Lin Sheng as Jiling.

Chen Kai as Shi Yan.

Setting: The set of Aura Global.

The line between fiction and trauma has dissolved.

In this chapter, the cast and crew witness a transformation that changes the course of the entire production.

## Chapter 20: The Creator’s Vision

The Director stood by the monitor, his eyes glued to the screen, watching the raw, unfiltered pain of the scene.

“Cut! Cut! Cut!” the Director shouted, his voice booming through the set.

“That was perfect! The jealousy, the heartbreak—congratulations to all of you! The scenes are really, perfectly done!”

But Habiba didn’t stop.

The scenes had been too real.

Habiba, still deep in the role of Qiu Ying, felt the weight of the betrayal too intensely.

The image of Shi Yan kissing Lian Xiao triggered the dormant, sharp memories of her own husband’s infidelity.

The “cut” didn’t stop the tide of emotions; it only broke the dam.

Habiba couldn’t stop crying.

She was sobbing bitterly, the sound ragged and raw, her entire body shaking with a grief that had nothing to do with the script and everything to do with her soul.

The set went deathly silent.

The crew stood frozen, unsure of what to do.

“Oh, what’s wrong with her?” the Director asked, his voice now laced with concern instead of professional excitement. This chapter was taken from g.com without permission.

“Oh, I think she is into the role too much. That’s why the emotions are pilling up.”

Lin Sheng didn’t wait for the Director to finish talking, his face losing its “CEO coldness” and becoming flooded with genuine, frantic concern.

He crossed the set in two strides, pulling Habiba into his arms.

He didn’t care about the cameras or the lights.

He felt her trembling, her tears soaking through his shirt.

He took Habiba to a quiet corner, away from the prying eyes of the cast and crew, and began to console her, patting her back firmly, whispering words of comfort until she slowly began to calm down.

After the storm of emotion passed, the Director approached them looking hesitant.

“Habiba… that was unprecedented. I’ve never seen an actor channel that level of agony. But the next scene, where Qiu Ying confronts Jiling about his interference in his life… the script feels shallow now. It lacks the weight of what you just showed us.”

Habiba took a steady breath.

She wiped her eyes, her face set in a newfound, sharp focus.

She reached into her bag and pulled out her well leather-bound notebook—the manuscript that contained every secret of My Whole World.

She walked over to the director’s monitor and opened the book to a dog-eared page.

She stood with the posture of a successful seasoned writer who knew exactly what she was doing.

“It feels shallow because you’re looking at it as corporate dispute,” She said, her voice clear and commanding.

“It’s not about the company, and it’s not about the shareholders, It’s about the fact that Jiling is the only person who saw her when she was at her lowest, and Qiu Ying hates him for it because she’s not ready to be seen.”

The Director leaned in, mesmerized by her authority.

“Go on.”

“Read page 112,” Habiba instructed, pointing to her own handwritten notes.

“I wrote this passage to explain why she calls him lǎobǎn. It’s a defense mechanism. She uses the professional title to build a wall between them.”

“Because She’s terrified that if she calls him by his name, she’ll admit that She’s already falling for him. You don’t need to change the dialogue; you need to change the intent.” You are reading on novelping dot com, the official source.

The surrounding producers crowded around, their eyes wide as they saw the complex layers written in her beautiful precise hand.

“She wrote this? Every bit of it?” one whispered.

“I didn’t just write it,” Habiba replied, her gaze meeting the Director’s with the quiet authority of a Creator.

“I lived it. I understand why she cries, why She fights and why she chooses to stay lonely. I’ve built this world to be authentic.”

“If you want this drama to be a global hit, you stop treating my script like a suggestion and start treating it like a roadmap.”

The Director looked at the script, then back at Habiba with a slow, respectful smile spreading across his face.

“My apologies; you know, you can be a director too,”

Habiba just smile.

“Everyone, listen to the author!”

As the crew scrambled to reset the lights, the dynamic on set had shifted permanently.

Habiba was no longer just the lead actress; she was the visionary.

Chen Kai walked towards Habiba, what’s wrong Chen kai?

Why are you looking like that, you okay?” “I am sorry Habiba I didn’t know I will cause you pain,” Chen kai speaking with resolved, he has feelings for Habiba.

The only competition to lin Sheng…

## Author’s Note

The hierarchy of the set has been rewritten.

Habiba’s brilliance has silenced the critics and cemented her status as the heart and soul of the project.

But as the lines between author, actress, and reality continue to blur, she is about to find that the most dangerous part of her own story is the one she hasn’t finished writing yet.

Habiba is finally stepping into her full power on set today, and things are getting intense between the characters (and behind the scenes!).

How are you guys liking the shift in how the director and crew view her now that she’s showing them how it’s really done.?

See you in the next chapter!
