On the day of the premiere…

“Mom, it’s snowing outside!”

Luke had barely gotten out of bed when he heard Anna shouting.Full novel: Harry Potter: Cultivator in Marvel — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Still half-asleep, he walked to the window and looked outside.

Sure enough, everything was blanketed in white, and the entire world was covered in snow.

During breakfast, Helen told Anna that, since they would be celebrating her birthday at the premiere, they wouldn’t be cutting the cake at home.

They would have it later that evening instead.

Anna was a little disappointed that she couldn’t eat the cake right away, but the thought of celebrating her birthday outside quickly cheered her up.

She spent the morning running around the house with Garfield, Bella, and Aster.

Today, Anna was dressed like a little princess.

She looked absolutely adorable and kept asking Luke to take pictures of her.

Luke had also invited Hermione and her parents, his grandparents, Will, and several close friends and relatives.

Like Luke’s family, they would enter through a separate entrance arranged by Huadi Films rather than the main entrance used by the general audience.

Besides taking photos, Luke would also say a few words as the creator after the film ended.

His interactions with the media were almost entirely handled by Huadi Films.

Since he didn’t want to accept too many interviews, today’s schedule had been arranged in advance with the company.

That evening, because of the snowfall, James left early and drove the family to the square outside the Royal Albert Hall.

Luke spotted Hermione and the Grangers waiting nearby.

He and Helen got out with Anna to greet them, while James went to find a parking space.

Hermione had clearly been dressed up by Mrs.

Granger today and looked especially adorable standing in the snow.

Since the Grangers were usually busy with work, Hermione rarely spent much time dressing up, preferring to bury herself in books instead.

“Hello, Uncle Granger, Aunt Granger,” Luke and Anna greeted together.

“Thank you for inviting Hermione, Luke,” Mr.

Granger said.

“Where’s James? I thought I saw him just now.”

“He went to park the car. Let’s head inside first so the children don’t catch a cold. The staff should be waiting to guide us,” Helen said, leading everyone toward the entrance.

“Luke, are there any songs you wrote in Frozen?” Hermione asked.

“Yes. There are several, and the animation is beautiful too.”

“Huh?” Anna tilted her head in confusion.

“Weren’t we celebrating my birthday? Why are we watching a movie?”

“Because your birthday present is inside,” Luke replied with a smile.

“My birthday present is inside?” Anna’s eyes lit up.

“Then let’s hurry!”

She immediately tried to run forward.

Luke quickly grabbed her hand.

“Don’t run. The ground is slippery.”

Just then, James walked over from a distance, his expression unusually serious.

“Dad, what’s wrong? Did something happen?” Luke asked.

James pulled a newspaper from under his coat and handed it to Luke.

“There’s another war in Eastern Europe.”

Both James and Helen disliked war and hated seeing news like this.

Luke lowered his eyes to the newspaper.

The headline reported on the conflict in Sokovia.

Beneath it was a photograph of a brother and sister standing in the ruins of their home, staring helplessly at what had once been their family house.

Looking at Anna beside him, then at his parents, Luke suddenly fell silent.

“Dad, I have an idea.” He looked at James seriously.

“I want to use the profits from Frozen to establish a children’s foundation to help children who have lost their homes because of war.”

James hadn’t expected those words, but after only a brief pause, he smiled proudly.

“I support you. I’m sure your mother and Anna will too.”

Hermione looked at Luke with admiration.

She was just as surprised by his decision, but she wholeheartedly supported it.

“Dad, could you help me gather some photos or videos of children affected by war? I want to announce this after the premiere, and I’d also like to tell Uncle Kevin.”

“Of course.” James nodded.

“You all head inside first. I’ll take care of it.”

With that, he turned and left.

Luke then told Helen about his decision and received the same support from her.

“Mom, I’ll need your help in a little while. I just thought of a new song.”

“The concert hall definitely has a piano, and there’s still some time before the screening begins. We can rehearse first,” Helen replied.

Hermione also explained Luke’s decision to the Grangers.

“You’re such a kind child,” Mrs.

Granger said warmly, stepping forward to give Luke a hug.

Anna didn’t fully understand what everyone was talking about, but in a few years, she would surely understand why today had become so meaningful.

In one of the rehearsal rooms, Luke and Helen practiced the new piece together when Kevin walked in.

“Luke, on behalf of Huadi Films, I support your decision. Huadi Films will also donate a portion of the film’s profits.”

Kevin walked over and gave Luke, who was sitting at the piano, a warm hug.

“Thank you, Uncle Kevin. On behalf of those children, thank you to Huadi Films as well.”

“I heard you composed a new song?” Kevin asked.

“How’s the rehearsal going? The premiere is about to begin.”

“Almost ready.” Luke nodded.

“The song is called ‘Tell Me Why’.”

“Mom, let’s go.”

Helen smiled.

“Come on, Anna. Let’s go see your birthday present. The movie we’re watching today is the birthday gift your brother prepared just for you.”

“For me? An animated movie? Luke made an animated movie for me?” Anna’s eyes widened, her mouth hanging open in disbelief.

She was overjoyed.

She had never imagined that Luke would give her an entire animated movie as her birthday present.

“Thank you, Brother~” She skipped over and threw her arms around Luke.

Huadi Films had arranged excellent seats for Luke’s family, making it convenient for him to go on stage after the movie.

Anna fidgeted excitedly in her seat the entire time.

“Anna, sit still. The movie is about to start.”

The animation opened with a song.

…

“Anna, there’s an Anna in the movie too!” Anna exclaimed happily when she saw the little girl in the film who shared her name.

“Shh~ Quiet, watch carefully,” Helen whispered.

…

When Elsa shut herself away and could no longer play with Anna, Luke noticed the little girl beside him nervously clutching his hand.

…

The story reached a turning point during Elsa’s coronation.

…

Elsa’s departure pushed the story to its first major climax.

The snow glows white on the mountain tonight.

Not a footprint to be seen.

A kingdom of isolation,

And it looks like I’m the Queen.

…

The breathtaking animation completely captivated the audience.

The beautiful songs touched everyone’s hearts.

…

Let it go, let it go.

Can’t hold it back anymore.

Let it go, let it go.

…

Before anyone realized it, the movie came to an end with the theme song, “Let It Go.”

Applause erupted.

The thunderous clapping continued for a long time before gradually settling down as Kevin stepped onto the stage.

Luke had already made his way backstage, ready to go on.

“I believe many of you are still captivated by Elsa’s dazzling magic and beautiful songs. If you’re planning to book tickets, you’d better do it quickly, because you’ll soon be competing with countless other children for seats.”

Laughter filled the auditorium.

“I’m sure many of you are curious about who created such an incredible film. Now, please welcome the genius creator of Frozen, Luke Kirk, to share a few words with everyone.”

Thunderous applause broke out once again.

“Hello, everyone. I’m very happy that you could all come to the premiere of Frozen. When I first created this story, I simply wanted to give my sister Anna a unique birthday present.”

“Luke’s talking about me! Luke’s talking about me!” Anna whispered excitedly to Helen, squirming happily in her seat.

“Anna, don’t talk. Listen to your brother,” Helen whispered back.
