“What did I just hear?
Zhu Bo can actually keep raising the giant pandas?!”
“Aaaaaah!
Leave me alone!
Let me go crazy!
I’m so freaking excited!”
“Does this mean I can keep watching the giant pandas for a long time?!”
“Yes!
Yes!
The giant pandas and their cubs can stay!”
“Give a shout-out to Mama Bear and Su Su!
My mom won’t have to worry about me not being able to see wild pandas anymore!”
“My God!
This is a miracle!
Zhu Bo can actually raise a national treasure!”
“The only privately cared-for giant pandas in the world!
This makes me smile like a proud auntie!”
The viewers in the live stream had already accepted that the giant panda would soon be taken away.
Unexpectedly, after seeing the mother panda’s strong attachment to Su Lin and witnessing how well she responded to him, the Forestry Bureau had decided to let the giant panda and her cubs remain here temporarily.
“Su Lin, why don’t you take the panda inside first?
That way, when we come in, we won’t cause her any more stress,” the middle-aged man said.
Su Lin immediately understood.
He gently held the giant panda’s large, fluffy face between his hands and said with a bright smile, “Mommy Bear!
You don’t have to leave.
You can stay here.
Now hurry up and take your cubs back inside.”
The panda, who had been acting spoiled and affectionate just moments ago, seemed to understand her “caretaker’s” words immediately.
Her bright black eyes blinked several times before she let out an excited cry.
Her head was still pressed against Su Lin’s body, swaying from side to side and tickling his stomach.
Su Lin couldn’t help laughing.
“Alright, alright.
Let’s go back inside.”
The giant panda’s mood changed instantly.
Just like flipping a switch, her previous sadness disappeared, and she obediently picked up the basket and carried it back into the house.
“Leaders, please come in.
There shouldn’t be any more trouble now.”
After Su Lin finished speaking, the middle-aged woman in the white coat beside Jiang Jun couldn’t help reminding him, “Director Jiang, this doesn’t really comply with the regulations.
How can a forest ranger be allowed to care for a wild giant panda?
The panda should be handed over to professional keepers.”
“Moreover, something like this has never happened before.
If anything happens to the giant panda while she’s under his care, the consequences won’t be limited to the loss of one animal.”
Taking care of giant pandas naturally required professional knowledge.
In terms of professional skills, Su Lin was certainly nowhere near as qualified as them.
Unfortunately…
He had the system.
“As you just witnessed, what professional can communicate with a wild giant panda as naturally as Su Lin can?” Jiang Jun said calmly.
“Furthermore, the panda has clearly decided that she wants to stay with him.
If we forcibly take her away, you already know what the consequences could be.”
His voice wasn’t loud, but it carried an undeniable authority.
The young woman fell silent.
She had dealt with plenty of wild animals before, but even she couldn’t compare with Su Lin’s ability to communicate with this panda.
She had only raised the concern because there had never been a precedent for allowing an ordinary forest ranger to care for a giant panda.
The group finally entered the courtyard that Su Lin had cleaned the previous day.
It was now neat and tidy.
“Su Lin, I’m Jiang Jun, director of the Sichuan Forestry Bureau.”
There was obvious admiration in his eyes.
He couldn’t help asking, “How exactly did you do it?
You’re not a veterinarian, are you?”
Just kidding.
Even professional veterinarians couldn’t communicate with wild animals as naturally as Su Lin did.
“Maybe it’s because I’ve loved animals since I was young.”
Su Lin scratched the back of his head and smiled awkwardly.
“What a coincidence, huh?”
Jiang Jun didn’t pursue the matter.
“This place is close to nature, and the giant panda seems particularly attached to you.
It’s actually quite suitable for you to stay here.”
“From now on, the Forestry Bureau will provide the resources and expenses necessary to care for the giant pandas.
Your only responsibility is to take good care of our national treasures.”
“I’ll have someone deliver the supplies later.
At the same time, the Forestry Bureau will officially authorize you to care for the giant pandas.”
“Furthermore, we’ll arrange for professionals to regularly monitor the health of the mother panda and her cubs.
With you here, I believe this work will go much more smoothly.”
Hearing Jiang Jun’s words, Su Lin finally felt relieved.
The Forestry Bureau would provide the resources needed to raise the mother panda and her cubs.
If the panda family were simply left to fend for themselves in the wild, raising twins would be extremely difficult for the mother.
The mother panda was an adult and could forage for herself.
Her biggest challenge was raising the two cubs.
Now that their food supply was secured, Su Lin’s job would become much easier.
Most importantly…
He had officially been authorized to care for giant pandas!
That was incredibly exciting.
“Wow!
Official certification!
This is amazing!”
“Hahaha!
Who would’ve thought the Forestry Bureau director himself would personally authorize Su Su to care for the pandas?
Oh my God!
My Su Su is so capable!”
“This is triple happiness!
He won the heart of Mama Bear and now gets to take care of her two cubs.
I’m so jealous!”
“Today’s netizens really can come up with the strangest phrases.
‘Fragrant heart’…
I’m dying!”
With Director Jiang’s statement, the fans finally breathed a sigh of relief.
That was the Forestry Bureau speaking personally.
There was no room for doubt.
The incident immediately went viral online.
Videos of the giant panda and the young forest ranger continued spreading across the internet.
With fans constantly sharing the clips, a huge number of new viewers flooded into Su Lin’s live stream.
The number of online viewers quickly climbed to sixty or seventy thousand, and it was still rising!
Even trending topics began appearing:

The Forestry Bureau had brought professional keepers and veterinarians to examine the cubs and monitor their health.
Su Lin returned to the house.
Mama Bear was staring intently at the basket containing her cubs, as if she were afraid someone might suddenly snatch them away.
“Mommy Bear, the doctors in white coats will examine the cubs in a moment.
Don’t worry.
They mean no harm.
Su Lin tried his best to reassure her.
Even so, he couldn’t guarantee that the mother panda wouldn’t become stressed when the cubs were examined.
A few minutes later, in the courtyard…
Apart from Su Lin and the veterinarian, everyone else kept their distance from the mother panda.
Su Lin gently stroked her head while the veterinarian began examining the cubs.
The mother panda became somewhat restless during the examination, but she remained under control with Su Lin’s reassurance.
He continued stroking her fur and comforting her like a child.
Since bringing the cubs back, Su Lin had occasionally given them small amounts of spirit liquid.
Although the amount was tiny, its effects were extraordinary.
After the professional examination, the two cubs met or even exceeded the expected standards for body temperature, length, weight, and other indicators.
Their overall physical condition was even better than that of many artificially raised panda cubs in captivity.
After hearing the veterinarian confirm that both cubs were healthy, Su Lin finally breathed a sigh of relief.
However, he suddenly remembered something.
He hadn’t even started giving the cubs the spiritual milk powder that the system had rewarded him with.
If even a little spirit liquid could have such an effect…
What would happen if they drank the system’s special milk powder?
They might grow incredibly strong.
“Young man, not bad.
Not bad at all.”
Jiang Jun nodded approvingly.
“The panda and her cubs are in your care for now.
Someone will bring the necessary supplies later.
We’re leaving.”
“Please take good care of them and remember that their safety comes first.”
“Yes, sir.”
Just as Jiang Jun and the others were about to leave, Su Lin suddenly remembered something.
“Sir, there’s one more thing I’d like to ask.
Would it be possible?”
“Go ahead.”
“The cubs are still very young, and I also have my ranger duties to attend to.
I probably won’t be able to leave for a while.”
“Could you have someone bring me some daily necessities as well?”
Before coming here, Su Lin had only brought a small amount of supplies.
Once things settled down, he would definitely need more food and daily necessities.
He couldn’t survive on vegetables and noodles forever.
“No problem.
I’ll have someone bring everything along.
You can focus on your work.”
With that, even Su Lin’s daily necessities were temporarily taken care of.
He couldn’t have been happier.
After the Forestry Bureau staff left, the mother panda finally settled down and returned to nursing her cubs.
Su Lin prepared to eat something before heading out to patrol the forest.
“Let’s see if the vegetables are ready to eat.”
Just as Su Lin was walking toward the vegetable garden, a system notification suddenly sounded in his mind.
