Hermione’s words sounded like the model answer on an exam.

The two boys immediately looked at her expectantly.

Clearly, they were hoping Hermione’s wisdom would save them.Full novel: Hogwarts: My Past Life Revealed, I Am the Supreme Sorcerer — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Hermione, however, calmly poured herself a glass of butterbeer.

She said nothing.

The moment Ron thought about the Nimbus Two Thousand, he immediately became anxious.

“Gryffindor’s genius, the powerful witch Hermione, please, tell me the answer.”

Hermione calmly took a sip of butterbeer.

“From now on, don’t call me a bookworm anymore, and don’t copy my homework.”

Ron hurriedly nodded.

“Okay, okay, okay.”

Only then did Hermione say,

“Back when I was still studying at a Muggle school, I once attended a tutoring class.”

At the mention of a tutoring class, Ron frowned.

“What is a tutoring class?”

“A place where Muggles go for extra lessons. It’s similar to Hogwarts’ detention room.”

Hearing about the detention room, Ron immediately felt sympathetic.

“Muggle students have it so rough. They actually have to go to places like that.”

Hermione continued,

“The teachers at those tutoring classes, when they encountered talented students, would let the students discover their own interest in learning.”

As she spoke, she pointed at the screen.

“Ancient One has already discovered Anton’s talent. She will definitely let Anton discover it for himself.”

“So she won’t do anything.”

As soon as she finished speaking, Ron had already handed over the holographic keyboard with both hands.

“Exactly! Hermione, we’ve definitely got this one right.”

….

Deep within the forest, Newt awkwardly looked at Tina, then at the screen.

“Tina, how do you Yankees teach children?”

“Our magical schools provide compulsory education. We don’t teach too much, and we don’t teach too little.”

“Every mage relies on their own talent. They learn as much as they are capable of learning.”

Hearing this, Newt felt somewhat relieved.

At least he had attended Hogwarts, and the education he received was more or less the same.

However, although Newt had never met Anton himself, judging solely from the descriptions in the chat group, he could determine one thing.

This child was definitely a talented mage.

So how would a talented mage be taught?

Newt thought carefully.

Then he wrote a line on the screen.

…

Inside the ancient castle, Voldemort was knocking on a wall panel while lecturing the Death Eaters.

“Remember, this is education! Education!”

“You’ve all received an education. Now tell me, if you were the teacher on the screen, how would you teach him?”

One Death Eater raised his hand.

“Fenrir, you answer.”

“I’d go out onto the street and capture some Muggles for him to practice his spells on. If he practices enough, he’ll eventually learn.”

The moment this answer was given, thunderous applause immediately erupted among the Death Eaters.

“That’s right! That’s right!”

“Fenrir gets a hundred points!”

Voldemort’s face nearly turned green.

What kind of idiots had he recruited as his followers?

“Flipendo!”

He waved his hand, and green light shot from his sleeve, sending Fenrir crashing to the floor.

“This woman is a White Mage! A White Mage!”

Fenrir clutched his head and scrambled back to his feet, not daring to say another word.

Voldemort turned around, and Bellatrix raised her hand behind him.

“Master, I have an answer.”

“Go on.”

“I’d use the Cruciatus Curse on him. Stab him, stab him, until he remembers that he’s a wizard.”

Voldemort covered his face.

He had filled these followers with far too much hatred over the years.

Their brains had practically been emptied out.

Bella was still fawning beside him.

Voldemort waved his hand.

“Leave, Bella.”

“We’re giving up on this question.”

Voldemort painfully held his head.

Why didn’t he have a single intelligent person among his followers?

This question was definitely going to be abandoned.

….

In the council chamber, several great educators of the magical world began a heated debate.

Snape spoke first.

“In Slytherin, talented students can be indulged, but Squibs will never be tolerated.”

“I would recommend that he leave school and only return once he becomes a wizard.”

The moment Snape said this, the Heads of House all turned to look at him.

McGonagall retorted,

“In Gryffindor, we would encourage him until he developed his own potential.”

Snape said,

“And that’s why Gryffindor is down to thirty points.”

McGonagall suddenly remembered the Boy Who Lived and Ron in her house, and fell silent for a moment.

Albus raised one arm.

“May I say a few words?”

The two immediately stopped arguing and looked at Albus together.

As a leading authority in magical education, having taught the father of the Boy Who Lived as well as a Dark Lord, such an accomplished wizard possessed unquestionable authority.

Albus cleared his throat and said seriously,

“You both have a point, but have you considered Anton’s feelings?”

“He’s simply an ordinary Muggle who has come to study magic for the first time.”

“Yet you’re treating him as though you’re raising him to become the Supreme Sorcerer.”

After hearing this, the two lowered their heads.

“If I were that teacher, I would give him enough care and then quietly wait.”

“Hogwarts produces no mediocre students. As long as a child attends Hogwarts, he will become an excellent wizard.”

“He simply needs time.”

With that, Dumbledore stepped down from the podium and prepared to enter his answer.

But Anton interrupted him.

“Mr. Dumbledore.”

“I think I’ve remembered something.”

Dumbledore froze, then smiled.

“Child, then go ahead.”

“I was just about to see how that great mage on the screen teaches her students.”

“Her students possess extraordinary strength, so surely her teaching methods must also be exceptionally compassionate.”

Anton rapidly typed several lines onto the screen.

Remembering this part of his past, he couldn’t help but feel a chill run through his body.

After Anton finished writing, the screen suddenly erupted with a loud sound.

The scene abruptly switched to the interior of the temple.

Inside the temple, Strange asked Ancient One in confusion,

“Master, why can’t I do it?”

“The theories are clearly in my head.”

Ancient One gently replied,

“Mr. Strange, you have achieved tremendous success through your intelligence and abilities.”

“But that’s merely the surface.”

“Come with me.”

The people in the chat group had already more or less figured out the answer after hearing this conversation.

[Snape: Headmaster, you really are gifted when it comes to education.]

[Snape: The Sorcerer Supreme really is going to give him some inspirational speech.] You are reading on g.com, the official source.

[Voldemort: Idiots. My followers are all idiots.]

[Dumbledore: That’s not an inspirational speech. That’s love.]

[Harry: I don’t know why, but I have a bad feeling about this.]

[Harry: Can’t they just stay in that temple and talk about it?]

[Ron: Seems like it.]

As he spoke, Ancient One drew a perfect circle with her finger, and a massive portal opened with a resonant sound.

On the other side of the portal stood a towering snow-covered mountain.

Strange curiously followed Ancient One through the portal.

Snow swept across his face like knives, while the air was nearly twenty degrees below zero.

Strange instinctively wrapped his clothes tighter around himself.

Seeing the endless white landscape around him, he suddenly remembered where he was.

Without a doubt, this was the highest and most magnificent snow mountain he had ever seen.

Mount Everest.

“Ancient One? This is Mount Everest!”

Ancient One pointed into the distance.

The continuous chain of lower peaks formed a long white dragon, their towering heights so great that the clouds rested below the ridges.

“How is it? Beautiful, isn’t it? The air is very fresh too.”

Strange wrapped his clothes tighter and replied in a trembling voice,

“Yes. Very beautiful.”

Ancient One continued,

“At this temperature, if a person stays here for more than thirty minutes, their organs, including their internal organs, will suffer permanent failure.”

“With your constitution, you’d probably lose consciousness within two minutes.”

Strange nodded.

But he couldn’t understand why Ancient One had brought him here and was telling him all these medical facts.

“What you said is absolutely right, but what are we doing here?”

Ancient One smiled faintly.

“Submit.”

With that, she walked straight through the portal and left.

Strange immediately ran toward the portal, but he was one step too late.

The portal closed right in front of him.

For a moment, even Dumbledore outside the livestream was completely stunned.

She just left?!

What kind of absurd teaching method was this?!

Even in Slytherin, which was renowned for its harsh teaching methods, they wouldn’t simply throw a student who couldn’t cast magic into the wilderness.

And this was the snow-covered mountain at the top of the world.

This was practically a teaching accident!

Dumbledore helplessly sat down, genuinely unable to understand.

How had perfectly good Kamar-Taj turned into this?

At the same time, everyone in the livestream room was completely dumbfounded.

No one had expected the seemingly kind and benevolent Ancient One to simply throw her proud disciple into the mountains.

If this disciple didn’t turn into a Dark Lord after this, Ancient One deserved credit for that alone.

The livestream room exploded.

[Ron: Merlin above! Ancient One is seriously ruthless! She actually threw Anton into the mountains!]

[Ron: If Kamar-Taj ever opens an exchange-student program, I’m not going. They throw you onto a snowy mountain just because you can’t cast a spell. I’d freeze into an ice pop!]

[Harry: I think I understand why those students’ portal magic is so powerful now.]

[Harry: The ones who weren’t good at it probably already died in the mountains.]

[Voldemort: Damn it! I should have listened to Bella! This woman is actually that ruthless.]

[Grindelwald: Hahahaha, this is truly an eye-opener. I never expected Kamar-Taj’s teaching methods to be even more terrifying than Durmstrang’s.]

[Newt: Good grief, I’m definitely not going either. But wait, does this mean nobody answered the question correctly?]

[Cassandra: This woman suddenly changed her entire style. Who could possibly have answered correctly?]

[Cassandra: Still, I rather like the way she does things.]

[Snape: I rather like it too. If only Mr. Potter and Mr. Weasley could be sent to a snowy mountain for a little while.]

[Snape: Their heads might finally start working properly.]

Just as everyone was sighing, the system’s voice suddenly rang out again.

[Congratulations, Anton has answered the question perfectly.]

[Reward is being drawn.]
