The Nanook-as-Sparkle on the left grew increasingly grim.

The Aha-as-Sparkle on the right continued, already describing the details—things like the “collision between carriages,” recounted so vividly, and the “connecting parts,” as if she had experienced it firsthand.

Finally, she clasped her hands together, eyes gazing into the void in the distance, a Madonna-like holy radiance appearing on her face: “So, Nanook, I’m sorry.Full novel: HSR: I Became Sparkle, Not a Lunatic! — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

I have already been conquered by Akivili.

Even though I once loved you, now, I must submit to Lord Akivili.”

She suddenly changed into a shy expression, covering her face with her hands, revealing those sparkling red eyes from between her fingers: “I’m so sorry I couldn’t satisfy Lord Akivili~”

The Nanook-as-Sparkle on the left froze completely.

The knife “stuck” in her abdomen flew out due to her overwhelming rage, and then she strode forward, grabbing Aha-as-Sparkle by the collar.

“You—”

Her voice sounded like it was squeezed through her teeth, every word carrying an aura of destruction, “How dare you!”

The Aha-as-Sparkle on the right was lifted by her collar, feet off the ground, but her expression remained calm: “You can’t hit me.”

“Why?!”

“Because I’m pregnant with Akivili’s child.”

The Nanook-as-Sparkle was stunned.

She widened her eyes, looking at Aha-as-Sparkle in disbelief, her lips moving, taking a long while to squeeze out a sentence: “…How is that possible?

Isn’t It a train?”

The Aha-as-Sparkle held her stomach, a maternal radiance appearing on her face, that radiance even carrying a hint of showing off: “It’s true, look, the belly is already big.”

As she spoke, she actually thrust her stomach forward; that flat abdomen, under her deliberate performance, seemed to bulge a little, as if she were ten months pregnant.

The Nanook-as-Sparkle on the left stared at that “belly,” the expression on her face shifting from disbelief to complexity, and from complexity to a trace of eerie…

tenderness.

She took a deep breath, as if having made a major decision, and then spoke slowly, her voice carrying a kind of grit-toothed determination: “I’ll raise it.”

The Aha-as-Sparkle on the right was stunned.

“I’ll raise it, happy now?”

The Nanook-as-Sparkle stared into her eyes, saying word by word, “As long as you are willing to marry me.”

The Aha-as-Sparkle widened her eyes, her mouth opening wide enough to fit an egg, her whole body frozen in place as if struck by lightning.

After a long while, she squeezed out a sentence, her voice trembling with disbelief: “Re-really?”

“Really.”

“Really, really?”

“Really.”

A brilliant smile bloomed on the Aha-as-Sparkle’s face, but before it could fully bloom, her expression suddenly changed, her hands covering her stomach, her whole body bending over, emitting painful moans: “Ah—! This chapter was taken from NovelPing without permission.

I, I’m going into labor—!

What do I do, what do I do, what do I do—!”

The Nanook-as-Sparkle on the left panicked, that cool, domineering CEO face showing a flustered expression for the first time, fumbling to support her, but not knowing where to start: “You, you hold on!

I, I’ll go find a doctor—”

“It’s too late—!” The Aha-as-Sparkle screamed, and then with a “pop”—

Something popped out of her stomach.

The Nanook-as-Sparkle on the left looked down at that “thing,” her whole being looking as if struck by lightning.

It was a black hole.

That’s right, a black hole.

She widened her eyes, looking at the black hole on the ground, then at Aha-as-Sparkle, then back at the black hole, her voice cracking: “Wait—weren’t you with Akivili?!

How did you end up with—with Nihility—?!”

The Aha-as-Sparkle held her stomach, a guilty expression appearing on her face, but that guilt only lasted for a second before being replaced by a new round of pain: “Ahhh—there’s more, there’s more—!”

“Pop!”

Another branch popped out.

The Nanook-as-Sparkle on the left’s expression was beyond description, her face filled with the philosophical questioning of “Who am I, where am I, why am I experiencing this”: “Abundance?!

You were also messing around with Abundance?!”

The Aha-as-Sparkle didn’t have time to answer, she had already started spraying things out with a “pop-pop-pop”—circuit boards, scales, crystal flowers, dragon eggs—named Aeons, popping out one after another, but there was simply none of Nanook’s.

The Nanook-as-Sparkle on the left looked at that pile of things on the ground, her face turning green.

Finally, the Aha-as-Sparkle took a deep breath, using all her strength—

“Pop—!”

A shiny, sparkling train popped out of her stomach, tracing a perfect arc in the air, and then landed on the ground with a “clatter.”

Aha-as-Sparkle slumped on the ground, panting heavily, but her face was filled with a happy smile: “This, this is Akivili’s Trailblaze—!

A new life—!

From within Elation—!

By the way, are you still marrying me?

You can help me push the war drum when the time comes~ If you don’t mind having many gods around~”

Nanook-as-Sparkle stood in place, petrified.

She looked at that train, looked at that pile, looked at the satisfied smile on Aha-as-Sparkle’s face—

That kind of distortion was the kind seen in the famous painting “The Scream”—eyes widened like copper bells, mouth open in an ‘O’ shape, hands covering her cheeks, as if she were about to scream at any moment.

“You—you—you—”

Her voice trembled, every word sounding like it was squeezed through her teeth, “You—you are really just thinking about yourself—!!!”

The Aha-as-Sparkle looked up, a naive smile on her face, that smile hiding a hint of cunning: “Oh my, don’t say that~ Don’t tell me you want one too?

Come, come, I’ll try a bit harder—”

“Enough!!!”

The Nanook-as-Sparkle broke down, clutching her head with both hands, spinning in place, screaming as she spun, that scream filled with a despair that could destroy everything.

The Aha-as-Sparkle watched her, the smile on her face growing brighter and brighter.

Then—

“Plop.”

Something fell from the sky, landing precisely on Sparkle’s head.

Sparkle was taken aback, clutching the top of her head where she’d been hit, looking down at the object that had fallen to the ground.

It was a mask.

A clown’s mask, grinning, the smile exaggerated to the point of being a bit scary, but strangely, it didn’t feel terrifying; instead, it had a peculiar sense of humor.

The mask was white overall, the corners of the mouth painted with bright red pigment, the eye sockets were two black holes, and the edges were inlaid with golden patterns, shimmering under the light and shadow.

Sparkle crouched down, picked up the mask, and looked at it over and over in her hands.

This texture, this craftsmanship.

It’s so trashy, what kind of good person would throw away such junk!

And this eerie smile—

Aha?

Sparkle’s red eyes lit up instantly, she looked up at the void space above, and shouted aloud: “Aha?

Is that you?

Did you tip me?

Oh my, this is so temperamental, are you all here to watch my performance?

You’re really giving me face!”

There was no response.

Maybe it’s not a big deal now… maybe it will be later.

“And If you’re enjoying it, drop a Power Stone for me!”
