Slashes, flames, and magma ripped through Jujutsu High as the Disaster Curses attacked!
“[Dismantle]!” Sukuna waved his hand and sent over a dozen slashes flying in quick succession!
[Sukuna] stood atop a burning old building.
He could see slashes that were invisible to everyone else.
With a powerful stomp, he brought his foot down hard, causing the already flaming structure to collapse under the force.
The slashes tore through the rising dust and carved up the cluster of buildings behind him!
Sukuna kept firing Dismantles from a distance, like a machine gun spraying slashes everywhere.
Still, not a single one touched [Sukuna]’s clothes.
“WHOOSH!”
[Sukuna] sprinted, dodged, and sidestepped.
Then he raised his hand and unleashed an even stronger slash to counter the attacks coming his way.
Jogo, surrounded by Ember Insects and streams of magma, took the chance to attack from the side.
[Sukuna] didn’t even look as he sliced through the magma pillars and Ember Insects all at once.
“BANG!”
Jogo flew backward, spraying blood, as several more of his limbs thudded to the ground.
[Sukuna] kept moving closer to the real Sukuna, while the deflected magma slipped quietly through the shadows.
Sukuna sent out another slash, his face impossible to read as he fought while backing away.
Two identical afterimages darted through the old buildings.
Now and then, slashes dozens of meters long swept by, destroying everything in their way.
With the cursed energy of fifteen fingers, [Sukuna] was not only stronger in technique but also much faster than the current Sukuna.
They were now less than thirty meters apart.
[Sukuna] decided this was close enough to do real damage.
He raised his hand and swung it sideways.
A huge slash shot out.
“BOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!”
Unlike usual attacks, this one was meant to kill and cut through everything in its way.
Sukuna’s instincts warned him.
He couldn’t block this attack—dodging was his only choice.
But the slash was even faster.
“WHOOSH!”
Every building within two hundred meters in front of him was cut apart and sent flying.
The slash continued into the mountains, throwing up clouds of dust, broken wood, and shattered stone.
Sukuna’s legs were cut off at mid-thigh.
He’d managed to jump at the last second, moving the slash away from his cursed energy core to a less deadly spot.
His body kept moving forward.
By the time he finished one roll, both his legs had already grown back.
“Ahahahaha. Every single time, it’s a slash buffed by a full incantation and double the hand signs.” Sukuna looked back with an arrogant laugh.
“You’re a lot more capable than I thought—you bastard lump of meat!!”
“You’re already this ugly after I’ve shown you a fraction of my power, Sukuna??” Kaito fired back, just as arrogant.
“I’m nowhere near my prime, so don’t you dare die on me yet!”
[Sukuna] ignored their trash talk.
Suddenly, a thick swarm of Dismantles filled the sky, buzzing like angry bees.
Sukuna stayed calm.
“My own flesh, and the soul of a man from the future. I’ll make an exception and put you on my menu!”
[Cleave] activated!
The training field shattered into dust!
Then Jogo, who’d been lying in wait, struck again!
“Urrraaaahhhh!!”
Deep beneath the training field, Jogo had already superheated the earth into a huge lake of magma!
Pushing his power to its limit, he turned the whole field into a volcanic crater!
A gargantuan pillar of magma erupted into the sky!!
But [Sukuna], who had been at the center, was now outside the pillar.
The blast was wide, but not wide enough, and the eruption took a moment to start.
With [Sukuna]’s boosted speed, dodging it was a walk in the park!

Kaito stared at the sky-piercing magma hand that dwarfed all of Jujutsu High and laughed.

The mountain-sized hand seemed to come down slowly and clumsily.
But that was an illusion created by its size!
Dodging wouldn’t work.
What if Jogo could keep controlling it after it landed?
They couldn’t just run away—they had to face it directly.
Kaito sent his thoughts and tactics to [Sukuna].
He had no idea whether the program would accept them.
But seeing [Sukuna] hold his ground without moving a muscle told Kaito they’d reached the same conclusion!
The magma palm came crashing down.
“BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!”
It didn’t explode like a bomb—instead, the impact rolled across the mountainside in one long tremor.
As soon as the magma hit, huge sections of buildings—both standing and ruined—were swallowed up.
Wood burned to charcoal instantly, and steel and stone melted into the flow.
That single strike turned nearly half of Jujutsu High’s grounds into a molten hellscape!
After absorbing more material, the magma suddenly shrank back toward the impact zone.
It formed a shape like an island rising from the sea, turning into a mountain-sized sphere of magma.
Deep in its center, the crushing pressure and heat pressed in on the only empty space left.
Standing in that pocket was Kaito…
along with the [Sukuna] attached to him!
A vast ocean of cursed energy poured out.
Together with Kaito’s suggested ‘Slash Infinity,’ a constant stream of microscopic slashes unleashed along the perimeter, it held back the high-pressure magma.
“Bring it on! Let’s see how far you guys can push this!!” Kaito yelled, his battlelust surging.
Anyone watching would’ve thought he was the one piloting the whole fight.
Red-hot magma closed in from all sides.
The stalemate didn’t last.
Apparently confirming that the pressure and heat at the center of the sphere couldn’t hurt them, Jogo burst out of the magma right behind them!
Dozens of high-pressure magma streams came with him!
They punched through the barrier of cursed energy and slashes, rocketing straight at the Suku-Blob and [Sukuna]!
“Looks like I’ll have to light my own birthday candles from now on,” Kaito sighed.
Buried under layers of magma, Kaito used one tentacle to anchor himself.
The other six formed a triple Enmaten sign, and [Sukuna]’s hands were making an Enmaten as well.

Countless overlapping cuts appeared all over the surface of the huge magma sphere.
Each one wrapped around the entire sphere.
Jogo was diced into blocks without putting up the slightest resistance.
Still, he’d managed to keep most of his head intact, so he wasn’t dead yet.
Kaito couldn’t help but marvel at how hard cursed spirits were to kill.
“Wait! Where’s Sukuna??” Kaito noticed something was off.
By Kaito’s reasoning, Sukuna should have been hiding in the magma too, waiting to ambush them alongside Jogo.
There was no way that Omnidirectional Grid Slash had just diced him into tofu cubes, right??
‘If he’s dead, who’s going to reimburse me for my missing piece of Emperor Itadori??’
While Kaito was busy worrying he’d accidentally minced the young Emperor Itadori into paste, what was left of Jogo’s mouth twisted into a vicious grin.
“There’s magma above you too!!”
Wrapped in Domain Amplification, flanked by a swarm of Ember Insects, and covered head to toe in half-healed slash wounds, Sukuna burst out of the magma directly above them!
He reached out, lunging straight for Kaito on [Sukuna]’s stomach!
