High above the clouds on the floating sky platform overlooking Powerland, Master Kaizo stood in absolute silence.

The wind whipped through his iconic blue-white hair as he gazed out toward the distant horizon.

“Zeuter is safe for now…” Kaizo muttered under his breath, his eyes calm yet sharp.Full novel: LEGENDS : Beyond the imagination — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

“The kids managed to handle the initial wave, but their foundation is still shaky. Maybe it’s time I head down to check on them personally.”

BEEP!

BEEP!

BEEP!

Before he could step off the ledge, his wrist communicator violently vibrated with a high-priority, crimson distress signal.

Kaizo clicked the receiver open.

“Master Kaizo! Help us! Please!” a panicked commander’s voice screamed over the static-filled channel, accompanied by the deafening sounds of explosions and crumbling crystal structures in the background.

“We are in severe trouble! Space pirates have launched an all-out, full-scale attack on Diamond Star! They are obliterating the entire sector!”

Kaizo’s brow furrowed.

“What?! You have two hundred heavily armed, elite cosmic soldiers stationed up there! Are you telling me you can’t defeat a band of ordinary space pirates?!”

“Sir… it’s not just pirates!” the commander cried out in absolute terror.

“Your cousin is leading them! He is tearing through our defenses like paper! We have strict orders from the high council not to engage him directly!”

Kaizo clenched his fist so tightly that his cybernetic suit creaked under the immense pressure.

“That bastard again…” he growled, his aura spiking slightly.

“Whenever I think everything is settled, he shows up out of nowhere just to cause absolute destruction.”

Kaizo turned on his heel and sprinted toward the jet teleportation bay.

But as he slammed his palm onto the main interface, the central control panel sputtered, flashing bright red error icons across the screens.

The jet’s primary spatial thrusters were completely jammed and unresponsive!

“Tsk! What else could possibly go wrong today?!” Kaizo snapped, kicking the console.

“Big bro…”

A calm, youthful voice echoed from the shadows behind him.

Empera, Kaizo’s nineteen-year-old younger brother, leaned casually against the metallic doorframe with his arms crossed over his chest.

“If you take an ordinary long-range jet, it’s going to take you at least two hours to reach Diamond Star,” Empera said coolly.

“By the time you get there, nothing will be left of the planet except floating cosmic rust.”

“Hmmph,” Kaizo smirked, the corner of his lip tugging upward beneath his jawline.

“Empera, you know your big brother never fails. I always have Z+ contingency plans.”

“Oh? And what is your grand plan this time?” Empera asked, raising an eyebrow in curiosity.

Kaizo reached to his hip and slowly unsheathed his legendary cosmic blade, Kai. Enjoying the story? Read on at g.com.

The metal shimmered with infinite dimensional light.

“Don’t you know my sword possesses the spatial authority to slice through the fabric of dimensions and open Bifrost portals?” Kaizo said, his eyes glowing with ethereal energy.

“It functions just like the ancient Stormbreaker, but engineered with far superior spatial technology.”

SWOOSH!

With a single fluid stroke, Kaizo sliced the air in front of him.

A blinding, rainbow-colored cosmic rift tore open in space, swirling with immense gravitational power.

Without hesitation, Master Kaizo stepped into the portal, vanishing instantly into the void.

LOCATION: DIAMOND STAR

The once-glorious, glittering surface of Diamond Star had been transformed into an apocalyptic wasteland.

Majestic, towering mountains of pure crystalline diamond were sliced cleanly in half, their shattered remains cascading down onto burning cities.

Hundreds of terrified citizens scrambled in every direction, screaming as space pirates looted the ruins.

Standing in the epicenter of the devastation was FLUCÉE BAKLER —Kaizo’s rogue cousin.

Flucée was clad in dark, ominous cosmic armor, his eyes radiating a cold, psychopathic thrill.

In his hands, he casually spun a terrifying double-sided sword that hummed with spatial destruction.

Flucée possessed raw combat stats, speed, and techniques equal to Master Kaizo himself, accompanied by an overwhelming, suffocating aura of pure dark malice.

“Sir Flucée! Why are you doing this?!” a battered galactic commander shouted, backing away in terror while drawing a trembling energy sidearm.

“This planet has done nothing to you!”

“Because whenever I look at these poor, penniless space pirates, my heart just breaks for them,” Flucée said, putting on a sickeningly polite, innocent smile.

“So I decided to be generous and give them a few billion credits worth of diamonds.”

“But sir, this is completely wrong! It’s galactic treason!” the commander bellowed.

“Oh? Is a fucking old piece of crap like you seriously trying to teach me what’s good or bad?” Flucée’s smile vanished in an instant, replaced by a expression of pure glare.

“This wasn’t so bad a minute ago… but now it’s going to get very, very bad for you.”

With a flick of his wrist, Flucée executed a casual backhand swing with his double-sided blade.

BOOM!

A catastrophic shockwave of jet-black energy tore out from the weapon, traveling miles in a microsecond.

An entire diamond mountain range behind the commander was sliced completely off its base, lifted into the air, and disintegrated into fine dust!

“Now then…” Flucée chuckled, stepping through the settling dust.

“Should I slice you into pieces next?”

Before Flucée could take another step, a blinding rainbow column of cosmic kinetic force crashed down from the sky directly between Flucée and the cowering soldiers!

The ground fractured into a massive crater, throwing up a cloud of shimmering crystal debris.

As the dense dust slowly dissipated, the towering, imposing silhouette of Master Kaizo emerged.

His blue-white hair floated in the cosmic wind, his cybernetic armor humming with golden light, his blade Kai already drawn and dripping with raw Maana.

“So you’ve finally decided to show your face,” Flucée sneered, wiping a bit of diamond dust from his shoulder.

“I thought jamming your jet station’s thrusters would buy me at least a few hours of fun, Kaizo.”

“Flucée,” Kaizo spoke, his voice echoing across the ruined landscape like rolling thunder.

“Whenever innocent people are crying out for help, I will always appear—no matter what tricks you pull, and no matter what it costs me. You are crossing your absolute limits today. The only reason you are still breathing, and the only reason I haven’t permanently ended your life, is because Dad explicitly begged us to take care of you after your insane father completely destroyed the Unna Galaxy—the very place where my mother lost her life!. Don’t you dare talk to me about that bratty, useless old daddy!” Flucée snapped, his dark aura erupting like a volcano, turning the sky above them pitch black.

“You selfish, arrogant brat!” Kaizo growled, stepping forward as his own golden cosmos aura expanded to meet Flucée’s darkness.

GOD-LEVEL THREAT DETECTED:

KAISO: Golden Cosmos Aura (Will of Skylar)

FLUCÉE: Black Abyss Aura (Devil of Sagittarius A)

ESTIMATED DAMAGE RADIUS: Planetary Destructive Class

“If this battle actually starts…” the commander whispered, trembling so violently he collapsed to his knees as the entire planet began to quake beneath their feet.

“We are nothing more than ants in their path… This isn’t a fight between mortals… This is a clash of actual gods!”

Meanwhile, millions of miles away back on Earth inside Lockout…

Sha, Rihasa, and Weza were in the training courtyard, helping Weza test the newly awakened mechanical capabilities of his ROBO power.

Suddenly, a dark, blood-red messenger bird descended from the sky, dropping a crumpled, stain-covered letter directly onto the main strategy desk before dissolving into dark mist.

Sha picked up the letter, his brow furrowing as he smoothed out the paper.

Reading the chilling, handwritten words aloud, his voice cracked with sudden dread:

“Tez has been captured and heavily tortured by us. If you ever want to see your precious leader alive again, come alone to the abandoned construction section of Site 2.”

— Mika & Lika

Rihasa slammed his fists together, his divine claws igniting with golden light.

“Those bastards… They think they can take Tez from us?!”

“Wait!” Weza warned, calibrating his new metallic arm cannons.

“It could be a trap!”

“Trap or not, Tez saved my life back in Site 2!” Sha yelled, his eyes blazing with fury.

“We’re going right now!”
