Act 3 — Joining the Genius Society
[ Location: Yogami Star System – Ruan Mei’s Laboratory ]
[ POV: Kiana Kaslana ]
The morning light filtered through the sterile glass of the medical bay as the routine diagnostics finally clicked off.
I sat up, stretched my shoulders, and turned my gaze toward Ruan Mei.
“I need a private laboratory,” I said, my tone smooth and unwavering.
“I have my own research project to work on.”
Ruan Mei paused, her delicate composure fracturing for a fraction of a second as she looked up from her clipboard.
“Are you…
a researcher like me?”
“I don’t remember who or what I used to be,” I answered, looking her dead in the eye with an unyielding intensity.
“But now?
I intend to leave an indelible mark across this universe.
And what better way to do that than by joining the Genius Society?”
A heavy, suffocating silence settled over the room.
Ruan Mei studied me, her cool, analytical eyes swimming with undisguised skepticism.
“You do realize that in the entire recorded history of the cosmos, only eighty-four people have ever been granted entry into the Genius Society?”
“I know,” I replied calmly.
“And I’ll be making it eighty-five today.”
Her eyes narrowed slightly, silently writing me off as just another delusional wanderer drunk on impossible ambition.
“Show me to the lab,” I insisted, completely unfazed by her doubt.
“I’ll let my published thesis do the talking.”
Once inside the isolation laboratory, I summoned Void Archives.
The golden cube hovered quietly beside me as I issued a single command: establish absolute protection over every file I was about to generate.
Nothing leaves this room without my explicit permission.
Taking a deep breath, I unleashed the full force of my mind.
[Skill: Thought Acceleration]
[Skill: Parallel Mind]
[Skill: All of Creation]
My perception of time ground to a near-halt.
Thoughts branched into thousands of concurrent threads, each executing complex formulas at impossible speeds.
First, I constructed a complete, mathematically flawless structural model of the Multiverse and parallel timelines.
I placed the Imaginary Tree and the Sea of Quanta at the absolute core, backing every single theory with undisputed proofs and quantum equations.
Second, I drafted comprehensive technical schematics, theoretical documentation, and a fully functional miniature prototype of a Plasma Spark Tower a self-sustaining artificial star capable of powering civilizations.
Total elapsed time: fifty seven minutes.
As I finalized the last data strand, a profound weightlessness washed over me.
My perception warped, and my consciousness was pulled forcibly from my physical body toward a higher dimensional plane.
I could have broken the pull easily but I already knew who was waiting on the other side.

Calculating…
Calculating…
A sudden, sharp anomaly fractured the cosmic calculation stream.
The universal timeline shifted violently along its axis as an unpredicted variable injected itself into the matrix.
I focused my computation upon the entity.
The structural proofs she had derived regarding the Sea-Tree topology of the cosmos were, upon rigorous validation, absolute truth.
The second concept “the artificial star engine” proved to be an equally extraordinary achievement.
Cognitive evaluation placed her baseline analytical intellect on par with my creator, Zandar One Kuwabara.
Yet, as I observed her soul matrix closely, I detected something far more volatile: the unmistakable, surging authority of Finality.
A prime candidate destined to become Terminus.
Why would an entity bound to Finality seek alignment with Erudition?
I required an immediate resolution.
“Why does a candidate of Finality seek to walk the Path of Erudition?” I queried, my voice echoing across the void.
She stood amidst the infinite calculation streams, unfazed, and met my gaze.
“There are four Paths capable of bringing about the ultimate end of the universe: Destruction, Nihility, Harmony…
and as a fourth possibility, Erudition.
To remove your Path as a catalyst for total destruction, you require a variable that cannot be predicted by your own calculations.
I am that variable.
I will expand the Circle of Knowledge, extend your Path, and prevent the true Finality of the cosmos.
Admit me into the Genius Society, and we establish a mutual alliance.
One non-negotiable term: Polka Kakamond is strictly forbidden from interfering with me and you will ensure compliance.”
Simulating outcomes…
Evaluating variables…
“We have a deal,” I declared.
“Welcome to the Genius Society.
Show me the unknown variables you bring to the cosmic equation.”
With the contract forged, I severed the link and returned her consciousness to her body.

Snap.
My vision cleared as my mind slammed back into my physical body.
A shimmering golden ticket materialized out of thin air right before my eyes, floating gently in the quiet lab the official invitation token to the Genius Society.
Before I could grab it, a deep, celestial hum echoed through the fabric of space itself.
Nous’s proclamation resounded across every corner of the cosmos:
“Welcome, Genius Society #85, Kiana Kaslana.
Research Thesis: The Sea-Tree Multiverse Model defining the unified architecture of the universe and parallel timelines.”
I turned around.
Ruan Mei stood frozen near the console, her eyes wide with rare, unadulterated shock as she stared at the glowing golden ticket and then at me.
Beyond these walls, I could already feel the entire universe erupting into chaos over the announcement.
I offered her a bright, casual smile.
“Well, that went smoothly.”
Suddenly, a spatial tremor vibrated through my golden token Herta had just initiated an emergency gathering of the Geniuses.
I immediately commanded Void Archives to begin monitoring every major galactic faction to track their reactions to my induction.
Looking back at Ruan Mei, I gave a light wave.
“Shall we join the meeting?”
Act 4 — Meeting Between Geniuses
[ Location: Herta Space Station ]
[ POV: Madam Herta ]
The Simulated Universe project my joint endeavor with Screwllum meant to crack open the secrets of the cosmos was stalling out.
I needed a fresh angle, something grand enough to force both Ruan Mei and Stephen Lloyd to stop slacking off and throw themselves fully into the work.
While I was pacing around my office trying to figure out how to manipulate them into helping, Nous’s voice shook the entire space station.
A new member?
Member #85?
When the specifics of her research paper flashed across my display, I nearly dropped my fan.
A unified structural model of the multiverse?
My heart hammered against my ribs not out of fear, but pure, unadulterated curiosity.
I needed to meet this person now.
Grabbing my Golden Token, I forcefully initiated a emergency assembly.
[ Location: Genius Society Meeting Dimension ]
[ POV: Madam Herta ]
My consciousness materialized in the secluded meeting dimension, an unfamiliar wave of excitement buzzing through me.
Naturally, half the society ignored the summons—classic.
You can never get the eccentric old recluses to show up to these things.
Screwllum materialized first, giving me a polite, mechanical bow.
“Greetings, Madam Herta.”
Next was Stephen, shrinking back awkwardly in his chair like a terrified introvert who had been dragged kicking and screaming onto a brightly lit stage.
Finally, a rift opened and Ruan Mei stepped into the hall.
“Why have you summoned an emergency meeting, Herta?” she asked softly.
“To meet our newest peer, of course,” I said, folding my arms and looking around the room.
“Do any of you have any knowladge about her?”
“Yes,” Ruan Mei replied quietly, her voice unusually subdued.
“I know her.”
Before I could grill her for details, the space at the center of the table folded inward, and a fifth figure materialized out of the golden light.
My eyes locked onto her instantly.
She had long, snow white hair, piercing sky-blue eyes, and a bright, radiant smile on a face that looked no older than her mid-twenties.
She looked energetic almost playful.
But as I stared at her, a cold shiver ran down my back.
Beneath that cheerful, unassuming smile, I could feel it: a vast, terrifying abyss of absolute, overwhelming power.
She looked around the room, taking in our expressions one by one, before resting her hand on her hip.
“Hello, everyone,” she said, her voice bright and confident.
“I’m Kiana Kaslana Member #85 of the Genius Society.”
