leaving Kuoh, so I wanted to claim him for myself."
She held up the gold wedding band that is plain and simple.
Kalawarna's eyes twitched remembering last week's events.
Just when Asia had a sad look, Raynare said to her.
"Asia, is it okay to share the new home with Freed since I'm leaving?"
Asia, who did-but-didn't understand nodded her head, as that was something she wanted.
She felt uncomfortable being alone, and she was a bit jealous deep in her heart.
Yeah, to protect Asia, Raynare, and I, Azazel got us a condo in a luxurious apartment building. (It's the same building Azazel is staying in, unknown to them.)
Raynare said seriously and with a little regret.
"Alright Dohnaseek, if I find out you are abusing Freed or Asia, I will come back to deal with you."
Dohnaseek grins, not caring about her threat.
I patted her butt and said.
"It's fine, I like fighting, so let anyone boss me, right Stripper Kala?"
Kalawarna is gritting her teeth as I had stripped her that day in the park, too bad I didn't get a good look though.
Raynare moved and sat next to me now that she made her point, and asked the Fallen Angel trio.
"I need to make a closing report for my position swap, so what has happened since the death and revival of the Red Dragon Emperor?"
Dohnaseek said with his hands in the air.
"When I almost killed him in the park, and was going to capture him, his King Rias Gremory came running to save him, sigh."
Kalawarna said.
I've noticed the Devils are now coming to our coffee shop to watch us.
Mittelt added.
"A few students that saw Asia and Freed came here, and they were asking about Freed's details, but I kept it light."
I protested to the Loli bitch.
"Why would you even admit to knowing me, stupid Eternal Loli."
She put on an innocent and clueless wink, like it was accidental.
So I asked.
"Do you know who asked for me then?"
She tilted her head with her finger on her chin and said.
"I only remember she had glasses."
Raynare patted my leg seeing my expression of wanting to stab someone.
"Okay everyone, I'm leaving now to report. Good luck in Kuoh Town, fufu."
Then Raynare whispered a few things in my ear, making my face twitch wildly, and she left for the teleport circle in the corner of the room.
She told me she would see me later after all her work was done, and was curious if another girl would be in my bed.
Buzz~! While waving, Raynare dispersed into magenta lights...
Asia slid closer to my side in nervousness of the Fallen Angels in the room, and I said.
"Alright Dohnaseek, you're the boss now, so what's up?"
He pointed to Asia and said.
"I'm splitting you guys up into new teams."
Asia now really moved to hold my arm in fear of really being split up, but I pat her shivering hand and said.
"Well, since Azazel told me Asia Argento was my permanent partner, unless you have his order, you can fuck yourself, and I mean I will kill you over it, so try me."
And this time the ripples in the air around me were very noticeable as I have learned to use Telos Karma more, and my bloodlust was rising.
Kala seeing that, said to Dohnaseek.
"Are you sure?"
Dohnaseek, seeing Kala basically telling him he is on his own, changed his words.
"Sure, I was unaware of that, so you two can stay together then... Well your mission is to capture Issei Hyoudou for us."
I smiled and nodded at this spineless pussy.
"Sure, I shall try my best."
My best to avoid him and by time, dumbass.
After getting a couple of iced coffee drinks from the shop, Asia and I left for work...
The sun was now setting and the pair of us had just entered the Kuoh Shopping Center near the school...
This is a two level indoor mall with an atrium and a parking garage with parking on the mall roof as well.
This is the largest indoor mall in Kuoh Town and is a popular meeting place for all the youth of this area.
Asia asked me.
"Freed um... About you and Raynare?"
My red eyes swept over in amusement, because she doesn't realize she is jealous, because her pure heart can't be upset at anyone.
Just as I was going to tell her she was my wife, my stupid system piped up.
[Ding~! Mission: Confess that you want Asia in your harem. Reward: Asia won't be confused about her feelings.]
I almost tripped on the escalator we were getting on, but I took her hand anyway.
I really didn't like how Issei bragged about being a Harem King, and honestly I was just happy with having Raynare, but...
The former me with a little knowledge of Asia, really does care for her.
"Asia, in the Church a man could only have one wife, but in the Grigori, harems are the norm and encouraged... If you one day have those kinds of feelings for me, I really would be blessed to have you as part of my harem."
I think I threw up a little in my soul for those words, but whatever.
Asia turned into a bright red apple while we entered the second floor...
Asia didn't say anything but looked at her feet, but that's fine, I finished the Sacred Gear's task.
I pointed to the food court to break the awkwardness and told her.
"Let's get some Mac Donald's for dinner before we go on patrol?"
While Asia and I were eating a combo, I heard a familiar voice from behind me...
"Hello sir, please take a flyer."
When I turned around to see the Devil in question trying to hand me a flyer, I was spooked, and so was the Devil!
In her left-hand was a Greed Detector, and in her right-hand was a Devil Summoning Seal flyer.
Still wearing her Kuoh Academy uniform, she froze at this hella awkward scene.
Aika Kiryuu had only been a Devil for a week under the Student Council president, Sona Sitri.
Aika was really taught about the hostility between the Church, Heaven, Fallen Angels, and the Devils.
So when she learned about the Stray Exorcists, she was a bit nervous to meet her acquaintance again.
But the thing that made her freeze was the fact that only Humans with greed can get a reading on this detector, and one who has a wish in line with the Sitri Peerage.
I took the flyer from the frozen Aika and looked at it...
"Understood, you're a new member of the Devil Sitri clan, right?"
I accepted the flyer and put it into my priest robe inner-pocket and saw the fear and uncertainty in the bespectacled girl's eyes, but Asia asked.
"Brother Freed, do you know this girl?"
I pointed to Aika and said to Asia.
"Asia, this is Aika Kiryuu, and one of the nice Devils I told you about in Kuoh."
Asia waved at Aika and said.
"I'm Asia Argento and Freed's partner, it's nice to meet you Kiryuu."
Aika all of a sudden realized the bad scenarios in her mind were not a reality, and her grin came back.
"Sorry for not calling you Mr. Sellzen, I thought with my recent changes, you would've hated me, sorry."
I pointed to the empty seat next to Asia and said.
"Actually it's good you're on guard, because I do in fact kill evil Devils, but I know who are good Devils. By the way, what kind of servant did you become?"
After shaking hands with the kind Asia, Aika answered.
"Um, I always liked the supernatural, and in my heart wanted to learn magic, so I was offered to become a Sitri Pawn... I had found out you belonged to the supernatural and was excited, but..."
I finished her thoughts.
"You were bummed to find out about the issues with the Three Factions, right?"
Aika sighed and nodded.
"Now that you know the supernatural, I will just call you Aika, and you can call the both of us Freed and Asia."
Aika asked unsure.
"I avoided calling and sending messages before, but is it okay to do? Even if we are on opposing sides?"
[Ding~! Mission: As a Double-Agent, keep in contact with Devil Aika, because an inside woman is important. Reward: Get the latest news.]
"Aika, as long as you don't betray your King and the Underworld, we can keep in touch. I would like to stay friends."
I wasn't aware that Asia thought I was too kind.
"Okay Freed, please take care of me, fufu."
Then Aika in a great mood stood and said while waving the Greed Detector.
"Alright, I gotta get back to work and finish this, or the President will get upset, goodbye."
Asia and I watched Aika literally skip away in a good mood.
"She seems like a kind girl."
I nodded, not knowing those two girls were good friends in the anime, because I was silly to not watch all 4 seasons...
Late at night, Asia and I returned to our new condominium on the 4th and highest floor...
This entire luxury building is operated by Grigori, and there are only two large condos on this top floor, while each of the other floors has a total of 8 condos each, showing how large this place was.
I was also unaware the other condo next to us was owned by Azazel himself, so he could watch over Issei Hyoudou and I to prevent Longinus issues.
As Asia and I walked in our new home, I looked around...
A wide and decorative entryway...
Ahead and left past the kitchen area, was the main large living-room with a large L-shaped couch and 4 fluffy armchairs.
A 60 inch laser TV made by Grigori was there with many game systems and games from all known brands, not sure why, but whatever.
To the immediate left of the main entryway was a large kitchen and attached dining room for around 10 people.
Past the living-room are the sliding glass doors leading to a rather large outside patio, limited to only the top floor residences, as all the other condos have only a balcony.
The patio has two 4-person outdoor tables, many potted plants, and an outdoor grill for barbecuing.
It also has a 6-person covered outdoor jacuzzi tub.
The right side of the large condo has a single large tiled Japanese style shower and bath accommodating up to 10 people at once.
Finally there are a total of 4 master bedrooms with a walk-in closet and small toilet and shower room found in most homes.
Raynare and I share one master-bedroom, and Asia was given the one next to ours, with a connecting door.
Asia asked shyly...
"Freed, would you like a small meal before bed?"
I nodded, because Asia is a relatively decent cook, and I am not.
"Thanks Asia, anything you make will be good, I'm heading off to the baths."
As I was walking to the large Japanese bathing area, I didn't see Asia holding up her fists in a fighting spirit...
