Second, my skill to a semi-professional level is at 0.5 which means I'm halfway there.
This would have to be due to chess right? There's no way my signing got that good within 1 day or 2 of practice...
I didn't check it recently due to people being everywhere around me so I can't tell exactly what caused what.

Third, I cleared the opportunity quest and from the looks of it. It wasn't a wuxia thing, but it seems like a choose your own adventure type of quest.
Fourth, High Placement in the Australian Junior Chess Championship seems like the bet between Dad and I, got me this quest.
Thankfully, it doesn't say win, but high placement and 2nd or 3rd place difference won't be too much with 4 IQ points or so.
How will the system incorporate higher IQ? Will it be the cliche 'Ah, my thoughts were a mere stream, but now… behold! They have awakened into an ocean of boundless intellect! Fear me, mortals!'
I mean, as someone who religiously took IQ tests at some point in my previous life to feel like I was smart and even learnt the types of questions to semi-cheat it, I'd like to think I know more than the average person.
After testing between 100 to 140 for my IQ, I eventually fell down a rabbit hole of anti-IQ sentiment, learnt about EQ, tried to improve EQ and then did comparisons of high IQ to success ratio.
The point that teenage me of my previous life eventually got to was who cares?
I learnt that actually putting in the work is all that matters and that it just might be slightly easier to do smarter work with a high IQ.
If you have a low IQ, you can't change it, so buckle down and work hard.
If you have a high IQ you don't become successful because of it, so buckle down and work hard.
While it sounds like one of those classic My parents taught me how to be rich, if you put in the work you can do it too, after inheriting $3 million, putting it in a 4% p.a. savings account and earning $10k a month for life with no effort.
