“Where am I?” Ren awoke to darkness.
He remembered going to sleep after reading another Naruto fanfic and then boom, nothing.” Did I go blind?”
“This is the Void, the space between universes if you will.” came a voice from behind.
It was a presence, a being that looked like everything but also nothing.
Ren spun around and saw it.
” Is this one of those isekai tropes, are you R.O.B?”
“Yes you could call me that.” It replied” So i died then.”The thought came with surprising detachment.
His life was pretty average, average grades, average job even an average death.
The only thing that wasn’t average was the anime, manga and novels he used to read but that had been an escape from his average life.
“Yes and I decided to give you a second chance. Before you ask, you were chosen at random and you won’t be given some grand mission to save the world or anything like that. I just wanted to see how a soul would do in another world with its previous memories.” the being said.
“Oh, thanks I guess. Am I getting like a system or something? And what world am I going to?” asked Ren.
“You will need to spin a wheel for both, but your so called ‘cheat’ will be something within the worlds laws.” replied the being materializing two huge roulette wheels.
The first having different fictional worlds, while the second was blank.
Eager to start his second life, Ren spun.
He saw worlds like Attack on titan, Marvel, DC, Bleach and many other fictional worlds that he knew.
Eventually it landed on Naruto.
“OK, Naruto, child soldiers, peace obsessed crazies and a son so loyal that he literally manipulated the entire world just to get his mom back, could be worse. Hopefully I get a good cheat.”
The second roulette started being filled with abilities.
There were Kekkai Genkai, bloodlines, Forbidden techniques and even the Treasured tools of the Sage of six paths.
Ren really hoped to get a bloodline because in the later parts of Naruto, anyone without one was basically cannon fodder.
He remembered some people called it the ‘Legend of eyes’ in his previous life.
Closing his eyes and praying to whatever God he didn’t believe in because he was an atheist, Ren spun.
The wheel kept going, past wood release, byakugan, tailed beasts and slowly came to a stop on the rinnesharingan.
“Yesss!” The rinnesharingan, one of the most broken dojutsu in the entire series.
“Congratulations, but just a reminder, you won’t get it right away. Since you don’t have the ten tails or the chakra fruit you will first start with the sharingan and as you age and your chakra evolves your eyes will follow the natural evolution route all the way to the rinnesharingan. For this to work you will be a hybrid with both pure Ashura and Indra bloodlines and you also don’t require any grief stimulus or your siblings eyes to evolve the sharingan, once your chakra purity is sufficient the evolution will proceed.”
“So I won’t be instantly overpowerd but have to train hard as well. Well that is still pretty powerful and even Madara got killed when he had it so, guess I’m doing a training montage.”
Luckily Naruto had a full 6 years of school and no one was forced to graduate early.
Given his potential, if he worked hard he would probably be a jonin by the time Orochimaru comes to kill the hokage.
“Oh wait can I use the eternal mangekyo sharingan pattern whenever I’m using the rinnegan and rinnesharingan cause i dont really like the rings that they have.”Replied an excited Ren.
” Hmm, alright i’ll make it so that you can freely use whatever pattern you want when you unlock them.You’ll be reborn as a baby and since I won’t be interfering after you leave, your family situation will be random.
Now off you go, and do try to live life to the fullest.” replied the being , he then waved his hand and a portal suddenly appeared under Ren sucking him in.

Laying on a hospital bed, an exhausted woman with deep black hair and eyes was holding a white haired baby.
She was looking at him with such love like he was the answer to a prayer she didnt know she made, but there was also a deep sadness in her eyes so much so that tears were falling freely.
“I’m sorry little one, I wanted to see you grow into an amazing man but mommy and daddy can’t be here.
You have to grow well, do good in class, make friends and be sure to eat well.
As for women, well just make sure you love each other and most importantly, be happy.” She said, then turning to the left she says, “I’m sorry Mito-sama, but please, can you take care of him when I’m gone, I dont have much time left and you will be the only family he will have left and the only one who can protect him from my clan.”
Uzumaki Mito, still looking young with vibrant red hair, replied, ” Of course child, your husband was a very important part of the Senju clan when it was still around, I’ll raise this little one like my own grandchild.
It’s just a shame that the Uchiha cast you out after you married him.”
“It’s better that he isn’t raised by those prideful fools. I just hope if he awakens his sharingan that they won’t cause any trouble” she replied.
“Hmph, they’ll have to go through both me and Tsunade to do that. I imagine she’ll be thrilled to have another brother. Did you decide on a name for him?”
“Yes, Akira, Akira Senju.”

Akira woke up exhausted, like that period right after waking from sleep where you just want to go back under.
He tried opening his eyes but when he got them slightly ajar, the sensory overload overwhelmed him.
‘Right, body is still new so guess I’ll have to wait.’
He didn’t have the energy to do anything else right now anyway.
Just as he was going back to rest, he heard voices.
It sounded like two women but since his ears were still developing so he only made out bits and pieces.
He heard the woman who was supposedly his mother telling him to be happy and another woman saying she’ll raise him like her own grandchild.
‘Is this the standard orphanage start that those Chinese Protagonists usually get?’
Jokes aside, even with his underdeveloped ears, he could hear the love that his mother has for him.
‘Don’t worry mom, I promise to live my life to the fullest and become someone you can be proud off.
Wait did she say Mito, as in Uzumaki Mito, the first nine tails jinchuriki and Hashirama’s wife??

Hopefully it’s in Minato’s year because even though he graduated early at 10, the second ninja war only started when Minato was 12.
Even then during Minato’s year, Konoha was at its strongest after Tobirama died, with the Sannin still young, Konoha White Fang still alive and Hiruzen still in his prime.
Since Mito is alive then Black zetsu and Madara won’t do anything especially because mito could sense zetsu with the nine tails ability to sense malice.
Even Danzo won’t be able to touch him since he wold be raised by Mito, at least until he graduates and by then he would have the strength to protect himself.
Honestly being raised by Mito feels like a second cheat because of what it offers.
He would have access to both Tobiramas and Hashiramas notes, Mito’s fūinjutsu and Tsunade’s medical expertise.
If he isn’t strong by 12 even after having this kind of privileges, then he might end up being the potential man of Naruto.
