Today, it’s time to move my dormitory stuff home.
In a few days, I’ll take the graduation exam, attend the graduation ceremony, and then leave school for good.
I ran into Qin Han on the small path to the dormitory.
I didn’t expect to see her; I thought she wouldn’t come to school until her driver was back.
But incredibly, she arrived even earlier than me.
I had no intention of acknowledging Qin Han, so I tried to walk past her, but she stopped me.
“Sister, you’re here, aren’t you?”
She still looked weak and innocent, dressed in a light pink princess dress with matching hair band.
Her long, black hair cascading down her back made her look like a real princess.
Zhou Qinyan, the young mistress of the Zhou family, and Zhang Yun, the son of our Academy’s Dean, were standing next to her.
Zhang Yun had been pursuing Qin Han; it was no secret.
Everyone in school knew about it.
After all, he was the Dean’s son and caused a big fuss over wining her over.
However, Qin Han always kept him at a distance, which only made him more infatuated with her; he wished to stick to her like a leech all day.
His desperation only inflated Qin Han’s vanity.
Many students who did not want to join the workforce started sucking up to Qin Han in hopes of staying in school.
Who knows how many benefits Qin Han has received from this?
I shot a cold glance at the three of them but continued on my way.
Zhou Qinyan, however, couldn’t resist opening her mouth.
“Some people, when treated kindly as a sister, put on a haughty face.
Do they really believe they’re better than others?”
I gave a wry smile but said nothing.
Zhou Qinyan had always been at odds with me since she fancied Xie Bin from the Student Union.
Unfortunately, Xie Bin seemed to have no interest in her, and he once used me as a shield by posting a love letter on the school forum claiming that his heart belonged to me.
That’s why Zhou Qinyan viewed me as her adversary.
But for heaven’s sake, I hardly know Xie Bin.
Qin Han always dressed in flashy clothes and liked to befriend those who held grudges against me.
It made it easier for her to squeeze me out and appear popular.
Since I was devoted to fashion design and didn’t like to go out with classmates for fun, I had very few friends.
As a result, under Qin Han’s influence, I almost ended up isolated in school.
I intended to avoid trouble and walked on, but Qin Han called out from behind me, “Sis, I had our driver, Mr.
Li, take me to school first, because I had too many things to carry.
He’s on his way to take them home.
Are you mad at me for this?”
I sneered.
No wonder our driver never showed up after I had waited so long!
Turns out, Qin Han had him take her to school early.
“Of course not.
So, it was Mr.
Li who drove you to school.
Didn’t you tell me yesterday that Xie Bin was passing by our house and could give you a ride?” I batted my eyelids a couple of times, gave Qin Han a cold look, and said with a smile.
Zhang Yun looked stunned and a bit angry at Qin Han, “Hanhan, no wonder you refused when I offered to pick you up this morning.
So, you wanted Xie Bin to bring you to school?”
Zhou Qinyan was just as incredulous and angrily said, “Qin Han, you clearly said last time that you didn’t like Xie Bin.
Why did you ask him to bring you to school behind my back?
Are you trying to seduce him?”
