Night fell quickly.
Nora stood in front of the old train station, holding the silver key tightly in her hand.
The place was deserted, and the wind moved the rusty doors with a terrifying sound.
She whispered:
— “Are we in the right place?”
Yoonho answered as he scanned the area:
— “Yes…
but be careful.”
Meanwhile, Taeho was watching every corner.
Suddenly…
They heard the sound of a cane tapping slowly on the ground.
An elderly man stepped out of the darkness.
He was wearing a long coat and carrying an old leather bag.
Nora froze when she saw his eyes.
The man smiled and said:
— “You’ve grown up so much, Nora.”
She was stunned.
— “Do…
you know me?”
He nodded.
— “I’ve known you since you were a child.”
Yoonho looked at him warily.
— “Who are you?”
The man replied calmly:
— “My name is Mr.
Kim.”
Then he took out an old photograph. This story is hosted at g.com.
It showed him standing with Nora’s father.
He said:
— “I was his friend…
and his partner in uncovering the truth.”
Nora stepped forward quickly.
— “Then tell me…
why was my father killed?”
Mr.
Kim sighed.
— “Because he discovered a secret that no one was supposed to know.”
Then he opened his bag.
And pulled out a thick black file.
Yoonho froze.
— “The Black File…”
Mr.
Kim smiled.
— “At last…
it has reached its rightful owners.”
But before he could hand it to Nora…
A gunshot rang out.
The bullet hit the wall.
Nora screamed.
Yoonho jumped in front of her to shield her.
And Taeho ran toward the source of the sound.
From the darkness…
Men in black clothes and masks appeared.
One of them shouted:
— “Get the file!”
Kim gripped the file tightly and said:
— “You’ll never get it!”
The chase began inside the train station.
Nora ran behind Yoonho while the men closed in on them.
Suddenly…
Mr.
Kim threw the Black File toward Nora.
He shouted:
— “Run!”
She caught it.
But at that exact moment…
A bullet struck his shoulder.
He collapsed to the ground.
Nora screamed:
— “Mr.
Kim!”
He looked at her with a weak smile and said:
— “Protect the truth…
like I promised your father.”
Then he closed his eyes.
Yoonho stood in front of Nora firmly and said:
— “We have to go…
now!”
Nora clutched the Black File as she ran.
She knew that what she was holding in her hands…
could change everything.
