Just as Sasuke was about to be dragged underground, Naruto and Sakura made their timely entrance.

Two shuriken shot straight toward Kakashi’s hands.

After a cloud of smoke, his hands disappeared, leaving behind a log to suffer the blow alone.

‘Substitution Technique?

He doesn’t even need hand seals?’

Naruto stared blankly, completely dumbfounded.

Seeing Naruto come to his rescue, Sasuke felt a surge of displeasure, but he had no choice but to accept Naruto’s goodwill.

“Sasuke, listen to me.

Let’s work together!

We already have a pretty good understanding of each other’s methods.

Well, except for Sakura’s, so let’s coordinate!” Naruto casually tossed a ninja tool pouch toward Sasuke and smiled at him.

“You’ve seen it yourself.

We can’t take on a jonin one-on-one.

Our only chance is for the three of us to work together!”

“Fine.

But we need to find Kakashi-sensei first!” Sasuke replied calmly after catching the pouch.

He gripped his kunai and gave Naruto a look.

Naruto immediately understood that Sasuke had discovered something.

He swiftly threw a kunai toward the bushes.

“Well, well!

You’ve found me!” Kakashi said with his usual deadpan expression as he hopped out, not forgetting to greet them.

“Sasuke, Sakura, I’ll go first.

Support me when you see an opening!” Naruto started with three kunai before charging straight toward Kakashi.

‘This move again.’ Kakashi glanced at the incoming kunai and knocked them away with the kunai in his hand.

Several metallic clangs rang out as all the kunai fell to the ground.

‘No clone?’

After briefly scanning where the kunai had landed, Kakashi shifted his attention back to Naruto, who was charging toward him.

With a clang, the kunai in their hands collided.

The moment they made contact, Naruto felt a tremendous force travel through his weapon and send him flying backward.

“Now, Sasuke!”

Sasuke, who was some distance away, immediately used the Uchiha Throwing Technique and launched a series of kunai.

Kakashi blocked several of them before beginning to dodge, jumping backward several times.

A kunai lying near his feet suddenly released a cloud of smoke, and a Naruto holding a kunai appeared within it.

‘It really is a Shadow Clone.

Why didn’t it dispel?’

Kakashi recalled the landing points of the previous batch of kunai and glanced at where the smoke had appeared, confirming that it was one of the kunai he had knocked away.

‘Then if it’s not the kunai itself, what is it?’

Kakashi looked at the kunai in Naruto’s hand, and his confusion was immediately resolved.

That’s an interesting idea.

Only someone like Naruto, with his enormous chakra reserves, could probably use it this way.’

The Naruto clone that had appeared behind Kakashi immediately wrapped its arms around him.

It threw away the kunai and used both hands to restrain Kakashi’s arms, preventing him from forming hand seals.

Whoosh!

A shuriken flew straight toward Kakashi, but he did not panic.

He simply waited quietly for it to arrive.

Poof!

Poof!

After two clouds of smoke, both Naruto and Kakashi disappeared.

“Shadow Clone?” ×2

Sakura and Sasuke stared at the scene in surprise.

On the ground, the fox ornament attached to the back of a kunai quietly shattered.

On a nearby tree, Kakashi sensed that the Shadow Clone had been destroyed.

He glanced toward the area, reluctantly put away his copy of Make-Out Paradise, and used the Body Flicker Technique to rush toward the scene.

Under the shade of the trees, two Narutos received the memories transmitted by their Shadow Clones and emerged from the shadows to rejoin Sakura and Sasuke at the training ground.

In the center of the field, the three formed a three-point formation, remaining on guard against Kakashi, who could appear at any moment.

Another Naruto was busy gathering all the ninja tools everyone had thrown out.

Whenever he picked one up, he would mutter, “It’s not easy supporting a family.

Naruto sighs.”

Fortunately, he had left a Shadow Clone in the forest last time to secretly retrieve Mizuki and Iruka’s ninja tools.

Otherwise, they wouldn’t have had anything to use today.

Whoosh…

A gust of wind suddenly swept through the area.

The three instinctively looked toward the source of the sound, where a rabbit had fallen onto the ground.

“Not good!” ×3

The Naruto who was collecting the ninja tools did not participate.

Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura immediately jumped forward.

When they turned around, they saw Kakashi standing there.

Kakashi raised the alarm clock in his hand and said, “Sorry, but you’ve failed!”

“Ah!”

Sakura and Naruto wore horrified expressions, while Sasuke remained as expressionless as ever.

At the wooden posts, Sakura, who had contributed the least, was tied to one of the logs, while Kakashi handed the lunch boxes to Naruto and Sasuke.

“Why me?!” Sakura’s inner voice screamed furiously, while Sakura herself simply lowered her head without saying a word.

“All right, the test is over!” Kakashi said as he looked at the three of them.

“So that means we all passed?” Sakura asked in disbelief.

“Yahoo! Follow the newest chapters on g.com.

Yes!

Awesome!

That means all three of us passed!” Naruto belatedly jumped up in celebration, while Sasuke remained silent.

“That’s right.

All three of you…” Kakashi said with a smile before suddenly turning serious.

“Should give up on being ninja!”

Naruto and Sakura stopped cheering and stared at Kakashi in shock.

Even Sasuke raised his head.

…

Elsewhere, in the hall, Iruka stared at the booklet in his hands and muttered in disbelief, “No way!

It’s even worse than the rumors!”

The Third Hokage lifted his teacup and said to Iruka, “Iruka, Kakashi’s test may have been a little too difficult, but he did it for their own good!”

“That’s true, but didn’t not a single person pass?” Iruka looked up and replied.

The Third Hokage took a sip of tea and said, “That’s right.

Kakashi has never had a single successful candidate.

They’ve all failed without exception!”

The Third Hokage put down his teacup, his gaze becoming deep and solemn as he continued, “But Iruka, whether becoming ninja right now is truly good for those children, even I don’t know.

However, the facts have proven that Kakashi’s judgment was correct!”

Seeing that Iruka still wanted to say something, the Third Hokage continued, “Listen carefully, Iruka.

No matter what the result is, don’t resent Kakashi!”

Iruka lowered his head slightly, then stood up and answered the Third Hokage with a firm, “Yes.”

…

At the training ground, Naruto was jumping around as he questioned Kakashi.

“Why are you telling us not to become ninja?

What exactly does that mean?

We didn’t manage to take the bells, sure, but there’s no need to tell us to give up on becoming ninja, right?”

Kakashi stared at the three of them expressionlessly.

“Not a single one of you is qualified to become a ninja, of course.

That said, there were a few things that impressed me, such as Naruto’s coordination at the end.”

Hearing Kakashi belittle him, Sasuke charged forward angrily.

“Bang!”

In the blink of an eye, Sasuke was pinned to the ground.

As Kakashi held him down, he said, “You don’t even know your own limits!

That’s exactly why I call you kids!”

Sakura, who was still tied to the wooden post nearby, instantly became furious.

“Don’t put your foot on Sasuke!”
