“Damn you!” Arlong roared as he burst out from the rubble, his face twisted with fury.

“You actually destroyed everything I built?!”

Even he had been injured by the force of the explosion.

“So what?” Kai said coldly.

“Those charts were drawn by Nami.

You never deserved to own them.”

“You’re Arlong, huh?” Luffy stared at him with a dangerous look in his eyes.

“And who the hell are you?” Arlong sneered.

He had never seen this brat before.

Just another idiot looking for death.

Luffy didn’t answer.

He simply walked forward step by step until he stood right in front of Arlong, then slammed a fist straight into his face.

Boom!

Arlong was sent flying backward and crashed violently into a distant wall.

“You little punk…” Arlong glared at Luffy viciously as he climbed back up.

“I’m going to tear you apart!”

Since when did every random fool think they could challenge him?!

“Yeah?” Luffy replied calmly.

“If you can.”

Arlong’s expression instantly darkened with rage.

What was that supposed to mean?

Was this brat looking down on him?!

“You bastard!

How dare you attack Boss Arlong?!” the fish-men shouted angrily as they rushed out of the water, preparing to swarm Luffy.

Kai immediately grabbed Sanji before he could charge in and slowly raised a finger.

“What are you doing?!” Sanji snapped anxiously.

“We can’t let them gang up on Luffy!”

Kai’s response was only a single word.

“Boom.”

BOOM!!

Tiny bomb robots that had somehow attached themselves to the fish-men exploded at the same time, instantly blasting the group apart.

Arlong’s pupils shrank.

He slowly turned toward Kai, his bloodshot eyes looking ready to devour him whole.

“You won’t get the chance to fight me,” Kai said with a faint smile.

“Your opponent is Luffy.”

Then he turned toward the others.

I won’t let the small fry interfere with your fights.”

He pointed toward Hatchan.

“That octopus guy uses Six-Sword Style.

Zoro, he should be a good warm-up for you.”

“Oh?” Zoro grinned fiercely as he stepped forward with Wado Ichimonji in hand.

“It’s you!” Hatchan shouted angrily the moment he saw him.

“You’re the one who killed my brothers!”

“And you even lied to me!”

If he had known the truth back then, he would’ve killed Zoro on the spot.

“Yeah, that was me,” Zoro answered indifferently.

“If you want revenge, come and try.”

“But things are different now.”

“Back then, you wanted to kill us.”

“Now we’re the ones hunting you.”

With that, Zoro drew his swords.

An eight-sword fighter.

This was definitely a first for him.

Hopefully this guy would make the fight interesting.

Once Zoro engaged Hatchan, Kai shifted his attention to the remaining fish-men.

“There are three stronger ones left.

You two can choose.”

He pointed at Kuroobi.

“That one’s a master of Fish-Man Karate.

Close-combat specialist.”

Then he pointed toward Chew.

“And that guy spits water bullets from his mouth.

They hit about as hard as real bullets.

Usopp, want to fight him?”

“You’re both snipers, after all.”

“Uh…” Usopp’s legs trembled slightly.

“Maybe not…”

“Him?” Chew scoffed disdainfully.

“I could kill him instantly!”

That weakling wanted to fight him?

“Take this!

Exploding Star!”

Usopp instantly fired a shot from his slingshot, smacking Chew directly in the face and knocking him backward.

The damage wasn’t serious, but the humiliation definitely was.

Chew exploded with rage.

“I’m going to make you regret that!”

Seeing Chew charging at him, Usopp panicked.

He was a sniper!

Close combat was absolutely not his thing!

He immediately looked around for help.

Unfortunately, Sanji had already rushed off to fight Kuroobi, while Kai had moved away to clear out the remaining fish-men.

“So nobody’s helping me?!” Usopp’s face turned pale green.

“Good luck, Usopp!” Kai waved at him cheerfully.

“I believe you can beat him!”

Honestly, Chew wasn’t that dangerous in close combat.

The only real threat was his water shots.

“Just you wait!” Usopp yelled before immediately sprinting away.

“Get back here!” Chew roared as he chased after him.

“Only an idiot would stop running!”

“If I catch you, I’ll break every bone in your body!”

As the chase moved outside, Chew suddenly noticed the villagers of Cocoyasi gathered nearby with weapons in their hands.

His expression darkened.

“You people from Cocoyasi Village planning a rebellion?!”

“In that case, I’ll just kill all of you first!”

“Exploding Star!”

BOOM!

After taking another direct hit from Usopp’s attack, veins bulged across Chew’s forehead in fury.

He immediately gave up on attacking the villagers.

They weren’t going anywhere.

He could kill them later.

But that long-nosed idiot?

He absolutely had to die first.

The guy was beyond irritating!

“Stop running, damn it!”

“Only morons stop running!” Usopp shouted without looking back, his mind racing for a way to defeat him.

Just like Kai had said…

As a sniper, he wasn’t weaker than anyone.
