While Silvia sneaked out,she didn’t know that someone at the back was staring at her back.
"She is out.."Mina spoke, gasping and clenching her fist tightly as she stared back at the small fire she lit up.
After hearing Grim’s plan,she had been observing the shed waiting for her sister to crawl out.She even cleared the knight routes earlier using deception to draw their attention.Still it was hard to create a big gap for her sister to escape.
At the end she decided to light up a small fire in the backyard servant room.The workers usually go there to smoke so it would perfectly cover it up.
She didn’t linger back at the chaos and followed her sister.
She walked towards the gate with small steps.The maid uniform around her changed into pantaloons with high boots.
The puffed wide chest slumped down forming a strong muscular chest.The apron turned into a wide striped coat.
Her smooth slick skin and oval face distorted, growing a beard with wrinkles etching over.

On reaching the gate,the guards gave Mina a deep look.
"Where are you going this late?"
The man crunched his brows."What else but to bring a fine smoke and drink for the eldest."
"Damnn!Did this bastard flare up again?"one of the guards grunted.
They knew that cold faced bastard was quite weird and sometimes did odd requests late at night.
"What can I do?You know how that guy acts!"Mina snorted back.
The guard was about to curse but the other guard stopped him.
"Stop speaking ill of him behind his back.We might be in trouble if he is going out."
"Very well gentlemen!"Giving a nod,Mina walked out of the mansion and soon after reaching the street changed her look again.
His face molded tracing a scar covering his face.The body bulked up while the shirt became sleeveless exposing rugged torn tattoos.
In a moment the demeanor of an old servant disappeared leaving behind a bloodthirsty huge body thug.
At such a time one can only find thugs roaming around so going around with a gentle demeanor was a huge mistake.
With that he took a leap shooting out in a fast strike and finally caught Silvia’s trail who ran across barefoot while hiding here and there.
Mina’s heart ached seeing this and wondered if she should step before her sister to help directly or protect her from the shadows.
In the end she decided to put her trust in Grim for the last time.
’I am taking a big gamble..If something goes wrong,I will chop you to pieces and feed them to carnivorous fish.’
Making up her mind she rushed around climbing up the building and jumping across while keeping an eye on Silvia.
At one of the intersections she spotted a group and jumped above the building above them.
Landing at the top,she extended her hand grabbing a piece of metal rod on the roof and threw it across.
The rod created a loud rippling thud that drew the thugs attention away.
Mina then jumped down and followed Silvia.
She kept up the patrol until Silvia reached the Church premises.She paused looking at her sister who was running despite being out of breath.
From the moment she came out of the mansion she hadn’t dared to take a moment of rest and kept going.
A hint of complex emotions flared up.
Once her sister steps in and if Grim’s words about the blessing were correct she might not be able to see her sister again because those who get the blessing of God were highly sought after.
She might surely be transported to the Holy Nation and might even climb to a higher position never being able to come back.
Amidst these thoughts she suddenly reacted by spotting a figure that charged towards her.
A figure shot out seeing Mina leaped back somersaulting in the air dodging it.
"Who are you?"
Mina paused and gave the person a deep look.
A tall lean man with golden hair in knight armor holding a well crafted sword inched closer towards her.
’Is he the person Grim spoke about?’
The description surely matches the person before her.
The man appearing before her grabbed his sword that started to shine.
"I will ask again."
"Who are you and what is your intention?"A chilling gleam flashed in his eyes, seeing which Mina smiled.
"I beg your pardon Holy Knight..This shape you detest is just a visage of mine that had been sent out to protect the chosen one."
The knight frowned seeing this and became alert, preparing to move at the slightest reaction.
Mina, noticing this, started retracting her steps.
"I am just doing the task given by my liege..Since the chosen one had reached the destination I will take my leave."Saying this she looked back at Silvia who hobbled towards the Church gate.
The knight naturally noticed this and asked."Who is your liege?"
"Lord Grim!"Mina spoke with a smile and then snapped her finger causing a blast of smoke.
"You!"
SWISH!
He moved, brandishing his sword that tore through the smoke that left nothing.
"She escaped!"His eyes widened as he looked around, alerted while extending his senses but stopped after sensing no one.
He looked at the spot the woman escaped and went back to the woman who crawled to the church.
"If you wanted to escort her safely just do it outright.What’s with this criminal way of protection as if you are protecting something illegal."
"She is either from the Veil or Cataclysm lineage."
He then remembered the words she spat at the end.
"Lord Grim.."
"What an interesting fellow...I just hope you aren’t someone who needs to be cut down by my blade."

The rays of sunlight filtered across the room nudging him from sleep.
"Hmm!"He raised his arm to use it as a shield over his face but a wince made his face stiffen.
His eyes opened abruptly and he looked at his palm on which a faint layer of clot had formed over the cut.
"It’s not healed?"
A look of surprise flashed over his face.He clearly remembered the wounds healing after he got up from the suicide attempt.
Also according to others,the body had tried to commit suicide many times ending up in failure so he assumed he might have some kind of healing factor and overnight the wound must have healed.
"Tskk!"He clicked his tongue in irritation.
Knock!Knock!
The sound of knocking did little to suppress his foul morning mood.
"Who?"
"It’s me!"
An unfamiliar yet familiar voice came from outside.He didn’t dare to counterask and decided to see who it was.
Walking towards the door he squinted through the peephole.
Outside,a girl with ashen hair and bright eyes appeared in a noble gown dressed modestly.
Grim identified her at once.
She was his twin sister born to Duke Wargrave,Melissa Wargrave.
"Damn!Why is she here?"
"What’s the relationship between the two?Is she here to threaten me or do something else?"
He started getting a headache from all this when the knock got louder.
"Brother are you there?"
"Open the door, it’s Melissa."
Grim swallowed his saliva and took a breath to steady himself before opening the door.
A gentle smiling face of a lady appeared as she observed him.
"Why did it take you so long?Are you ahhhh?"
"What happened to your hand?"
