There were powers that could destroy worlds. There were powers that could transcend dimensions. And there were powers that could rewrite reality itself. But Boson possessed something far more troublesome. He possessed the authority to decide how reality and fiction were permitted to interact. Two authorities stood above the rest.Reality Fiction Adaptation. And—Reality Judgment.Reality Fiction AdaptationBoson does not merely adapt to reality. He adapts to whatever reality declares itself to be.If an event is established as true, Boson can recognize it, analyze it, and adapt himself to that truth. But his ability does not stop at the boundary between the real world and fiction. It crosses it.Imagine a fictional battle.A character stands before Boson. The audience watches.Someone declares:”Boson will win.”Another person declares:”No.

Boson will lose.”To an ordinary fictional character, those statements are merely opinions. To Boson, they are potential realities. He perceives the declaration itself. He understands the intention behind it.And then he chooses. If the statement—”Boson wins.”—is advantageous to him, Boson may accept that declaration as a reality and adapt himself to become the very fact that was proclaimed. But he is not forced to accept it.That is the terrifying distinction.Reality Fiction Adaptation is not obedience to fiction. It is sovereignty over adaptation to fiction. If fiction declares that Boson loses, he may reject that possibility. If fiction declares that Boson wins, he may accept it.If the audience creates a new condition under which Boson possesses an ability capable of defeating his opponent, Boson can adapt to that fictional condition. The boundary between:”This is fictional.”and”This is real.”becomes irrelevant to him.Boson can adapt to either. He can therefore respond to the laws of the physical world, the laws of a fictional universe, the rules established by a narrative, or even declarations made by those observing the narrative.Reality Fiction Adaptation gives Boson something approaching absolute narrative flexibility:If reality says it exists, he can adapt. If fiction says it exists, he can adapt. If the distinction between reality and fiction becomes relevant, he can adapt to that distinction as well.Yet even this was not Boson’s highest authority.Because adapting to a reality was one thing.Judging that reality was another.Reality JudgmentBoson’s second authority was called—REALITY JUDGMENT.This was not the power to rewrite fiction. It was the power to make fiction answer to the standards of reality.Fiction frequently operates through what could be called fictional hand-waving.A character may possess enormous physical strength without the consequences that such strength would produce in the real world.A character may move at light speed while possessing ordinary human-like mass.A character may survive an event that, under real physical laws, would require incomprehensible amounts of energy.Within fiction, these things can simply be accepted because the fictional setting establishes its own rules.Boson can challenge that premise. He can impose real-world logical constraints upon the fictional phenomenon.Suppose a fictional character is declared capable of moving at the speed of light.Within that fiction, perhaps the statement is simply accepted.Boson looks at it differently. He applies the relevant physical framework. For an object possessing nonzero rest mass, reaching the speed of light according to special relativity would require energy that approaches infinity as its velocity approaches c.The fictional statement—”This character moves at the speed of light.”—is therefore no longer allowed to exist merely as an unsupported fictional assumption.Reality Judgment asks:”What would this claim require if reality itself were the standard?”And fiction must answer. That is what makes the ability terrifying.Boson does not necessarily need to overpower the character. He can attack the logical foundation supporting the character’s feat.A fictional character may declare:”I can move at light speed.”Boson’s judgment responds:”Then reality demands the consequences of that statement.”The character’s fictional rule is no longer sufficient by itself.Their claim has been subjected to the standards of reality. The DifferenceThe two abilities may appear similar. They are not.Reality Fiction Adaptation concerns adaptation to truth across the reality-fiction boundary.Reality Judgment concerns the validity of fictional phenomena when measured against real-world logic. One adapts. The other judges. One says:”If this becomes true, I can become compatible with it.”The other says:”If you claim this is true, then demonstrate that it survives reality’s standards.”Together, they create an extraordinary form of authority.Reality Fiction Adaptation allows Boson to enter the rules of fiction.Reality Judgment allows Boson to bring the rules of reality into fiction. Thus, Boson is not trapped on either side of the boundary. He can move from reality into fiction—and from fiction into reality. He can adapt to the declaration. He can judge the declaration. He can accept a fictional law.He can reject a fictional assumption that contradicts the imposed real-world framework. And when the two authorities operate together, the distinction between the fictional world and the real world ceases to be a reliable defense against him.Boson does not merely exist inside the story. He possesses authority over the relationship between the story and reality itself. And that was why the ancient beings gave his power a name that was almost impossible to comprehend:THE GOD PARTICLE.Not because Boson merely possessed infinite power. But because when reality and fiction collided—Boson was the one who decided which rules would be allowed to matter.in real physics, a massive object cannot reach exactly light speed; its required relativistic energy grows without bound as c.

So Reality Judgment forces fictional claims to confront the corresponding real-world consequences, rather than simply saying “light speed automatically means infinite energy” without qualification.Full novel: HAKIMINOSHIN 100 OFFICIAL DATA GUIDE BOOK — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org
