Her entire body seemed to freeze.

As a pink creature with an almost pathological obsession with her own weight, those words had stepped with pinpoint accuracy on the single most forbidden landmine in her entire existence.

“You were lying just now, right?”
Elysia looked up at him pitifully.
Something suspiciously shiny was already beginning to gather in her eyes.
That expression probably could have made ninety-nine percent of humanity surrender on the spot.
