3. Energy assimilation-With this trait, you're now a cosmic conductor. With enough effort, you can assimilate with ANY type of energy, even chaos or void energy. The only downside is that you may only exert the energy physically; you cannot use it any other way.]

The options listed were size, circumference, environment, density, gravity, composition, time etc. So the various options would allow him to customize every detail of this dimension to however he liked, including how time flowed.
Lastly, he checked the storage dimension; it was basically self-explanatory; he could store anything inside, like those storage rings in fiction. So he decided to toss the infinity ray inside to test it out, it went inside and disappeared from sight, but Harold could feel in his soul that it was there.
This made him chuckle as he opened the Lottery system. He wanted to try his luck and spin the wheel, so first he spun the multiplier value system, the value changed constantly at speeds even he couldn't perceive, which made him wonder how that's possible.

Near Earth's moon, a Viltrumite cruiser hovered silently in the shadow of the moon. Inside, the atmosphere was slightly tense as a new person was on board after not seeing his fellow kind in a long time. Nolan Grayson stood at the center of the chamber, arms relaxed at his sides, though his eyes remained sharp, but it would be a stretch to say he's happy to see them.
Across from him was General Kregg, along with several elite Viltrumites, as the questioning had already begun.
"Your progress?" Kregg asked, his tone directed at him like a commander. After all, he was used to imposing this tone on those who ranked below him, Nolan didn't like the situation he was placed in because of someone elses disobedence, but he still had to answer.
"Steady as of currently," he replied. "The planet remains under my observation, and soon, I will execute my plan."
Kregg studied him for a moment, then nodded slightly, saying in a disdainful voice, "Yes, General Kregg, I have weakened the planet's defense and it is ready for subjugation. Nolan, isn't that precisely what I'm supposed to be hearing from you?"
"Instead your telling me about some plan. How long has it been since we sent you here?."
Nolan shook his head, saying, "It's not that simple, sir, if-"
"Silence, I don't care why you haven't done your duty as of yet, you will give whatever explanation you have to the Grand regent. I didn't come here for you anyway. I have another matter to discuss that requires your "Observation" on this planet"
Nolan's expression didn't change, but deep inside, he knew what he was going to say
"Where is Harold?" Kregg said. "His last known location traces back to this system," Kregg continued. "We want to know if you've seen or encountered him."
Nolan felt irritation rise inside. He thought to himself, '…Not my fuckin responsibility.' He kept that thought contained likewise. Instead, he answered, "I haven't seen him directly," Nolan said. "But there was…something."
Kregg narrowed his eyes slightly as he said "Explain."
Nolan didn't rush becuase he wanted to choose his words carefully, "A few days ago," he said, "there was a disturbance. A shockwave, something left the atmosphere at high speed. Too fast to properly track." The elites exchanged brief glances.
Nolan continued as he rested his hands on the table, "Look, if your records say Harold passed through here…then it was probably him."
Kregg nodded saying, "That aligns with our data, …Did he interact with anything on the planet?" Kregg asked.
Nolan shook his head, "Not that I saw."
Kregg studied him for a moment longer, as if weighing the response.
"…Very well."
The questioning shifted briefly back to standard protocol, but nothing else of importance surfaced. Eventually ending with Nolan being dismissed
"You will continue your mission," Kregg walked closer to him, he was actually face-to-face with him as he said that.
Nolan nodded as he helped back a snort of disdain, "Of course." With that, Nolan turned and left the chamber, exiting the cruiser and returning toward Earth without another word.
