“No, you don’t understand, there is nothing we can do, we are actually in a safe place right now, London is actually pretty weak, currently, I am the strongest here. “Sacred gears capable of slaying Gods… surely that’s an exaggeration, right?” My dad asked surprised.
“Well… not all gods are same, gods like the Biblical God, Shiva, Hades, Indra, Zeus, Odin and the like are amongst the top, and no, this god slaying doesn’t typically include them, because they are very strong, capable of destroying the entire world itself. But there are minor gods too, and they can be slain. But hey, even minor gods are still gods, right?” I chuckled.
“So, what are we going to do now? Is there anyway we can help? I don’t know much about the supernatural, but I can give advices, and we can discuss stuff.” My father said seriously, his hands on my shoulder.
“Well… First, you need to understand our current situation, you guys were talking about why I was giving a villain like laugh before, right? I heard that by the way. The reason is, my Sacred gear power reached a new level, called Balance Breaker, it is called so because it possesses the power to break the balance of the world. My sacred gear allows me to create monsters, and after achieving Balance Breaker, I can create any monster I imagine, of course, I need enough energy to do that. But still, compared to before, I am much stronger. Yet, there are levels to strength.” This was the problem with me, albeit having energy reserves at the level of a Satan, if I had to fight a Satan, my chances of victory were not high. I was a nightmare for those weaker than me, but at the same level or higher, I had no way to deal with them, the only way to attack for me was to go and throw a punch or send magic energy blasts, none of which were particularly impressive, Though, I could create monsters to arm me, my fighting experience was non-existent.
“I see… But I still don’t understand why you reacted as you did upon seeing the letter?” My father asked.
“Well first off, answer me, what do you think the supernatural beings do when they find out a weak human has just awakened a Longinus they can’t control?” I asked back.
“They… eliminate him…” My father replied weakly, he now understood the complications.
“Exactly, ever since I awakened it at the age of five, I always went beyond ordinary measures to hide myself, and I had always been successful, but now, suddenly, I received a letter from Hogwarts, which implies that they have found about me. But now, thinking about it, they identifies that I am a wizard, and not that I possess the Annihilation Maker, which makes it much more simpler to deal with.” My parents would need to put on an act too, no matter what, I was not about to mind control my own family to make them forget about today.
“I see, it’s good that you are not in any trouble then, So, what will you reply to that letter?” David asked heaving a sigh, slight relaxation appearing on his tensed face.
“I will join. Of course. This is a great opportunity for me. First it gives me a supernatural identity where I can hide, and second it gives me time and resources to grow. As long as I hide my Annihilation Maker well, even if someone finds out, they would at most think that I am just a wizard. And through my sources, I have come to know that wizards are too weak to be considered a threat by the true rulers of the world.” A smile appeared on my face as I said so, finally, I would come to learn magic, although wizards were weak, that did not mean their magic was useless, if anything, it was surprisingly diverse. “Monsters sent to scout, of course, there are thousands of invisible monsters scouting the entire city, and even more guarding the estate, right now, due to the arrival of that owl, I have put the security in a state of emergency. You may not believe it, but the current security of the estate is actually higher than many factions. As for Hogwarts being safe, well there are some threats, but I am strong enough to easily manage them, and I need to learn magic, my current strength is entirely reliant on monsters, I need to become stronger myself.” I chuckled as I told them about the monsters, their expression of surprise as they looked around trying to spot a monster was hilarious.
“Hahh… I feel ashamed at not being able to help you… is there anything we can do?” My father asked after failing to spot a single monster, which was given, considering if even they as ordinary people could spot it, it wouldn’t be much of a security, right?
“Of course there is… Soon, a professor of Hogwarts will come visit us, you guys need to act exactly as I tell you, and under no circumstance should they know that we are already fairly aware about the supernatural world.” I was also planning on arming them with monsters which would protect them for magic like Legilimency.
“Don’t worry, they won’t suspect a thing.” My mother smirked as she replied, a trace of mischief could be seen forming in her head.
