SUBJECT: UNEXPECTED DISCOVERY OF THE NEVERENDING STAIRCASE AND ENCOUNTER WITH AN UNIDENTIFIED SUPERNATURAL ENTITY
[I. INCIDENT SUMMARY]
During a routine observation assignment within the supernatural space designated as ████████████████████████, Response Unit F-5 discovered an unidentified staircase that had not been present during previous observations.
Prior to the discovery, F-299, an anomalous entity currently maintained as a companion of Response Unit F-5, had been equipped with a containment collar for monitoring and identification purposes.
Under circumstances that remain unclear, the collar was subsequently discovered within the newly identified staircase, indicating that F-299 had likely entered the structure.

According to the testimony of Unit Leader Elias Navarro, the structure exhibited characteristics consistent with a potentially non-Euclidean supernatural space.

The circumstances surrounding the transaction are of particular concern.
