*AEGON II — DRACARYS*
"Dracarys."
Aegon's voice broke.
He was 18. Though he had never killed a man. He did not tell his dragon not to kill a man.
Voidscale did not care.
They were fifty feet over the Street of Chains when Aegon said it. Below, twenty Sons of the Harpy in golden masks had surrounded a dozen Unsullied, pushing them back against a brick wall, knives out.
Aegon saw the masks and thought of the stories — how they cut throats at night, how they killed freedmen children.
"Dracarys," he said again, louder.
Voidscale opened his mouth.
The world became fire.
It was not the pretty orange fire of a kitchen hearth. It was white at its core, and it fell like water. The Sons screamed, but only for a second. The gold masks melted into their faces. Tokars burned. The street stank of burnt hair and fat.
When the flame stopped, twenty men were ash and melted gold. The Unsullied stared up, spears shaking.
Aegon sat on top of Voidscale. He was watching at the mess below
Behind him —
Aegnis and Chaosfyre had learned.
Aegnis — the ashblack — dove on the next alley without being told. He was smaller, his flame redder, messier. He lit five Harpy sons who were setting fire to a school. They ran screaming into the Skahazadhan.
Chaosfyre didn't breathe. Chaosfyre dive down . He landed on a masked man twice his size, tore his tokar with his claws, and ripped his throat with teeth that were still growing in bloody.
Aegon heard the city change.
First, silence. Because three new dragons were over Meereen.
Then — a different sound. Not fear. A roar.
"MOTHER OF DRAGONS!" someone shouted in Astapori Valyrian. "DRAGONS! THREE MORE DRAGONS!"
Freedmen pouring out of doors with knives, with sticks. Unsullied chanting, banging spears.
On the Great Pyramid, Daenerys saw it. Drogon beside her, Viserion and Rhaegal screaming from the pit where she had chained them.
Three dragons. And on the biggest black one — silver hair.
"Who?" Missandei whispered.
Dany didn't know how to reply, but she was sure he is a Targaryen
A Harpy captain, his mask shaped like a screaming owl, tried to rally his men on the plaza. He lifted a spear.
Voidscale saw him.
Aegon didn't even have to say it.
Voidscale fell like a thunderbolt.
3 minutes later.......
The plaza was ash.
Voidscale landed hard, tiles cracking. Aegnis and Chaosfyre landed behind him, hissing at the Unsullied circle.
Aegon slid off, legs shaking.
Then the sky went dark. Drogon.
Daenerys was under him, barefoot, tokar dirty, arakh in hand.
She stared at his silver hair. His violet eyes.
He also stared at her .
She spoke first, in pure High Valyrian:
"_Keli iā mirre? Skoro sȳndroro lenton?_"
Who are you? What blood calls to my blood?
Aegon's mouth was dry.
"_Muña Zaldrizes,_" he answered. "_Nyke Aegon istin. Aelō Targārien... Rhaegar buis dera._"
Aegon Targaryen sixth of his name, Son of Rhaegar. Your nephew.
Voidscale lowered his head to her. Sniffed her hair.
Drogon growled, stepped closer. For a second Aegon thought they would fight — black against black.
Then Drogon understood. Kin.
Dany dropped her arakh.
"_Gaomagon,_" she whispered. She grabbed his face. "Who taught you to speak like a stone book?"
"I learn by myself . In Storm's End."
"You flew from Storm's End to save me?"
"I kept my dragons hidden till am strong enough to fight and come to you, my men are here also, though they are only 12,but very loyal and trustworthy ."
She laughed, crying, and hugged him. Smoke and dragon.
Barristan pushed through, bloody.
"Your Grace — his eyes —"
"I know his eyes," she said.
Louder, in High Valyrian for all to hear:
"_Targārien trēsi. Iā zaldrīzes buis._"
Targaryen yet. And dragons yet.
Six dragons screamed over Meereen.
