Two months passed quickly.

I spent much of my time in court solving the people’s difficult problems and carefully learning the deep, hidden structure of Anga.

I also met with the new ministers I had appointed.Full novel: karna: undefeated warrior — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Every single one of them took their position very seriously.

Minister Dharma had even started to write a book about state laws.

Of course, ruling the kingdom did not make me forget about my energy cultivation.

I knew exactly what was most important to me.

So, I never stopped practicing diligently during those two months.

As I walked into my private practice room, I ordered the guards not to disturb me and to let no one inside under any circumstances.

I did not know what kind of strange reaction would happen when I finished clearing all 72,000 nadis.

At this point, I only needed to remove the blockages in the last two nadis.

As I meditated silently, I completely lost track of time.

…SNAP…

Another nadi cleared.

I deeply immersed myself in meditation as my prana cycle rushed smoothly through my body.

Every single nadi began to glow with bright light.

As time passed…

…SNAP…

The very last nadi finally cleared.

The energy flowed smoothly like a river throughout my entire body.

The moment the prana system was fully completed, I felt my body become light as a feather.

Yet, my physical strength exploded instantly, my bones became heavy and dense, and my skin became incredibly tough and resilient.

Two unique divine powers suddenly appeared in my mind.

I could feel three more powers lingering nearby, but I could not fully grasp them yet.

After looking closely at them, I understood exactly what they were.

In my early years, I had a deep desire (an infatuation), really for anything called divine or powerful.

When Parashurama spoke of these different divine powers, I wanted them so badly that I even started to neglect opening my nadis.

That is why my nadi cultivation was slower than my pancha prana training.

But back then, when I successfully cultivated the pancha pranas, I did not gain any divine powers.

Instead, my nadis just started opening faster.

So, I had asked Guru Parashurama about it personally.

He explained that everyone unlocks these powers at different times.

He also told me that understanding a power and mastering it are two completely different things.

”You only understand what they are and how to control them,” he had said.

“But you have not mastered them yet.”

He simply told me to practice them again and again until I mastered them fully.

But I never imagined that completing all 72,000 nadis would bring this amazing surprise.

The first divine power I received came from Prana Vayu.

This allowed me to absorb energy directly from nature, meaning I could live perfectly without food or water for long time .

The second divine power came from Apana Vayu.

It allowed me to lock my weight directly into the ground.

If I willed it, even a charging elephant could not push me back a single inch from my spot.

Right now, these newly awakened divine powers were like newborn babies.

But once I understood their core and mastered them to a terrifying level, they would display their true might.

A fully mastered Prana Vayu can allow someone to completely stop breathing for hours and even sense a leaf falling miles away.

A master of Apana Vayu gains absolute immunity, stops aging, and neutralizes all toxins.

But the last ability made me incredibly excited it can make someone fly.

By breaking the shackles of gravity, it helps you float in the air, and by using your own energy to move around, it becomes true flight.

I took a deep breath, calmed the massive power surging through my body, and opened my eyes.

The whole world seemed to slow down around me completely.

My hearing range had expanded so much that I could hear the voices of ministers and soldiers far away.

As I opened the heavy door and stepped out, I was met by the anxious faces of my ministers and guards.

“Why do you all look like someone is about to die?”

Only after seeing that I was perfectly fine did Vidyadhar let out a massive sigh of relief.

”Your Majesty, you were inside that room for a whole week without eating or coming out.

You tell us what kind of faces we should have, If you did not come out today, we had all agreed to break down the door to see what happened to you.”

Another minister also said anxiously, “Please do not play this kind of game with us, Your Majesty.

We wouldn’t know what to do in Anga without you.”

”I never thought it would take this much time,” I replied as I walked toward the courtroom.

“It was just a small breakthrough in my practice.

Next time, I will inform you all beforehand.”

The ministers walking behind me were completely stunned, their ears ringing with the words, ‘there will be a next time.’

Vidyadhar wiped the sweat from his forehead as he hurried to keep up with me quickly.

”Is there any important news for me?” I asked as I sat upon the throne.

Vidyadhar’s face turned serious.

“Three days after you went into seclusion, news arrived from Hastinapur.

The Kauravas lost their battle against Drupada, but the Pandavas won it in the end.

From now on, Northern Panchala will be ruled by Ashwatthama with its capital at Ahichhatra.

Southern Panchala will be ruled by Drupada from Kampilya.

But the most important news is that Yudhishthira is going to be named the Yuvaraj.

You have been formally invited to attend the grand ceremony, which takes place in thirteen days.”

Vidyadhar paused, handing over a scroll.

“And you also received a personal letter from Duryodhana.”

Karna has achieved a massive breakthrough and unlocked two divine powers!

But the political storm is brewing in Hastinapur.

What do you think Duryodhana wrote in his personal letter?

Did he follow Karna’s advice, or did his pride get the better of him?
