Arthur started walking while planning what to do from now on. With his current strength, he would be practically unstoppable. Even killing Royal Grade or perhaps Legendary Grade boss monsters would not be a problem for him.
However, there was one major problem. He could not choose 10,000x multiplication for every drop he obtained from monsters. He could only evolve them. But that was a huge loss project for him
10000 common grade artifacts were far more valuable than a single royal grade or even legendary grade artifact. Beside he could sell them separately, triggering 10000x multiplication for every new sale.
But His adventurer card only had ten slots. One slot was reserved for currencies, while the remaining nine could each hold a separate item.
"Sigh! Without going to the big cities or opening the personal shop, I can’t buy a storage artifact," he sighed.
Just then, he noticed several goblins near the forest. Arthur was heading toward the deeper parts of the forest, where stronger monsters and boss monsters were more likely to appear.
"Go. Deal with them," he ordered.
Instantly, an undead creature emerged from the ground and rushed toward the five goblins. They were all Common Grade goblins between Level 1 and Level 2. Though such a group could prove fatal to other players at this stage, Arthur’s single skeleton soldier was more than enough to deal with them.
The skeleton moved like a supercar with its 100 Agility. Since every point of Agility was equivalent to 1 km/h of movement speed, its speed reached an astonishing 100 km/h.
Boom!
In an instant, the skeleton swept through the goblins and chopped off all five of their heads as easily as cutting down banana trees. Arthur’s mouth twitched violently as he remembered how much he had struggled to kill beginner monsters in his previous life.
[Ding! Your undead soldier has killed five Common Rank monsters.]
[Ding! You have gained 7 Bronze Coins.]
[Ding! 10,000x multiplication has triggered.]
[Ding! You have gained 7 Gold Coins.]
In a single attack, he had obtained seven Gold Coins. Although that amount was still minuscule compared to the enormous wealth he would eventually need, it was a promising beginning.
"Let’s continue."
The undead soldier vanished into the ground once again. Once summoned, Arthur did not need to spend any additional mana to summon it again unless it was destroyed. The soldiers could disappear into the ground and reappear anywhere within a five-meter radius around him.
Arthur continued deeper into the forest. Occasionally, his soldiers emerged from the ground and slaughtered different monsters along the way. He was still within the Level 1 and Level 2 zone, but he knew he was approaching the Level 3 zone.
Suddenly, he heard several low growls coming from ahead.
Arthur quietly approached the edge of a massive tree and looked forward. His eyes immediately widened when he saw a group of wolves facing a group of goblins.
Two larger monsters stood behind the groups, clearly serving as their leaders.
"Bingo! Two boss monsters so quickly?"
Arthur’s eyes lit up with excitement. Normally, there should not have been any boss monsters this close to the outer regions. Perhaps there was some kind of valuable resource nearby that had caused the two groups to fight over territory.
To ordinary players, encountering a boss monster this early would be terrifying. To Arthur, however, boss monsters were nothing more than walking treasure chests.
His gaze soon landed on a small tree resembling a grapevine. Three red fruits, each resembling a strawberry, hung from its branches.
"Vitality Berries? Not bad."
A single Vitality Berry could permanently increase one’s Vitality by one point, though its effect would disappear after consuming fifty of them. Even so, such an item was extremely valuable at the beginning of the game.
"Go. Finish them."
Arthur gave the order.
Five skeleton warriors immediately rose from the ground like grim reapers emerging from the underworld. The moment they appeared, they charged toward the monsters with terrifying speed.
"Awooo!"
"Roar!"
The fifteen monsters immediately turned their attention toward the approaching skeletons. But there was nothing they could do. The skeleton warriors possessed an Epic Grade foundation, making the Common Grade monsters in front of them incredibly weak.
Swish!
Swish! Swish!
The skeletons moved like blades dancing across the battlefield. In a matter of seconds, they slaughtered every ordinary monster, leaving only the two boss monsters alive.
[Ding! You have gained 39 Gold Coins.]
The wolf boss had around 5,000 HP, while the Goblin Leader possessed approximately 4,000 HP. Arthur quickly calculated the damage output of his skeletons.
Each skeleton possessed 135 Strength, and their attacks dealt five times their Strength as physical damage. That meant every attack dealt 675 damage.
The wolf would require roughly eight hits to kill, while the Goblin Leader would require around seven.
The wolf suddenly lunged toward the skeletons, but one of them immediately raised its wooden shield and blocked the attack.
At the same moment, the Goblin Leader attacked from behind. Another skeleton stepped forward and blocked the strike while the remaining three launched their attacks.

-675
The Goblin Leader was struck once, while the wolf suffered two attacks. Arthur watched the battle with genuine surprise.
His skeletons were working together far better than he had expected. They did not simply attack blindly. They blocked, surrounded, and counterattacked with almost perfect coordination.
Again, the wolf and Goblin Leader attacked simultaneously. Two skeletons blocked their strikes while the remaining three launched another coordinated assault.
The battle continued in this manner.
Within five minutes, the HP of both boss monsters finally dropped to zero.
[Azure Town Announcement: Congratulations to player "Darklord" for killing the first Common Rank Boss Monster!]
The announcement echoed throughout the entire town.
The players immediately went into an uproar.
"Holy shit! Darklord is this fierce? He already killed a boss? I and my team nearly died fighting a group of three Level 1 goblins!"
"Hey, I remember someone saying he was just a rich noob who couldn’t play, right? Come to the corner. I want to tell you something personally."
"Big brother, I was wrong! I didn’t know we actually had a big boss among us! But I’ve never heard of him in any other virtual game. Who is he?"
The pro gamers understood exactly what this announcement meant. Killing a boss monster barely an hour after the game’s opening was an incredible achievement.
"I need to find him right now! I want to cling to his thigh and soar straight to the heavens. A new big boss has entered the gaming empire!"
...
[Ding! You have killed two Level 3 Common Rank Boss Monsters.]
[Ding! You have gained 30 Gold Coins.]
Arthur’s eyes immediately fell upon two glowing objects left behind by the boss monsters. His face lit up with excitement.
Aside from using the items himself, he could sell them to other players or guilds. However, guilds generally offered lower prices than individual players.
He quickly walked over and picked up the two glowing drops.
[Ding! You have obtained a Common Rank Wolf Hide Armor.]
[Ding! 10,000x multiplication has been triggered.]
[Ding! Wolf Hide Armor has evolved into Legendary Grade Wolf Hide Armor.]
[Name: Wolf Hide Armor]
[Grade: Legendary]
[Defense: 100]
[Special Effect: 50% Cold and Heat Resistance]
[Class Requirement: All]
[Level Requirement: 5]
Arthur’s eyes immediately brightened.
Then another notification appeared.
[Ding! You have obtained a Common Grade Skill Book, "Rage."]
[Ding! Rage has evolved into Legendary Grade "Berserk."]
[Name: Berserk]
[Grade: Legendary]
[Function: Provides a 5x Strength boost.]
[Special Effect: Maintains rationality while active.]
[Duration: 10 minutes]
[Cooldown: 1 hour]
[Class Requirement: Warrior]
[Level Requirement: 5]
Arthur equipped the armor and stored the skill book. A Legendary Grade skill book was incredibly valuable. He estimated that he could sell Berserk for at least 50 Royal Gold Coins, perhaps even more.
That would bring another fortune into his hands.
Arthur’s excitement grew stronger.
Money would not be a problem as long as he could continue finding boss monsters and obtaining valuable drops like these.
"Go. Pick those three fruits."
One of the skeletons immediately moved toward the small tree and carefully picked the three red fruits before returning to Arthur.
[Ding! You have obtained 3 Common Grade Vitality Fruits.]
[Ding! 10,000x multiplication has been triggered.]
[Ding! You have obtained 3 Legendary Grade Vitality Fruits.]
Arthur watched in amazement as the three red fruits transformed into beautiful purple fruits right before his eyes.
He immediately inspected their properties.
[Name: Vitality Fruit]
[Grade: Legendary]
[Effect: Permanently increases Vitality by 10 points.]
Arthur did not consume them. He intended to sell them as well. A Legendary Grade fruit capable of permanently increasing Vitality by ten points would certainly be worth a fortune as well.
He estimated that each fruit could sell for at least 10 Platinum Coins.
"Continue forward," Arthur muttered.
The skeleton soldiers silently vanished into the ground once again as Arthur continued deeper into the forest.
