Chapter 2: Ko-chan’s New Uniform (1)

Ko-chan’s Chronicles

Asami stood at the front of the meeting room with a clipboard in her hand. "Let's bring the first Student Council meeting of this year to order. First on our agenda is a review of the incoming class. We have 497 students advancing from the middle school, and 284 incoming students enrolled from elsewhere. They are divided into 26 classes of roughly 30 students each."

"This year we hope to have six full class events and eleven sporting events. We need to appropriate our budget properly so that we will not run out of money before the end. For the six class events, we should make sure that they all run at least positive in revenue so that we can make the sporting events a bit nicer than last year."

"The administration has asked us to focus on raising our standardized test scores this year. Last year we were only in the top twenty schools in the country, and they hope that we can raise our placing into the top ten."

"Booooooring~~~~" After an excruciating 45 minutes, I couldn't bear to continue listening to the secretary continue to drone on about meaningless statistics and flopped down on the table.

The secretary seemed unamused while holding her clipboard. "President Kogamo. This is the first meeting of the year and we have much to discuss. Is there something of crucial importance for us to talk about instead?"

Matsuko smiled as if watching a show and spoke up, "I appreciate the thought, Asami, but perhaps we should hear out our new president? It is her first meeting, and I'm sure our new president has something interesting to speak about, right?"

"Uniforms. Our uniforms are lame. Let's change the student council's uniform." Without lifting my head from my arms, I spoke my mind without thinking much.

Matsuko nodded and agreed. "Very well. You said as much during the assembly. Let's hear these marvelous plans you were so eager to implement. Naruyo, will you sketch based on our ideas?"

A quiet but glamorous girl flipped open the sketchbook she was holding and nodded, "Yes, vice-president."

Matsuko looked over at me and smiled, "Alright, president, we're all ears."

"Fanservice! Eye candy! All of you are stacked, but you would never know because the uniforms are so loose and modest. How am I supposed to appreciate beauty without being able to see it?" I could see Asami's eye twitching but I kept going, regardless. After all, I was the president now and my words were law. "First, the shirt and blazer need to be much tighter. I want to see thin waists and I want cleavage windows. And these skirts are far too long. If there's no chance for a peek, there's no excitement or drama at all!" The longer I spoke, the more animated I got, and I ended by slamming my hands on the table.

I was broken out of my reverie by someone behind me groping my sides. "Hmm, despite being a full head shorter than any of us, are these proportions even possible?" Matsuko was behind me pulling my shirt tight from behind, revealing my waist and chest's silhouette. "Well, at least I can't accuse you of breast envy. While I agree with your thoughts regarding our uniforms being too boring, what if we went one step further, and made each council member a unique uniform? We could tailor each one to match our specific body shapes. Naruyo is both an expert artist and tailor, I'm sure she could produce something we will all be happy to wear."

Hmm... With unique uniforms I would be able to have several of my desires all at once instead of having to just pick one. My mind started to think about the possibilities and the idea seemed rather appealing. "Very well, let's do unique uniforms for each person. Let's do Matsuko fi--"

"With all due respect, president, you are the most important person on the student council, and I must insist we design your uniform first." Asami, the secretary, interrupted me quite insistently. The rest of the council quickly chimed in with their agreement. "Ko-chan, the president must set the precedent."

I couldn't resist the tides, but it didn't really matter what order we designed the uniforms in, I would get my desires sooner or later. "I'll just keep my current uni-"

"Rejected." Matsuko immediately shut down my plans. "Ko-chan, if you expect us to just satisfy all your desires without any cost to yourself, you're going to be very disappointed. You can design the uniforms to your desires, but you must allow us to design your uniform in exchange. Otherwise we will all walk out right now." Her gaze was so strong that I believed her threat.

"Fine. It's only fair that we design each other's uniforms, so hurry up and get it over with. I'll plan out my ideas until you're finished." I sat down and focused on my notebook.

Matsuko turned to the other council members and grinned like she had just gotten away with murder. She said in a voice that only the council members could hear, "She really lives up to her name, doesn't she?"

She continued, at a normal volume, "We should pick something that can show off both her diminutive size and also her unreasonable proportions."

Naruyo looked up from her sketchbook, "A fairy. It'll be cute." She turned her book around showing a rough sketch of a girl in a dress with butterfly wings.

"Oh, you're right, that would be perfect! But you can't let her get off with such a tame dress, can you? Were you listening to her plans for our uniforms earlier? At the very least, it has to show off her chest, waist, and thighs. Instead of a loose dress, make it form-fitting. Add a corset to the waist to emphasize her curves." Naruyo nodded and made alterations to her sketch as she listened to Matsuko.

Asami looked grave as she chimed in with her own suggestions "If she wants me to show cleavage, she should be prepared to do the same. Her outfit should be strapless, her waist is curvy enough that the corset will be enough to keep it from falling down."

One of the other two previously silent girls spoke up at this point, "She said our skirts were too short right? Why not change the skirt to one of those ballet style ones that sticks straight out from the waist? She can have all the excitement and drama she can handle with a skirt like that."

Matsuko's eyes lit up "Oooh, a tutu, I like it. Good idea, Hinari!" She gave the cold looking girl a thumbs up and glanced over to Naruyo. "Of course, our Ko-chan is an elegant girl, so we have to add some gloves and stockings to make her look extra glamorous." She leaned over Naruyo's sketchbook and pointed to the legs "Add some garters too. Here and here."

Seeing the sketch being worked on, Asami's expression finally started to defrost a bit. "What kind of shoes should we add to her uniform? Since we changed it to a tutu, should we also have her wear ballet boots?"

She even smiled after saying this, which was enough that I couldn't resist breaking my silence. "Wait, I can't even walk in ballet boots!"

Asami's instant response of "You'll learn." was so cold that it caused me to be unable to formulate a response for several seconds.

Matsuko clapped her hands together again cheerfully "Good, ballet boots it is. I think we're almost done here, so let's finish this up. Obviously we need bows in various places like wrists and waist. She'll need a choker for sure, and some kind of tiara for her hair. Finally, we need to make sure her wings are big enough to be noticed, and sturdy enough to not flop around all the time."

Naruyo nodded and finished her sketch. "Colors? School colors work well. Add school insignia to chest."

Matsuko stood up and announced to the room. "Great! Then we're done with Ko-chan's uniform finally. Let's finalize the forms to make the uniform change official and then we can move on to the next person's uniform." She filled out the official uniform change request form and attached Naruyo's sketch to the form. "Ko-chan, your signature please?"

She handed the form to me and I finally got my first look at the final sketch. It was pretty embarrassing to look at, and I was pretty sure it would be pretty embarrassing to wear, but I could only think of it as the price I'd pay to get to see the rest of the student council wearing fanservice outfits every day. I signed my name on the form and passed it back to Matsuko. "Now, I'll start describing your new uniform, Matsuko, are you ready to begin sketching?"

She took the form and passed it to Asami then turned back to me, "Of course, I can't wait to see what you came up with while we were busy."

"So I was thinking I could have you wear a b---" *ding dong ding dong* "Wait, what's that sound?"

Asami frowned. "That would be the warning that the school is about to close for the night. It seems we've run out of time for this week's meeting. We will have to continue this at the next meeting. Pardon me." She gathered up all of her papers and materials, bowed to the rest of the room and left in a hurry.

"How unfortunate. I guess I'll have to wait and see until next time. I hope you'll come up with something even better for me with a bit of extra thinking time." Matsuko winked as she grabbed her bag and left.

Naruyo stood and bowed timidly, "Start tonight. Await completion."

Seconds later, I was alone in the room, still processing what just happened. Sighing, I collected my notes, and with a silent vow to myself, I also left the room to go home.
