In the six years since Anna arrived in the Marvel Universe, she hadn’t just been doing nothing.

Besides wandering around Kathmandu several times and still failing to find the entrance to Kamar-Taj, her biggest gain since awakening her abilities was discovering Wakanda in East Africa based on her memories.

The heart-shaped herb used to save Tony in Afghanistan, as well as this Vibranium, were all gains from Wakanda.Full novel: I Became the Female Version of Superman in Marvel Universe — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Of course, the locals initially had different opinions about this.

However, after a Kryptonian rogue—whose defenses they couldn’t even breach—carried off a wild boar one day and dug up a piece of ore from their home the next, they eventually started to turn a blind eye to Anna.

To Anna, this certainly didn’t count as criminal looting.

After all, when a meteorite falls to Earth, it belongs to the entire civilization of Earth.

As a good person living on Earth, Anna naturally deserved a share, right?

It’s not like the locals could dig it up while she, Anna, couldn’t.

Moreover, while Vibranium seemed to be incredibly precious to the outside World, selling for ten thousand dollars a gram, it wasn’t actually that valuable in Wakanda.

Ulysses Klaue stole 250 kilograms of Vibranium from Wakanda and blew up dozens of people while escaping, yet he still hasn’t been killed to this day; that shows you just how important this stuff really is to Wakanda.

It was scarce outside because they controlled it.

Not counting unmined deposits and Vibranium made into tools, the Wakandan national treasury alone held a reserve of ten thousand tons.

Indeed, if Vibranium were divided among the seven billion people on Earth, it would be a rare metal.

But if it was just for Wakanda or just for her, it wasn’t rare at all.

So the Vibranium ore she prepared for the Wonder Woman set was a meteorite weighing about two hundred kilograms that she had dug out of the crater in Wakanda back then.

It wasn’t that Anna didn’t have larger Vibranium meteorites in her barn; after several trips to that crater, the barn was filled with nearly twenty tons of Vibranium ore.

However, Anna’s six-year-old petite body was only so big, and she might not even finish using this two-hundred-kilogram piece of raw material, so there was no need to find a larger one.

After all, meteorites fell from the sky and were absolutely unowned property; whoever dug them up owned them, so she felt perfectly justified taking a few pieces home.

But finished Vibranium was something that had become someone else’s property through the labor of hard mining and smelting.

It would be a bit unreasonable for her to snatch that…

Although the locals didn’t see any difference between stealing ore or stealing metal, it made a big difference to Anna.

So now that Anna was starting to forge her equipment, she had to begin smelting the Vibranium on the spot.

After lighting the furnace, Anna waited next to it wearing a large blacksmith’s apron, breaking the meteorite ore into small pieces as she waited.

Vibranium wasn’t actually as difficult to smelt and process as one might imagine.

Based on Anna’s current experience, its processing difficulty was somewhere between stainless steel and titanium alloy—harder than copper or iron, but not overly difficult.

After all, the locals had created cold weapons made of Vibranium thousands of years ago, and some ancient Vibranium artifacts are still on display in museums outside.

Vibranium is famous for being easy to shape and process.

If it were as difficult to handle as Adamantium, who knows when the locals would have been able to develop Vibranium technology.

So, after about twenty minutes of preheating the gas-fired furnace to the right temperature, Anna threw in the small pieces of ore one by one.

Then she closed the furnace door and waited for the ore inside to melt.

During the wait, she occasionally blasted Heat Vision into the furnace opening to speed things up.

If it weren’t for the fact that using Heat Vision for a long time made her eyes sore, and that the gas for smelting in the barn was provided for free, this stingy girl would have planned to use Heat Vision for the entire heating process.

After about ten minutes of continuous heating and acceleration from Anna’s Heat Vision, and after skimming off the impurities floating on top with a tool, Anna obtained a crucible with over ten kilograms of molten Vibranium.

Then, using tongs to lift it out and aiming the crucible’s spout at the mold, Anna produced a rough cast of the ‘Shield of Athena’.

After repeating this process several times, Anna, standing before the furnace, had produced rough casts of the Amazonian Eagle Armor, boots, skirt plates, the Tiara, and the Bracelets of Submission.

There were also long strips of Vibranium intended for forging the Sword of Athena, and small pieces of Vibranium meant to be drawn into wire for weaving the Lasso of Truth. This story is hosted at NovelPing.

Once everything was ready, Anna turned off the furnace at the barn door and moved the items inside one by one.

Then she brought out the large anvil and blacksmith’s hammer to refine the cast roughs in the open space of the farm.

Actually, at this stage, Vibranium starts becoming difficult to process because the formed Vibranium absorbs the energy and kinetic energy applied to it, making its precision very hard to control.

However, Anna wasn’t trying to build high-tech equipment requiring micron or nanometer precision; it was all just cold weapon-level stuff.

All dimensions were based on visual estimation and on-site fittings; a difference of a millimeter or two didn’t matter at all.

The rest was almost entirely blacksmithing work.

Furthermore, once she expanded Superman’s Bio-electric Field to protect the anvil and hammer below, she could casually swing down with dozens of tons of force.

When refining the metal blocks, she relied on the philosophy that ‘great strength creates miracles.’ So, in terms of forging this Vibranium, the difficulty was actually manageable.

While she didn’t have the Wakandan method of using sonic stabilizers to dull the Vibranium and then processing it like ordinary metal, Vibranium has a limit to how much energy and kinetic energy it can absorb.

Plus, she would occasionally use Heat Vision for a few seconds to heat it up and recharge it.

So, under Anna’s hammer, the Vibranium was slowly hammered into shape by this strong girl with a series of bangs—40 tons for a small strike and 80 tons for a large one.

As the Sun was about to set, the Vibranium block on the anvil reached its energy absorption limit, releasing wave after wave of purple Impact shocks that tore up the ground around the anvil.

Anna finally forged a scaled-down, heavily Ancient Greek-styled ‘Shield of Athena’ that looked almost exactly like the one used by Wonder Woman.

After finishing this first piece of cosplay equipment, the kid grabbed the handle behind the shield and swung it with a backhand.

There was a loud BANG!

Crash!

Clatter!

Amidst the dust where dirt and stones fell like raindrops…

In the spot where she had swung, a crater two or three meters deep appeared.

Yet the shield in Anna’s hand didn’t have a single scratch.
