After getting the gravity placed on him, a month passed by quickly.
He spent most of the time with his family exploring the different parts of Uzushiogakure, with Mito telling some stories from her childhood.
Kushina also became very attached to Akira, and demanded at least 2 hours of his time be spent alone with her.
During this time he also had to get reaccustomed to his breathing technique.
The gravity seals added weight onto his body, getting his lungs accustomed to a it took a while but eventually he got back his rhythm.
Luckily it was just a one time thing, with his entire body going through training basically at all times, it is forced to keep rebuilding itself, making it stronger in the process.

Tsunade uses a portion to keep her appearance young, but she couldn’t use it for anything else without releasing the seal.
Sakura however was able to divert a portion of chakra back to her reserves, and was able to use chakra enhanced strength without fully opening the seal, unlike Tsunade.
Akira theorized that it was because she had less chakra than Tsunade, so Sakura’s control over it was a bit more precise than Tsunade, allowing for her to siphon chakra from the seal without releasing it.
Since Akira wasn’t sure Tsunade could replicate what Sakura did, he came up with a new idea, a second, smaller reservoir.
This reservoir kept a small amount of chakra, before it could go to the yin seal.
This chakra could them be used for anything that didn’t require an excess amount.
Akira also had plans to use the yin seal because he didnt want to let chakra that he molded just go to waste.
The second gift was the base total concentration breathing technique, he didn’t invent the different styles yet.
Since he got accustomed to the grav seals, he quickly reached the level he was previously at, able to conciously use it all the time, but not quite while during sleep, meaning he didn’t achieve total concentration breathing constant.

Tobirama did have the effects of what the eight gates did, not just flowing chakra throughout the body for a boost, but increasing oxygen in the body.

Akira wasn’t worried about the village finding out either.
