At Shuchi’in Academy’s Elementary Division, Class 1-B…
Homeroom teacher Sumiko Kobayashi, dressed in her professional skirt suit, spoke gently, “Everyone, let’s welcome our new classmate!”
Kouma stepped forward and introduced himself clearly, “Hello everyone, my name is Kouma Sunada!”
His crisp, youthful voice echoed through the classroom.
All the elementary students stared curiously at the boy standing beside the teacher’s podium.
“So handsome!”
“So cute!”
The young girls gasped behind their hands, proving Kouma’s universally appealing looks were on full display.
As he scanned his future classmates, several familiar faces stood out immediately.
“Conan…and that detective group?”
But the highly popular Ai Haibara was conspicuously absent.
“She hasn’t taken APTX4869 yet?”
Teacher Kobayashi assigned him a seat, “Kouma-kun, you’ll sit behind Yoshida-san.”
The moment Kouma settled into his seat, Ayumi Yoshida turned around with enthusiastic curiosity, “Hello Kouma-kun!
I’m Ayumi Yoshida—you can just call me Ayumi!”
Ignoring the glares from Genta and Mitsuhiko, Kouma nodded politely, “Hello, Ayumi-san.”
Though Ayumi was friendly and welcoming, Kouma found himself with little interest in elementary school matters.
After exchanging a few pleasantries, he tuned out of the conversation.
While the elementary curriculum failed to engage him, listening to Genta and the others share gossip proved unexpectedly entertaining.
To his surprise, in this world, Kudou Shinichi (not Conan) appeared to only have a casual neighborly relationship with Ran Mouri, while “Conan” simply lived with Professor Agasa.
“Well, this is a chaotic crossover world after all—it’s only natural for character relationships to differ from canon,” he mused.
…
After School.
Having declined his classmates’ invitations to play, Kouma made his way to the high school building entrance.
A handsome elementary school boy standing attentively with his backpack instantly drew the attention of passing high school girls.
“Wow!
What an adorable little boy!”
“He’s wearing the elementary uniform!
He looks so well-behaved!”
“I can’t resist—I just want to pinch those cute cheeks!”
For high school girls, anything cute proved completely irresistible—and Kouma represented the absolute pinnacle of youthful charm.
Within minutes, he found himself surrounded by a chattering flock of female students.
“Little one, what are you doing here all by yourself?”
“I’m waiting for my sister.”
His milky, childish reply sent waves of delighted squeals through the group.
The incessant chatter eventually prompted Kouma to quietly withdraw into himself.
Peering through the crowd, he finally spotted Yukinoshita Yukino’s distinctive silhouette.
“I see my sister!”
He deftly maneuvered through the group of girls and trotted eagerly toward her.
Behind him, the disappointed students watched wistfully.
“Wait—isn’t that Yukinoshita-senpai from the second year?”
“So that little boy is her brother?”
“He’s so adorable!
I’m so jealous of Yukinoshita-senpai…”
…
Observing how Kouma had “abandoned” his admirers to come to her, Yukino’s unconsciously clenched fist gradually relaxed.
“Hmph.”
For reasons she couldn’t quite articulate, seeing Kouma surrounded by all those girls had inexplicably irritated her.
“Yukino-nee, shall we go?”
The boy took her hand in his as he reached her side.
Her inexplicable irritation dissipated instantly at the contact.
“Next time this happens, just call the police immediately.”
“Mmm…you’re amazing, Yukino-nee.
You immediately identified the most effective solution.”
Kouma marveled internally at her characteristically decisive approach.
She acknowledged his response with a slight nod.
His small, soft hand in hers gave rise to an odd impulse to examine and hold it properly—a notion she quickly suppressed.
For reasons beyond her understanding, being near Kouma always suffused her with an inexplicable sense of contentment.
…
The Service Club Room.
“You may sit here to complete your homework or read.”
Yukino’s instructions were characteristically concise.
Just as Kouma settled into his seat, a mature female voice interrupted from behind, “Yukinoshita, kidnapping young boys is rather improper, you know?”
Without looking up from her book, Yukino responded, “Hiratsuka-sensei, I believe I’ve mentioned you should knock before entering.”
“Ah, but teaching is so exhausting these days—I scarcely have energy left for knocking!”
Yukino glanced up to find the normally glamorous teacher sporting faint dark circles under her eyes, her typically vibrant demeanor noticeably subdued by fatigue.
“If you wish to complain about your workload, please direct those concerns to the principal.”
“Must you be so cold, Yukinoshita?”
Hiratsuka Shizuka’s attention then shifted to Kouma, her eyes lighting up with sudden interest, “So you must be Kouma-kun!”
Yukino looked up in mild surprise at this recognition.
“Hehe, Haruno told me all about you last night!
An absolutely adorable little brother!”
Hiratsuka crouched beside Kouma’s chair, unable to resist pinching his delightfully chubby cheeks, “Ah, truly precious!
Just looking at you makes my fatigue melt away!”
Her cheerful expression faltered slightly as she noticed Kouma’s gaze fixed intently near her ear.
“Kouma-kun?
Is something wrong?”
He shook his head slightly, deliberately averting his eyes from the malevolent spirit coiled around her neck, “Hiratsuka-sensei’s earrings are very stylish!”
“What a sweet talker!
Let’s go get some snacks!”
Without waiting for agreement, she scooped him up, “Yukinoshita, I’m borrowing Kouma-kun for some snacks!”
…
In the Hallway.
The spirit clinging to Hiratsuka’s shoulder began thrashing violently.
It had realized—this boy could perceive its presence!
Overcome with excitement, it launched into a frenzied chant, its ghostly form quivering with the desire to consume him.
Yet the peculiar aura emanating from Kouma gave it pause, creating an uncharacteristic hesitation.
As its maddened cries intensified, the spectral hair coiled around Hiratsuka’s neck began constricting tightly.
“Hiratsuka-sensei!”
“Hmm?
What is it?”
She gasped slightly, pausing to catch her breath.
Kouma reached up and flicked his finger near her ear.
Poof!
The frenzied spirit dissipated instantly into nothingness.

While the ability’s power to affect even the strongest spirits was undoubtedly formidable, its extremely limited range proved disappointing—hardly matching what one would expect from an incubus of his caliber.
“There was a small bug near your ear, sensei.”
Hiratsuka suddenly found herself breathing easily again, the weight of fatigue lifting from her shoulders.
But when Kouma’s finger accidentally brushed against her earlobe during the motion…
“Nn~”
An involuntary moan escaped her lips as an indescribable sensation shot straight to her brain’s pleasure centers.
