Four Tier 2 Granite-armored Rock Lizards charged extremely fast.
Yarrick did not retreat.
Instead, he stepped forward and confronted them head-on.
His power claw was surrounded by a powerful disruption field.
The leading Granite-armored Rock Lizard suddenly leaped forward, its bloody maw wide open as it attempted to bite Yarrick.
Yarrick raised his power claw and struck directly at its head.
BOOM!
The power claw smashed into the Granite-armored Rock Lizard’s head.
Its skull was crushed instantly, and blood and flesh exploded in all directions.
The massive creature fell heavily to the ground.
The remaining three Granite-armored Rock Lizards showed no fear whatsoever.
They continued charging toward Yarrick.
Yarrick raised his Storm Bolter and fired.
Bang!
Bang!
Bang!
The powerful bullets tore through the creatures’ bodies.
At the same time, Yarrick rushed forward and swung his power claw once again.
Under the overwhelming attacks of the Political Commissar, the remaining Granite-armored Rock Lizards were quickly killed.
In just a short period of time, all four Tier 2 Granite-armored Rock Lizards were dead!
Leo looked at the battlefield in surprise.
“80,000 combat power…”
This was the terrifying strength of Political Commissar Yarrick.
However, the battle was far from over.
The Black-armored Rock Lizards continued charging toward the Steel Legion’s defensive line.
The soldiers of the Steel Legion immediately raised their Voss-pattern lasguns and opened fire.
“Fire!”
Countless laser beams shot across the battlefield.
The Black-armored Rock Lizards were struck by the lasers one after another.
Some lasers pierced straight through their carapaces and flew out from the other side of their bodies!
The Steel Legion’s battle line advanced accordingly.
Grenades were thrown continuously, exploding among the groups of Black-armored Rock Lizards.
“PURGE THE XENOS!”
Yarrick had already raised his Storm Bolter again, standing at the front of the formation and roaring.
“Keep firing!”
“Obliterate them completely!”
The soldiers of the Steel Legion continued firing without hesitation.
Under the overwhelming firepower of the Armageddon Steel Legion, the remaining Black-armored Rock Lizards were quickly eliminated.
The battle was over.
Zero deaths.
Zero injuries.
The entire Steel Legion had successfully captured the Tier 2 neutral resource point.
At this moment, the System’s announcement suddenly appeared.
[Congratulations, Lord Leo of the North America! You have successfully captured a Level 2 neutral resource point!]
[The Tier 2 Iron Mine has been incorporated into your territory.]
[The Tier 2 Iron Mine produces 6 units of Iron Ore per hour.]
[Territory Development Value +3.]
At the same time, another announcement appeared across the entire world.
[Global Announcement!]
[Congratulations to Lord Leo of the North America for achieving the world’s first successful capture of a Level 2 neutral resource point!]
[Reward: Gold Coins ×5,000, Iron Ore ×1,000, Food ×1,000, Mercury ×100, Crystals ×100, Sulfur ×100, Gems ×100.]
Leo was slightly surprised when he saw the rewards.
But before he could fully react, another announcement appeared.
[North America Announcement!]
[Congratulations to Lord Leo of the North America for achieving the USA’s first successful capture of a Level 2 neutral resource point!]
[Reward: Gold Coins ×1,000, Iron Ore ×500, Food ×500, Mercury ×40, Crystals ×40, Sulfur ×40, Gems ×40.]
Leo stared at the two announcements.
“So I can obtain both the World’s First Capture reward and the USA’s First Capture reward?”
That meant he had obtained a total of 6,000 Gold Coins.
He had also obtained 140 units each of Mercury, Crystals, Sulfur, and Gems.
The rewards were extremely generous.
At the same time, the Galactic Public Channel completely exploded.
“Someone already captured a Level 2 resource point?!”
“Five thousand Gold Coins? Is the System crazy?!”
“And one hundred of each of the four rare resources!”
“I haven’t even seen what rare resources look like!”
“Who is this Leo?”
“Leo? Isn’t he number one on the Combat Power Leaderboard?”
“That’s right! He’s the monster with more than 80,000 combat power!”
Countless players were shocked by the announcement.
Leo, however, simply closed the private messages and looked at his newly acquired resources.
With 6,000 Gold Coins, the newly unlocked Political Commissar could be trained, and new Steel Legion soldiers could continue to be recruited!
The War Fortress could finally continue operating once again!
Meanwhile, far away in the southern wasteland of the Ork Empire…
Hundreds of Human Race infantrymen carrying shields were attacking a Tier 2 Gold Mine.
Donny and more than a dozen other lords were commanding their troops.
They had purchased soldiers and equipment from the trading house in preparation for capturing this Tier 2 resource point.
However, the battle had already become extremely difficult.
Dozens of soldiers had died, and there were still many wild monsters remaining around the Gold Mine.
Suddenly, the global announcement appeared.
[Congratulations to Lord Leo of the North America for achieving the world’s first successful capture of a Tier 2 neutral resource point!]
Donny froze.
The other lords also stared at the announcement in disbelief.
“Someone already captured a Tier 2 resource point?”
“How is that possible?!”
They immediately looked at the Combat Power Leaderboard.
#1 — Leo
Combat Power: 80,900
Donny’s expression gradually turned ugly.
They had more than a dozen lords and hundreds of soldiers fighting together, yet they still had not been able to capture the same Tier 2 resource point.
But Leo had already done it.
And he had even become the world’s first lord to successfully capture one.
Donny clenched his teeth.
“What the fuck is this screwing with me?!”
