Although she couldn’t find a “sell” module, when she placed her wand next to the parchment, a pop-up window appeared.

[Wand, Uncommon grade, 400gp (Gold Pieces), buyback price 200gp.

Sell?] Naturally, she pressed “No”.Full novel: Harry Potter: The Good Dementor — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Then she tried the gold Galleon.

[Currency, Common grade, 10gp, buyback price 5gp.

Sell?] The standard price for a wand was 7 Galleons.

In other words, exchanging Galleons for gold coins was not cost-effective at all.

She thought for a moment, then, while the Ministry of Magic guards were delivering food, she snuck away, tore out a few pages of paper, and took a pen.

She wrote down the casting method for “Lumos” as she remembered it, then placed the paper on the panel.

But the panel remained unmoved.

It seemed that trying to cut corners wouldn’t work; otherwise, the vast amount of magic she remembered could have been put to use.

Perhaps it just lacked certain conditions.

Or maybe only magical books like those in the Restricted Section of Hogwarts would be accepted.

She studied the shop for a while and found it contained a vast number of spells; clearly, they were not part of the Harry Potter world’s system, but many of their effects overlapped.

And low-level magic was clearly of no use to her current situation.

She flipped through faster, scrolling down, and even saw resurrection spells: the 7th-level spell “Resurrection,” and the 9th-level spell “True Resurrection.”

So the question was—was she considered dead now?

Could this thing turn her into a human?

And what about the 4th-level spell “Polymorph”?

Just self-deception.

It only changed her appearance, very similar to the Transfiguration of this world.

What she needed was a Transfiguration that could completely change her, like an Animagus.

What Elara needed was a body that would allow her to catch her breath.

Then, the 9th-level spell “Shapechange”—a true, complete transformation.

It looked like she could even turn into magical creatures; it could be considered an advanced version that broke the limitations of the Animagus.

The only drawbacks were that the duration was too short and the requirements were too high; it wasn’t very good in that regard.

In reality, the magic of the Harry Potter world didn’t look as flashy in terms of power, but some of it was truly outrageous—for example, the ability to manipulate time, although that was basically lost.

But she would keep it as a goal for now.

Elara didn’t look at the prices below for the time being, nor did she consider whether she could learn them.

Then there was “Wish,” a 9th-level spell.

The description for this spell was: The most powerful spell known to be usable by mortals; its limit depends on your imagination.

It looked like it could solve her problems.

But looking closely, this was likely the most powerful spell currently sold in the shop.

Spell information: 200,000 gp; guaranteed learning: 1,000,000 gp.

She tried to gasp, but clearly, she didn’t have that function.

That’s right, it even came in different tiers.

According to Elara’s understanding, the lowest tier was probably just the information.

The next tier, double the price, perhaps included personalized service, increasing the chance of learning it.

The highest tier, “guaranteed learning”—limited to high-level spells.

She didn’t know exactly how that “guaranteed learning” worked.

She couldn’t help but feel fascinated.

If she bought this, maybe the shop owner would come to teach her personally.

She wondered if she had been stuffed into this body by the shop owner; it was practically torture for her.

Theoretically, she just needed to rob 1,000 wands.

Just in the British magical world, maybe there were that many wands.

Or she could just rob wand shops directly.

She would rob every wand shop: rob Ollivander’s in the morning, stop by Borgin and Burkes for second-hand goods in the afternoon, fly straight to Vienna, Austria tomorrow to rob Gregorovitch’s wand shop.

She would gather the cost for the Wish spell within two days.

If she really couldn’t gather enough, she would look for shops in other countries.

America definitely had some.

In short, she could always gather enough by robbing them.

And even then, she might not be able to learn it.

After trying a wizard’s wand to no avail and discovering that Dementors couldn’t use wands, Elara thought this with a sense of despair.

Elara felt that her soul-life was so exhausting.

However, she studied the parchment carefully again, even shaking it to try and find any possible hidden layers.

Naturally, she found nothing.

She studied the shop again and found there was actually a message board, completely empty.

So she wrote her plea on it, writing down her predicament with tears and heartache.

She didn’t know if it was her imagination.

When she opened the shop again, she saw that the Wish spell had an extra option—Casting Service, 10,000 gp per time (limited to 10 years).

Well then, time to prepare to leave Azkaban; she couldn’t wait 10 years.

In this godforsaken place, she wouldn’t get rich even if she robbed everyone.

She couldn’t even get enough to eat.

Since she had decided to leave, she would do something big.

She wondered if Sirius, who had been stuck here for years, would be interested in hearing some news about Peter Pettigrew?

Elara suddenly realized it was already bedtime, and most prisoners were already asleep.

Only a few prisoners were still wailing half-dead.

She estimated the time and realized she had missed her daily mealtime.

The area for minor offenders was already being patrolled and fed upon by other Dementors.

She had been assigned to the high-security section, and at this moment, there was nothing to be gained from the high-security prisoners.

She could only wail in her heart: “Misfortune!”

Elara felt depressed for a while.

But then she thought, she already had a system, a goal, and had even found a smooth path out of Azkaban.

What was missing one meal?

She was about to grasp the chance to become human.

She floated to the front of Sirius’s cell; the heir to the most ancient family always had some good things, and while the rich Harry Potter might not care, who wouldn’t want to squeeze a fortune out of such a wealthy guy?

And this illegal Animagus could escape from prison at any time; he just needed a few factors to give him a push.

She found a newspaper and swiped a pen from the registration desk at the entrance.

It was actually a ballpoint pen!

She accepted it with delight; surely they wouldn’t have time to worry about a missing pen later.

Then, following her intuition, she used the pen to write a string of English words on the newspaper.

Estimating that Sirius was about to wake up, she placed it in front of him.

When Sirius Black woke up again, he found a newspaper in front of him that hadn’t been there before.

He was shocked to discover a line of crooked words written on it— “Do you know?

Peter Pettigrew, who betrayed the Potter family, is still alive.”
